Great place to stay! The house was exactly as described and very clean. We had everything we needed. The distant to the metro was perfect and we used it daily. Meredith is an amazing host and she went above and beyond to make our stay feel right at home!

Matthew was an excellent host. Helping with parking and was very responsive. Epic place to stay and a fun time. Would stay here again 10x over!

I stayed for a couple nights at Dan's place. It was very comfy and very safe. He is highly responsive and helpful. I will definitely try and stay here again next time im in town!

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at Joe’s Airbnb when we came into town for Project Glow! The place was exactly as it was shown in the listing, super easy to access, and had lots of great amenities that made our trip very comfy. We made full use of the kitchen, which included a coffee maker, water boiler, and a nice assortment of teas, and the place also had a washer/dryer and nice shower. The place was absolutely spotless when we arrived and had plenty of space for the two of us. It’s a quick rideshare to the downtown area; the surrounding area isn’t the nicest, but the Airbnb was in a quiet area and we felt safe during our time there. Joe was also super responsive and helpful during our stay. Overall, would definitely stay again if in the area!

Excellent location. Close to the Metro and a short ride to all that DC has to offer. Place is clean, and communication was always clear and accurate.

Stephanie’s place was super conveniently located for our needs, has great little restaurants within 100 feet, was super clean and secure with easy parking. The second bedroom is more like a tiny office with a trundle bed. It was totally comfortable and enough space for me but it would have been good for me to know that just to know what to expect. Black out curtains would make that room a little better as well, it’s very light in the morning so harder to sleep in. That said, loved the place and would highly recommend. We needed to be near Georgetown and Takoma Park and both were very close. Stephanie - while I never met her - was so helpful and responsive at all times. 🌸

Great place

Very charming little place! Walkable for many local bites to eat. Lots of e-bikes and e-scooters nearby to rent for a further commute. Parking was the hardest obstacle, but I think that’s expected in this area.

We had a great weekend stay-cation in this condo! The location is great and very walkable to many different things - restaurants, grocery stores, convenient stores, etc. The check-in process was seamless with Leslie’s thorough instructions. The condo was extremely clean and tidy. There were snacks and waters available as well as plenty of towels and toiletries. Leslie was very easy to get a hold of and very timely with responses to any questions we had. Overall we felt very safe and comfortable here and would absolutely book this location again!

Aleksa and Sophia were generous and accommodating hosts. It was clear they enjoyed creating a space people would find comfort in. It was so nice to be welcomed by waters and snacks upon our late, traffic-filled Memorial Day weekend arrival. Aleksa and Sophia even left treats and bowls for our dog! They took the time to send over recommendations and explain in detail how to access the garage (huge plus!). There was lots of good food and friendly people in the area. We loved our stay and would definitely return!

Love this clean calm space-the balcony was wonderful. Mark was super responsive, checked in on us and we had everything we needed-especially in the kitchen. Great location for walking to restaurants and stores. Will definitely stay again!

My girlfriends and I were in Washington DC for National Police Week & were looking for a place close to the city but reasonably priced. We found Chris’s place. It had everything we needed. It was clean, modern, just as described & came with a book of recommendations. The area is nice & we felt safe. Great restaurants. The bus & train r walking distance. We learned how to use public transportation instead to taking our car to avoid traffic and parking fees. My bedroom window faced the street so I could hear the cars & people walk by but when I turned on the fan I didn’t hear anything. Also this is a Renovated basement & have upstairs neighbors & can hear them walking around so if u r looking for a super silent place then this isn’t the place for u. It didn’t bother us. It has a private entrance and it was super easy to find. Chris was so attentive & helped with whatever we needed. He was an awesome host!

If you are seeking a clean and convenient place to stay to enjoy the National Harbor, look no farther! Not only was the condo a perfect getaway, but Kenny is extremely kind and a great communicator! He made sure our anniversary getaway was everything we hoped for! Definitely recommend!

Easy access to the metro. Well lit neighborhood. Restaurants and bars within walking distance. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfy. The balcony was nice to hear the city. We would definitely stay again. It checked all the boxes and then some for our family vaca! Thank you! Highly recommend!

Very comfortable location right in the heart of Adam’s Morgan, walking distance to anything you’d need.

Stayed here with two of my friends for a long weekend and we had a wonderful time! Room was incredibly clean and very spacious, with a lovely kichenette. Staff were amazing, amenities like the pool and hot tub were great, and overall a great experience. Janee was also super helpful, kind, and responsive!

Stay met our needs! Kitchen was very nice to cook in and was very clean.

This condo is highly recommended. The host is very easy to work with and provides beautiful and comfortable accommodations. The condo is incredibly close to the Friendship Heights Metro stop along with a list of other shops, restaurants, and grocers. The building is easy to navigate and quiet. Everyone really keeps to themselves. I truly enjoyed my stay, felt safe, and would absolutely stay here again.

I definitely loved this home soooo spotless felt right at home. You might hear people walking here and there BUT it’s not an all the time thing, other than that it’s so peaceful. Kitchen is beautiful and has all the spices you kinda need if you wanna cook, bed was sooooooo comfortable and the living room was so inviting. It’s close to food spots banks grocery stores, etc. I’m definitely booking again.

Very nice place to stay near Gaylord convention center. Super clean condo. All the essentials are there. Lots to do at the resort as well as nearby walking distance. Having a baby in the group we did quite a bit of laundry. A laundry room was on our floor with two washers and four dryers and free of charge. We barely passed anyone on the seventh floor. We would def stay here again.
