We had an amazing stay at this gem on the Dolphin Coast! The apartment is beautiful and perfectly located—just steps from the beach and tidal pool. The sea views are breathtaking, and we loved spending time on the verandah overlooking Chakas Rock. It’s ideal for a couple or small family, with everything you need for a relaxing, self-catering holiday. The complex is safe and quiet, with restaurants just around the corner. Highly recommended for a coastal getaway!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at La Mer No4. The unit is clean,spacious and so stunning with all the modern finishes and homely touches. Thandi was so warm and welcoming and kept the place so neat and tidy. I highly recommend for families and couples who are looking to enjoy the beauty of Ballito and surroundings in a home away from home. We really enjoyed our stay! The place is very nice, looks exactly like the pictures, and had all the amenities we needed. Olivia is a great host. When we arrived, getting inside was easy. My cell number had been registered at the gate, so to enter, we simply called the gate number from the registered phone, and the gate opened automatically — a new and interesting experience! Once inside, we used the remote and keys from the key box, and from then on, we used them to open and close the gate as needed. The private access to the beach was also a wonderful bonus and made our stay even more special.

What a gem! 🌟 This place was everything we needed and more! Super clean (seriously spotless!) and perfectly located for our little family getaway — close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet. We felt instantly at home and loved all the thoughtful touches. Cozy, charming, and full of good vibes. We’re already planning our next stay! 💛

Our second stay at Filip’s place. Again, great location with everything you need. Beautiful views. Filip was a great host and the apartment is perfect. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, and pubs.

I had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment while in KZN for the Comrades Marathon. The space was immaculate, stylish, and had everything I could possibly need. What truly made this experience stand out was Janine, the host. From the moment I booked, her communication was exceptional—warm, funny, and refreshingly down-to-earth. She checked in every day with genuine care and good humour, making sure I had everything I needed and even sharing great local tips. Her friendly, light-hearted personality made me feel so welcome — it was like connecting with an old friend! The apartment itself had so many thoughtful touches: a well-stocked kitchen with a variety of spices, cooking oil, plenty of washing liquid, and all those little extras that are so often overlooked. I didn’t have to worry about a thing—it truly felt like a home away from home. I will absolutely be staying here again!

A great spot for a family holiday. Very close to everything, beach; shops, restaurants. The pool was lovely on the hot days. Michele added lots of extra special touches. We had a lovely time. Thank you

Awesome apartment, it was a pleasure staying in Murray and Jess's unit. Ideal for us with 2 little kiddies, being on the ground floor with a safe, little garden. Utilities are perfect, furniture comfortable. The apartment is modern and has a lovely feel to it. We could make use of the swimming pool which is the nicest pool in beautiful, serene surroundings. Staff are excellent. Had a glitch with the entry code to the estate one day, which is something to look out for, but otherwise a wonderful stay and highly recommended. Supermarkets and shops within 5 minutes drive.

Loved Nthuthuko’s place, it was very clean and beautiful, it is exactly what the pictures say it is and very affordable. Ntuthuko is very helpful and communicated well, I had no challenges with my check in and check out process

Had a blast at Michelle’s place! The location is perfect! Right where you want to be! So many beaches to choose from right in front of you're doorstep. The unit had everything we needed! Parking got a bit tricky in peak time, but thats understandable. Highly recommend!!

What an amazing two days my family and I had. The accommodation was spacious and lovely . Gary is such an excellent host and thought of everything . He’s also a really nice guy !! The area was beautiful. Two minute walk to the beach. My little ones enjoyed the splash pool . I would recommend this place to anyone . We will definitely be back . Thank you so much Gary

We had a wonderful experience staying here. Our host went above and beyond, providing invaluable advice on places to visit in the area, and every recommendation was spot on! The house was also exceptionally clean and had a lovely, warm atmosphere. We truly appreciated her hospitality and would definitely stay again.

I had such a great weekend at Denise’s place! It was clean, it smelled amazing, it was exactly as shown in the images. The views were breathtaking. The place was safe and the host communicated so well throughout my stay and also recommended great eating places. The star of the weekend was Thompson Bay Beach just down the road! I will definitely book with Denise again.

Had a great stay at Nikky and Tom’s place. As Gauteng- based guests, hearing the ocean was a highlight. Nikky communicated very well. The place is well equipped with kitchen goods.

What a beautiful spot! From the moment you arrive you feel as though you can exhale. Stunning place, beautiful furniture linen and every amenity. Special touches like great coffee, milk in the fridge and just all round welcoming space. Oh but the views of the ocean!! Wow! Literally a few steps away with direct beach access and access to the promenade with its host of beautiful restaurants and close proximity to shopping etc. You can’t get better value for money in such a beautiful space and location than this spot in Umhlanga! Oh and the host was the cherry on top. Warm, helpful, responsive. I will be booking again! That’s for sure. 🔥🔥🔥
