Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in East Ridge

I had a wonderful stay with Kevin and Kendie. They were very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. I had a great stay and would 100% recommend Simply Sunny and hope to be able to visit again soon!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely space and would love to stay again next time. We were so thankful for the last minute accommodations after our other reservation cancelled. We were even offered early check-in! The apartment was beautiful, spotless, and comfortable. The two twin beds were perfect for me and my best friend. We had everything we needed for our stay.

We had a short girl’s trip to Chattanooga for two of us and Dan’s place was absolutely perfect for us. We walked everywhere, down to Frazier Ave. for food and shopping, and across the Veteran’s Bridge to visit the River Bluffs Arts District, and down to the aquarium. We highly recommend this spot, and all the thoughtful touches were so appreciated. And the bed is insanely comfortable!

Absolutely loved staying here. It had everything we needed to cook there instead of going out. The bed was so comfortable I slept soooo good every night. Couch and recliner were great to sit and watch the big tv. We will definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

Ashley's place was such a gem! We loved the apartment's amazing view of the river as well as the well-decorated space. Both bedrooms were nicely furnished and the beds were so comfortable! There were so many nice details throughout, from the board games in the sitting room to the phone docking station in the bedroom. The linens were also really soft and comfortable. We also appreciated the walkability to so many places in town. We walked to get coffee and dinner, as well as to the art museum and sculpture garden. If you do need to work while you're here, the big dining table provides the perfect space for that.

Excellent! Beautiful, quiet stay at the base of Lookout Mountain in historic St. Elmo. Walkable to local food, the Incline, and just 15 minutes from sweeping vistas at Point Park and other iconic Chattanooga overlooks. Clean, well-kept, and private with dedicated parking. Note: Greg will meet you on arrival and provide some orientation to the area and the airbnb. If you have heat sensitivities, be aware that the AC may have a cooling limit set.

Perfect place to stay for a “home away from home”! This apartment was excellent for an extended stay (over a month) during an outage I worked at the TVA’s Watts Bar Nuclear Plant. Having a nice clean washer and dryer in the apartment was convenient. The kitchen was well appointed with pots, pans, dishes and silverware. I worked nightshift, and the neighborhood was safe, peaceful and quiet, making it easy to sleep during the day. 5-star in every way! Fantastic hosts - thank you David and Joanna for such a great Airbnb experience!

A member of our travel party has significant fragrance allergies. They removed all scented products from the house, laundry was washed with unscented detergent, and even the hand soap didn't make her break out. They were very nice to deal with, the house was clean, and I have no complaints.

My girlfriend and I recently stayed here for a few days for the Ironman 70.3 in Chattanooga and we loved it! It was perfect for us! The place was super clean and the amenities were top of the line with anything you would possibly need in terms of kitchen ware. There was also a ton of closet storage which we found helpful. The location was perfect as it is only 2-3 minutes from the downtown area, while also being quiet and private. We loved Chattanooga and hope to come back at some point! Thank you Gabrielle!

Ashley's place was absolutely perfect for us! We moved from Chattanooga to Charlotte recently and had to come back for a wedding and found Ashley's place. We saw she was dog friendly and messaged her hoping she'd allow us to bring our goldens and she had no issue with it! Everything was exactly as described and the bed was SO comfortable. The co-host Justin is also a sweetheart and we got to meet him on our way out! Being from Chattanooga, Red Bank is my favorite area so I'm happy to have found someone that has a nice space that will allow our crew of goldens. We have for sure found our new spot for when we come back to Chattanooga to visit!

We had a wonderful stay! Derek was super responsive. The house was exactly as listed. Clean, nice neighbors, and great location.

My mom and I were in town checking out the mountain area and Chattanooga. we had just come from another B&B and this place was wonderful like a breath of fresh air. Literally, the place smelled clean and hand towels smelled so good! we felt right at home and so close to the city. I kept saying how cozy it would be to rent that unit permanently to live in because it's so cute. There are 3 units in the house and we could hear people going in and out of the next door unit like going up stairs and doors shutting so if you're picky about that, something to note but we didn't mind. we had the TV on and felt like they didn't mind us either. Thank you so much for having us.

This was one of best Airbnbs we have stayed at. Very thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need. Comfortable beds. It was a great location- easy trace to sites and restaurants etc

The most amazing hostess! This home feels like home. Janet thinks of everything! This wonderful 1920’s home has classic high ceilings making it feel airy with large rooms and multiple places to enjoy gathering with family or friends. There is no skimping on the decor, it is filled with beautiful period perfect furniture and artwork. It’s so relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped with all the things you need to really cook! The bedrooms are also well done. Crisp sheets on top notch beds make for great sleep. Outside is a wonderful covered patio with multiple seating and dining areas and it is absolutely magical with tiny lights, fountain and abundant plants surrounding it. You would never know that it’s only a few blocks to grocery and dining. What wonderful experience! I will always book this home when I am in the area.

I'm obsessed with this house! We had a wonderful stay, my 4 year old son loved the playroom. Sue and Pat were wonderful hosts, always responded quickly, very thoughtful. We saw deer everyday, the setting was very peaceful and it was a special treat when the train would come through. The beds were very comfortable, location was great as you were still close to everything. I hope we have the opportunity to stay again soon. My son was so sad to leave the "yellow house."

This is the place to be if you want to be in a convenient location. It’s safe and you can walk to local restaurants. There is also a grocery store within a few blocks. Downtown living at its best. I also loved having parking on the premises.

Sarah and Brandon's place was great for our family of four. There was plenty of space for us. It is in a convenient location to get to the aquarium and restaurants, and was easy to navigate to from the interstate. Our kids enjoyed the pool and appreciated the provided pool towels. It was just right for our visit to Chattanooga, we'll book again when we're back.

Beautiful place to stay, very quiet and peaceful, everything was as described, loved that it had everything we needed, the games and toys were a hit with my granddaughter, I love that it was so clean, and there is lots do within walking distance, will definitely stay here again!!

Great and comfortable place to stay. Check in was easy. Very close to everything, restaurants, museums, ruby falls, rock city, etc. Noise was not really noticeable from Main Street. Had most amenities. Paper towel was half of one and only two laundry pod were provided. We traveled with a two year old. They provided a pack and play and high chair which was great. Host was very responsive, attentive, and friendly. Overall, I would stay here again. Good experience.

This was my husband's and my first trip to Chattanooga. We enjoyed our stay and loved having the extra room that Katie's space provided! It was so better than staying in your typical hotel!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was close to everything we wanted to do and a short 10-15 minute drive to the caves, aquarium and other attractions in the area. Davey was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

Perfect downtown location! Very safe, comfortable and clean. Onsite parking is a plus. Lots of stairs so you’ll get your exercise walking up and down inside the condo. So much to do within walking distance of the condo and very convenient drive to everything else in Chattanooga. Host was super responsive. Overall a great stay!
