Beautiful apartment, clean, great area. Nice stay overall, my only issue was the host did respond fast but had poor communication & wasn’t very helpful at times.

Hi Ray, I truly enjoyed my stay at your Airbnb. The place was very clean and in the perfect location. I came down with my family for my son’s graduation from Morehouse College, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. It was conveniently close to restaurants and located in a safe neighborhood—both of which are very important to me. Cleanliness is also a top priority, and your place exceeded my expectations. Patricia and the place are exceptional. It makes you feel home away from home. My son and I stayed at her place a couple of times, and it has become our favorite place to travel to. This is the best airbnb in Atlanta. Highly recommended

Best place for stay in dunwoody, very accurate with picture. peaceful with nice neighborhood, so good to walk around after eat dinner for exercise, easy to access i285, so you will be EASY to go travel AROUND ATL. Really recommend. Host Harry respond very fast and nice, he is the best. Thank you.

Tiff was very helpful and responsive when I needed her. She was always one call away, and even though it was difficult for my first time traveling she let me know that everything was okay and if I needed anything just call. She also decorated the room for me just to make sure my wife’s stay was special❤️

An urban dream! Ariell’s beautiful, pristine apartment is exactly as pictured and yet feels welcoming . The apartment was a spacious and relaxing oasis to return to at the end of my busy work days while in Buckhead. On-site, included parking is a big plus and the building is not only sparkling clean, it’s safe and secure with incredible amenities. Grocery stores, restaurants, outstanding retail, and bars are all within a short drive or Uber ride as well. The apartment building is on a well-travelled road. So expect some road noise when staying here. Ariell was quick to respond when I messaged with questions. There are fragrance plug ins in the apartment. If you’re sensitive to fragrances like I am, you may want to ask about them ahead of your stay. Ariell was understanding and accommodating in that I was able to unplug them and place them in a cabinet until I checked out. I would stay again and much preferred Ariell’s apartment to a hotel.

Loved the this spot and being able to park at the location was wonderful. Area was located within reach of the stores and restaurants. Definitely would stay again.

Perfect apartment for visiting Atlanta. Spacious apartment close to all the major attraction. Happy with choosing to come to Thomas’s place and I would definitely stay again.

Awesome location close to everything! Jennifer is an awesome host. We were lost and she immediately answered her phone and helped us! This location is steps away from the Beltline, and Ponce City Market. It is a vibrant area that is safe. I highly recommend this location and host!

5 stars. This was the perfect place for my small family. I have no complaints. Close to the Atlanta Braves Stadium and lots of places to eat. Quiet neighborhood too. My only suggestion is the pull out couch is more single than double. But there is an air mattress in the closet. So it worked out well. Definitely will book again the next time we travel to Atlanta!

Prince was a great host. His penthouse was pristine, the view is AAAMAZING! Walking distance to several restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend, 10/10. Thanks for your attentiveness Prince!😊

My stay was ABSOLUTELY the best. The house was clean and very well described. The host was AWESOME. He made us feel right at home, was quick with responses whenever I had an issue or question. He even suggested a few places because we weren’t from there. Best Airbnb that I’ve encountered so far!!!! If I ever go back to Atlanta I will be booking this same Airbnb. Thank you

We are locals, and we stayed here while our floors were getting redone. We loved Reynoldstown and we loved Tim’s home. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dogs. The basement gym was so nice and convenient. We loved the open and spacious kitchen and living room. And the location is perfect - it is close to so many local spots and the beltline. We will absolutely stay here for our next staycation.

Perfect home for gathering with our young adult children. We all had enough space for separate downtime and family meals together. We all had a great time in Atlanta and hope to go back again soon. Would love to stay at Ashley’s again if it’s available!

Great location. Peaceful and beautiful whilst also being closely located to walkable restaurants, the Beltline, Ponce City Market and tree lines walking paths/parks. Street parking was a nuisance on the weekends. House was clean but could have had more attention placed in some areas. We were very comfortable in this home and had everything we needed. Great communication with hosts. Would definitely return.
