The upper unit includes private entrance, 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen and a washer & dryer. The home can sleep 2-10 people comfortably! The views are fabulous and breathtaking year-round! There is a gas BBQ grill and utensils for your outdoor grilling for your family and friends! We live on the ground level and can easily assist with any recommendations, maintenance and/or needs.

The main bedroom and bathroom are on the first floor and a spiral staircase leads to 2 additional bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. It's the perfect home for any season, come enjoy the garden beds in the summer or snuggle up by the fireplace in the winter. Bonus is that it's only 20min to Purgatory!

The location is great for those wanting to enjoy Durango (20 mi) and Pagosa (50 mi) . If you are into fishing, hiking, hunting, paddle boarding, etc. there are many lakes nearby. The house is also right between Purgatory Resort (one hour north) and Wolf Creek Ski Area (one hour south).
