Lovely home away from home. Very peaceful with no traffic or other noise. Great views, and the house is spacious for indoor and outside living. Julie was very helpful, offering local recommendations, quick to respond and even gave one of our children a lift when he got dropped off and had a long walk back to the house. All in all a great spot, the wildlife around the estate was a treat and within a short drive of some great pubs and restaurants. Can thoroughly recommend.

Beate home is truly a "home away from home". Each day I went into Durban, I looked forward to getting home. The home is tastefully designed. She just bought a new wooden table for 6. All the wood in the house matches the lush garden that you're surrounded by. :-) Anything you can possible need is in the home. Beate is also lovely enough to get whatever you may need. Walking distance to anything you need. I really enjoy this home!

I recently spent time at 125 Penzance for my mother’s 60th birthday. The venue was so pretty and comfortable. We received so much help from the caretaker Sboniso who made us feel right at home and went out of his way to help us set up tables and everything, there was no request too big for him. It’s the perfect place to host a gathering, we definitely would love to make use of the back garden next time! Thank you so much Zama for making things easy for us!

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience staying here. Nikki and Tom went above and beyond as air b&b hosts and truly made my experience amazing. When I landed in Durban, they picked me up from the airport and after learning that my luggage was stuck in Joburg, they took me to the store so that I could get some toiletries and food for the day. They were so patient and warm in every interaction that I had with them. When we lost water, they brought me a 5 liter jug and were extremely communicative any time we lost water or electricity. I was in Durban for two months and struggled to find people to travel with and they literally adopted me most weekends to hang out with them at their beach club. Regarding the air bnb itself, it was the perfect size for me. It is in the safest neighborhood with great restaurants and a bakery within walking distance! There's fiber internet and a washing machine. Loved this little cottage, love Nikki and Tom, and love Durban!!

The place is beautiful, clean and spacious. The hosts provided us with a litre of fresh milk, 2 litre of bottled water, sugar, coffee, tea and rusks. Not just sachets of coffee, enough coffee to last you for a week (if drinking it sensible). The kitchen is packed with all the amenities, including liquid dish soap and towels. The bathroom too, there’s a sponge and thick bleach to clean the bath before (for those neat freaks) and after. There’s plenty of toilet rolls too. I loved that I could sit on the patio and sip on my creamy coffee and rusks or just recharge on the beautiful petite garden. I didn’t feel claustrophobic as I normally do in a hotel room or flat. I recommend this place for its beauty, art, cleanliness, space and location (walking distance to restaurants, shops and a large park to exercise or vicariously watch). It is also very secure.

Perfect for a business trip or a weekend get away

This is my second time staying here and it was absolutely amazing. The place still looks as beautiful as it did in 2022. The place is well looked after. The beds a VERY comfortable (I need the name please🙈). Overall sis Lulu’s place is worth every cent and I will definitely be going back again. Sis Lulu I know my toddler was a bet loud apologies for that 🙏🏾.

Natalie was simply an amazing, responsive and awesome host who made our stay exceptionally beautiful. We will most definitely enjoy being hosted by her again in future

Everything in this wonderful home is placed with love and consideration. The host is friendly and responsive. We definitely returning to their home. We loved everything. There are recommendations for restaurants near by.

We have just completed a 3 week stay with 4 adults sharing Loren's place. In our opinion it is the perfect place to stay if visiting Ballito. The apartment itself is large, very clean and extremely well equipped. The complex is very well maintained, in particular the pool and garden areas. It is also situated in an ideal spot with direct access to the boardwalk and beach, and is a within a short walking distance of shops and restaurants. Parking is secure and undercover. We can't add much more to all the other positive reviews which are spot on. For any golfers, we would highly recommend Umhlali Country Club golf course which is a 10 minute drive away.  Thanks especially to our hosts Loren, Deon and Viv who are on hand and very quick to respond should you need anything.

I spent 1 night at the house and really had a great time, the place is nice and clean with nice sea views. Paula has been an amazing host, very responsive,I strongly recommend it and will definitely come back for a longer stay.

Tyler’s place caters to every holiday need - from dazzling sea views to homely comforts. It had been the tastefully decorated without compromising on daily necessities. The complex and its surrounds are quiet, yet safe enough for a morning jog. Everything was just a quick drive away and what is better than falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean…

Amazing service. Easy communication with the host and it’s close to stores so 10/10 would recommend this place.

Nicely laid out space for a group-share: four independent rooms, each with an en suite full bathroom. Proximity to beach is excellent. The condo is outfitted with everything you'd need--from kitchen gear to beach towels, etc. We were a group of seven attending a wedding and had a great time in the space. Trish was also very helpful: when one guest forgot his passport in the condo, she was quick to let us back into the space well after checkout. I would recommend Trish's place for anyone looking for a fun pad to connect with family and friends, beachside.

what a great place so peaceful and I appreciated mostly about sharmaine keeps checking on her clients about their wellbeing, and recommending you about places to go. Very caring host, the view so nice and beautiful braai area. Definitely worth the money
