We enjoyed our stay at Aaron’s place which was centrally located and matches the description listed. The Brownstone is beautiful and walkable to everything. Great neighborhood for a stroll with a whole foods close by and the US historical buildings. The space was beautiful and free of clutter, the host even provided metro cards for our use. Host was also very responsive and checking in on us. Would definitely book again.

Great property for a large family or adult group. EZ walk to Wharf and to Metro station (Waterfront/green line). EZ walk to morning coffee if you don’t want to make it yourself. Appreciated the large dining table and first floor set up that was good for socializing and happy hour. We had 7 adults in our group- plenty of room for both our couples and our singles. Twin bed rooms are adult friendly with both size of twin beds and neutral decor. The parking spot was an appreciated amenity! Great place for a group visit to DC, with responsive and friendly hosts.

Nathan has a lovely home—it feels like stepping back in time into one of old Washington’s charming houses. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and communication with Nathan was excellent. The location is convenient, about a 25-minute walk to Capitol Hill. While the surrounding area could be better—the streets were a bit dirty—it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t affect our overall experience. We had a wonderful time in Washington, and staying at this house was definitely part of it. Thank you, Nathan!

If you are going to stay in DC, this is the place! Johnathan is extremely responsive and accommodating and had pretty much anything you can think of that you may need- toiletries, coffee, tea, even snacks! Thank you again! Wonderful Airbnb!

Overall good location, clean, looks like the photos. Only flag is that you can very clearly hear people walking upstairs.

Wonderful place, exactly as pictured and described! Parking was not a problem, and the neighborhood felt very safe. Just a few blocks to Trader Joe's, Harris Teeter, King Street, and the Alexandria Waterfront. The backyard seating and BBQ are such a nice bonus!

This home set the bar extremely high for future trips, especially where kids are involved. We were two families traveling with a 6, 3 and 1 year old for a friend’s wedding, and thus had a lot of logistics to manage. Maj and Houcine made things convenient and comfortable. Black-out shades and comfortable bedding (including the provided pack-n-play) ensured we all slept well. There was some starter food in the pantry (oatmeal, pancake mix, peanut butter, tea), which let us enjoy our first morning without immediately rushing to the grocery store. The playroom provided endless entertainment for the kids so that the adults could have some moments to connect. The back balcony provided a moment of serenity for all, with gorgeous morning sunlight by which to enjoy a cup of coffee (also provided). It was also helpful to have access to a washer and dryer to avoid taking a pile of dirty clothes home. Having a parking pass for the neighborhood took away a lot of hassle.

Parking and street traffic can be a pain in Georgetown. But this place was just a couple blocks off the main drag, which allowed for quiet streets and ample parking. The house style is minimalist which made for a clean house. Overall, Great stay.

We loved our stay at Ben and Tessa’s DC townhouse. It was exactly a described and had so much character! The house was clean the beds were comfy and the location was fantastic. We were able to walk most places we wanted to visit and when we needed an UBER it was easy to get one. If we are ever in the area again we would stay here again.

This is a wonderful house for a family. Very well equipped and very comfortable. We would happily stay there again.

Milian’s property was great! It was clean, comfortable, and located in a vibrant DC neighborhood. We only had 2 people and a brief stay, but it would be comfortable for more people and a long stay if needed. There are loads of nearby restaurants and the Metro is a short walk. Highly recommend.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The townhouse was easy to get to, clean, and comfortable. It’s also located in one of my favorite neighborhoods in DC—the place is walkable, full of restaurants, coffee shops, and historic buildings. Jordi was a kind host and is dedicated to making sure his guests have a pleasant experience. He is communicative and thoughtful.

I had a wonderful stay at Jane’s Airbnb in Washington, DC. The space was exceptionally clean and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax after exploring the city. Jane was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. The neighborhood itself is beautiful and full of history—great for walking and soaking in the charm of the area. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting DC!

Our 4-day stay at The Potomac property was wonderful. Great home with each bedroom having its own private bathroom plus an extra bathroom on the main floor. Great location with short walks to grocery stores, coffee shops, and eating spots. The communication and response to questions was excellent!

Edgar’s home was great for what we needed! It was roomy and had all the amenities as listed. Perfect long weekend in DC.

We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations during our stay! John’s place was clean and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the hot water and water pressure were excellent! The backyard space was relaxing at the end of a busy day and we loved the quiet friendly neighborhood atmosphere with tons of walkable restaurants. Next time we are in town we will be booking again!

Although not as close to the action as you may want, once inside you will find a very updated home with plenty of amenities. Easy to get inside. Relatively quiet (it is DC after all). And easy check out procedures.

We had a great stay at Elliott’s place. Elliott was a great host, and the home was super clean, in a quiet area, and walkable to many notable locations.

Great place! Perfect size for me, my partner, our daughter, and my parents. Had lots of amenities including coffee! We enjoyed the tvs in each room. We ate at home most nights and had everything we needed— maybe a bit more silverware would have been helpful. Otherwise it was a great stay and I’d def stay again! Very walkable but quiet area. Highly recommend.

The house was really nice and perfect for a get away alone and the neighborhood is nice and quiet!
