My family and I stayed one night for a quick trip into DC and this was a perfect stay. We will definitely keep it in mind for next time. They have everything needed for a great stay!

Mark was a very courteous and responsive host. if there was something that was needed he was prompted. Mark communicated on the regular basis to make sure if there was anything that was needed or referred. Great place I would definitely come back!

Dan’s place was a unique and great place to stay while visiting DC! We were able to walk to get a few groceries at a nearby store upon our arrival, and also walk to many great restaurants during our stay. The condo was clean and as described, and we enjoyed being able to check out the neighborhood! Overall, great place!

If you’re looking for a spot on DC within a mile of the Mall, this is it. There are two large bedrooms, one smaller bedroom and three full sized bathrooms. The layout was incredible for the four of us, giving everyone privacy and space! Looking forward to coming back!

Exactly as described. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Maria was kind, easy to communicate with and was very understanding when it came to checking in. If I were to come back I’d definitely stay here again.

This was such a great place and the location was great - close to public transit and exactly what I needed on short notice. Overall wonderful and Samir was quick to respond.

Great stay!! Would definitely rebook! Did have some functional issues with the garage but Matt was quick with responses so it wasn’t much of an issue.

We had a great stay. The location was great and felt safe and clean. My minivan fit in the private garage, it was tight. Also always seemed to be open spots on the street. Make sure to check out The Big Chef crepes!! So yummy!! Hosts are very friendly and responsive.

Staying here was WONDERFUL! The neighborhood was nice and quiet. I like how right around the corner there were a couple stores just in case I needed to pick up a few things. Kristen provided things I didn’t even think to even bring. There were slippers and robes waiting for us. A nice care package on the island as soon as we walked in. She provided other little necessities I did not bring but ended up needing like a safety pin. I ended up getting black eyeliner on my dress and I was bummed assuming I would have to change my outfit. I then looked in the bathroom drawers and found safety pins and I was able to keep on my dress on and covered the spot with the safety pin pulling it up a bit. I was so thankful for that. If you ever decide to stay in DC please book this BNB it is so worth it!

Beautiful set up. Room to gather and nice quiet private space when you need it. Convenient location if youre in dc sightseeing. Easy access to poblic transportation. Would definitely stay here again . There was a minor issue with the garbage disposal and Matt had it resolved in a couple hours.

Chris was the perfect host. The apartment was just perfect. Restaurant recommendations were spot on. Got to meet his wife and Phillip the cat, also very pleasant. Very responsive to our needs. Absolutely a great value for your money. Will definitely stay here if we come back to the DC area.

Wonderful location in the heart of Georgetown. The place lacked a living room but this was very clear in the description of the place so all good! Walk out and enjoy Georgetown and DC!

Easy access to the metro. Well lit neighborhood. Restaurants and bars within walking distance. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfy. The balcony was nice to hear the city. We would definitely stay again. It checked all the boxes and then some for our family vaca! Thank you! Highly recommend!

Very comfortable location right in the heart of Adam’s Morgan, walking distance to anything you’d need.

The place was easy to find and he left great instructions so didn't have any troubles getting in. There is a little courtyard right next to the backdoor which was great for my pup. The place was clean and perfect for my group of 3. We felt safe and it was quiet enough to get rest at night. Host was very helpful and responsive.

Had an amazing stay here for my first time back in D.C. since I was young. Place was cozy and lived up to what you could ask for!

I stayed at Ruben's apartment with 3 moms and 4 kids ages 6-11. We were visiting the national zoo and stayed here after a long day walking around. We pulled up and there was street parking right in front of the building, which seems to be in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The kids had fun playing the board and card games that were there and exploring the back yard space. We were able to cook a simple dinner there, but noticed there weren't any kitchen knives or a cutting board, that would be my only feedback. Otherwise the space was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend for a family or small group visiting DC.

Very charming little place! Walkable for many local bites to eat. Lots of e-bikes and e-scooters nearby to rent for a further commute. Parking was the hardest obstacle, but I think that’s expected in this area.

This was the perfect place for a weekend girls trip. The house was clean and had great amenities. The place felt secure and safe and I really appreciated having onsite parking in DC. The best part was the bedding-the blankets and sheets were the softest I have ever felt! I would definitely stay again.

Mark’s place was one of the best air bnb I’ve ever stayed. Space was beautiful, blight and cozy. Mark was very helpful and responsive. He even helped us bring up/down our baggage. There are many stores/restaurants within walking distance. My friend and I initially planed to go out for dinner but ended up going to Trader Joe’s, cooked dinner and stayed in because the apartment was so comfortable that we didn’t want to waste our time there. Rooftop was a magical. We watched the sunset in the evening, sunrise in the morning there. We had an amazing stay. Definitely want to stay again. 200% recommended!!!!
