House holiday rentals in East Hampton North

Matt’s home is fantastic. Just a few minutes from Sag Harbor made it so wonderful because we love the quaintness of Sag. And also just 5 minutes from East Hampton. Great location. Excellent house and lot— beautiful pool and family had a great time. Matt was responsive, kind, made wonderful local recommendations (including awesome burger in Sag Harbor!)… definitely would stay again and highly recommend!

Beautiful home and everything was set up to make sure we had everything we needed. Pool toys, towels and beach chairs. We really loved the outdoor space. Thank you for a great weekend.

This was such a great stay for our family. The smart TVs were great for my toddler, we were super close to town and Montauk, the kitchen was very useable. The Springs area was new for us but it was such a great vibe. Wish there was an option for daily pool cleaning/maintenance, but not a must have. The pool could also use some work around the perimeter. There’s a lot of dirt and debris built up from the surrounding trees that my son (2 year old) was getting into. Without kids, this is no big deal. Overall the pool was great and we enjoyed the heating and got in everyday. My dog (35 lb labradoodle) was able to get under the deck which was fine, but we just constantly checked for ticks to assure he was okay. No issues there. He loved the huge yard the same way we did.

Would recommend to anyone who wanted a clean and near the vineyards stay.

Ben is a super host. His home is absolutely beautiful and well managed. His thoughtful recommendations and well timed check ins and reminders were the height of polished professionalism. We felt right at home, down to the bins of toys in the living room that our toddler and baby played with every day.

The home is a stunning blend of modern elegance and cozy charm. The interiors are tastefully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. We especially loved the spacious living areas and the well-equipped kitchen, which made meal preparations a joy. Our host was exceptional responsive, accommodating, and genuinely kind. This Airbnb exceeded our expectations in every way.

Property is exactly as advertised, great space for a family weekend. Easy to check in, host was responsive and we had no issues at all during our stay. Would reccomend!

The place was just as advertised and the location was perfect for easily getting to town, the beach, etc. Great spot for the size, location and price!

Kathleen’s home was perfect for a weekend getaway. The home itself was perfectly cozy, and the yard / lovely landscaping made for a serene experience. The beach is a ~20+ minute walk but, if you’re feeling daring, the tandem bike in the garage is in working order. One thing of note is that the closest beaches require a residents pass to park. The next closest beach with public parking ($50/day) is only available weekdays. Just a quirk of the Hamptons to be aware of. Overall, we’d love to stay at Kathleen’s again, definitely for longer than a weekend. Really great location and adorable cottage.

Carin’s house was peaceful and relaxing. We stayed a short weekend and was great for what we needed. Large space, enough room to stretch out with our toddler. Beach towels and blankets were a nice touch, and bath robe for me and my little were a fun after beach treat. One thing of note, we are sensitive to dog allergies and some of the bedding did have some traces of dog hair. Just wanted to make sure others might know, I probably should have read the listing more clearly that it’s dog friendly.

My friends and I booked Renee’s place for a relaxing getaway weekend. The house was exactly what we needed, clean, private, and full of everything we needed. Renee was responsive and flexible and overall just a wonderful host. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Victors place was warm and cozy - the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It was private and made us feel right at home. Victors house is well stocked with all the required supplies. They have the Monopoly - Hampton edition which made it fun while driving around the Hamptons.

We had a wonderful time. The owners make great use of the space, with nice design touches and smart storage. Proximity to town is a big plus. And communication was really attentive and professional throughout — much appreciated. Also: excellent coffee table book selection. Unexpected surprise there!

Clean and comfortable home in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood in Northwest Harbor. Our family of four and pet were able to use the house as home base for the long weekend. This house is close to all the attractions in Amagansett, Montauk, Sag Harbor, and other spots in the Hamptons. Would stay here again!

Elizabeth was a wonderful host - we traveled with a toddler and an infant and Elizabeth could not have been more accommodating. She was so responsive and friendly before and during the entire trip. The house and property are absolutely beautiful— you can’t beat being able to walk right down to the beach. Highly recommend!

I had the absolute joy of staying at Katie and Robs magical home for a long weekend celebrating my mothers 75th birthday with my sister. What they have created is a true sanctuary! We all felt like we were on retreat. Every detail of their home is thoughtfully done and is just stunning! The bedding was luxurious, and it felt like you were in a home out of a design magazine. It was also in the the most beautiful setting, with an easy walk to a stunning bay, and a short drive to shopping and restaurants. It was truly dreamy!

We loved staying here! The hosts are so easy to reach with questions. This home is better than what is described. Clean, neat, well stocked, comfortable, and quiet. I would definitely stay here again! Hopefully we will again soon.

We had a great stay, close proximity to the village and top notch restaurants. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, yet a quick drive to Hamptons must-see destinations and beaches. The house was spotless, and we had everything we needed. Great kitchen and a lot of space to spread out and entertain. Our hosts communicated well, and the whole experience was easy.
