The stay was enjoyable everything was near us. The walk to the beach is easy especially for the kids.

A home away from home! We an amazing time, it was the perfect getaway in a great location with beach access which our kids loved. The house was an absolute gem and it was equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The hosts went out of their way to accommodate us which made the experience a definite 10 out of 10!

The accommodation was perfect for a family getaway. The views were great from our apartment and activities were easily accessible. We were generally comfortable although the master bedroom mattress and base could be updated. A lot of thought went into the guest experience. We loved that beach towels, tennis racquets (even books that I had been meaning to read) were provided. We will be returning ❤️

The well equiped house is 100m from a beautiful quiet beach. I could look onto the waves from my bed. The house and garden is serviced daily and is very comfortable for a vacation home. There is an alarm system and access to the village is controlled by the police on public holidays.

We were a group of 8 and the house was perfect for our needs. Lots of space, clean and tidy and was just a great place to be. Highly recommended

It was an absolute pleasure to be hosted by Lorraine and Sarah!!! Lorraine went out of her way to ensure that our stay is very comfortable with her daily check-ins. The house was serviced daily (except on public holiday), which gave us a 5 star treatment. My kids were also very happy with our choice of accommodation. The beach ball was the cherry on top. What a lovely home, rooms are spacious and clean, and the view is just gorgeous! Rachel who works there is so friendly and helpful, nice having her around. The area is very peaceful. You can see the ocean from most of the rooms and living area. The kids also enjoyed the house, garden and swimming pool. Would recommend this holiday home. Thank you!

The property unit 4 Jimbara at Zimbali offered an immaculate look and also aesthetically beautiful. Lynda was a great host. She ensured we had a remarkable stay and communicated right through prior arrival to departure.

We had one of the most memorable family holidays in this spectacular home. Perfectly situated within walking distance from the swimming and surfing beach, each room with a magnificent view of the ocean, which can be heard from every room in the house. The home is so tastefully decorated, we even had a Christmas tree light up the lounge at night for us to enjoy whilst away from our own. With every utensil and amenity under the sun, we literally just needed our clothes and some groceries, to perfect our week long stay. Alandra was such an attentive host, meeting us at check-in, taking us through the whole house and even arranging meds from the local pharmacy for me, when I wasn't feeling on top of my game. We will most definitely be regulars in this home when visiting Natal and would recommend it, 100 x over!!

This beautiful home right on the beach is heaven. The sound of the ocean and views are incredible. The home is spacious and comfortable with everything you need with lots of personal touches. We loved our stay and will definitely return!

We were looking for a place in Durban for a few days to serve as our base, for a family of 6. Having found and booked Amanda's place a few months before we were looking forward to the holiday. We were not disappointed. The house and service exceeded our expectations! We felt we had discovered a hidden gem in Durban north. The home was immaculate and we felt privileged to be let into a special space that had clearly had lots of care and attention put into it. The security of the home gave us peace of mind and our family enjoyed the piano, swimming pool and tennis court. Amanda and Rumbi (the housekeeper) attended to our every need and made us feel welcome.

What can I say except WOW! Started off the day watching the sun rise over the ocean while enjoys a wonderful cup of tea on the two chairs dedicated to Nono and Maxime. We could then walk down to Thompson Bay beach directly from the garden. When a day in the waves was over, a short walk up the steps to the outdoor shower by the pool for a quick dip then a quick braai on the amazing stainless steel braai by the pool. To end it all, going to sleep with the doors open listening to the waves crashing all night! And in the morning, Elizabeth was there to sort out our messy dishes and Russel washed off all the kids beach toys…. I can’t recommend the place enough and hope to be back next year. Jennifer’s place is absolutely lovely. My family enjoyed every minute especially the kids with the pool. The security is very tight but that helped sleep well at night knowing that we are safe. Jennifer was always available when I needed her and gave alternative point of contacts in the event that she will be away. Her place is serene and has lovely views and has all the amenities one needs. I wished we could stay longer but definitely looking forward to our visit again. 🙂

Our stay was incredible and zizi was a fantastic host although we are from the area we hired out the house to host an intimate lunch which turned out great zizi also has a very helpful lady who lives on the property to help with anything you might be confused about thank you zizi we will surely Book again!

Mel’s place is beautiful and open. It’s great for kids as well. The beautiful and aesthetically pleasing home is also child friendly. Mel also has Nompilo who is there to help us with anything we needed and to ensure the place is clean. Having someone there made it easy for us if we had any questions. The driveway is steep so you need to be confident when driving there. The estate is beautiful and has lots of things to do for when traveling with kids. We really enjoyed ourselves there.
