Welcome Lets were superb from Start to finish. Andy who we dealt with was great too. Clear instructions on how to get in, we were even welcomed when we pulled up in the car. Nice and clean, only a ten minute walk from the city. Perfect weekend away in York. I would 100% recommend Welcome Lets to friends and family. 10/10

Beautiful apartment on vast estate. Furnished to a high standard, well equipped kitchen and comfortable furnishings. Great feel of space, light and superb views. The hall is 20 minutes drive from the local town. If you’re looking for somewhere peaceful and off the beaten track, you’ll like this. Dog friendly accommodation, Paddy our Cockapoo, thoroughly enjoyed the walks. Thank you Ellie.

We stayed over the May bank holiday. The flat was fantastic, very modern and comfortable. We did have a problem when making a cuppa as the hot water came from the tap but I think that we were perhaps not doing it right. Contacted Oath Properties, and he told us how to use it but I think it was too modern for us! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Jordan was a terrific host, he helped us with our late check in and assisted with all our queries. The apartment was exactly as described, and a great spot close to town. Highly recommend!

Great stay at Nicola’s place everything on your doorstep just wish people would listen to the receptionist about the smoke detectors went off at 2-15am thankfully not for long. 100% recommend

We had a pleasant stay. Rooms were clean and looked just like the pictures.

Exceptional value with free parking included was a bonus. Location was ideal for our travel to a nearby venue. The accommodation was spacious with lovely bedrooms, meeting all of our needs. We weren’t able to locate communal bins and reluctantly had to leave rubbish behind. Maybe some instructions about this would be helpful. Fantastic stay would definitely recommend.

Great place and great value! Location was perfect just a short walk into the centre Only issues was lack of parking (booked into the Asda car park nearby as suggested by the host ) Was a little noisy with the traffic but can’t be helped! Would definitely stay here again

My colleagues have stayed at this property before. Little difficult to find, it would be ideal for a What3Words to be issued with the check in details. But they enjoyed their stay again, and would stay again should we be in the area. Communication from host was good.

Really friendly host family in an amazing house. Deffo suggest if you’re staying in Hull. You’ll really really love it!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Absolutely brilliant place to stay, so many things to do on site. Swimming, tennis courts, gym and games room. The cottage is so well equipped, they’ve literally thought of everything! Plus it’s only 15 minutes drive to the coast. We’ll definitely be back!

Great Easter break with the kids ! The place looked just like the photos . Emily was very easy to deal with. The kids loved the pool and the house. Even has a electric charge point for your car.
