Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Dunfermline

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Karen. La maison est spacieuse, nous étions six et nous ne nous sommes pas du tout senti à l'étroit. Un bel endroit pour visiter la région. Merci ! Tout était parfait !

We absolutely loved our stay at Melissa’s place. The home was beautifully presented, peaceful, and had everything we needed. It’s a perfect spot for families — calm, spacious, and very well-equipped. Melissa’s hospitality was truly wonderful and made us feel right at home. We’d happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway.

The place is absolutely gorgeous and has stunning views of the ocean. the area doesn't have many restaurants and public transportation is not convenient in case you plan on commuting to Edinburgh city center however the cozy interiors make up for this. goodies, snacks, and basic pantry items were provided as well as nearby restaurant pamphlets which made the stay comfortable. Allison was very helpful with providing information about the location and helping out with any problems we had. keep in mind that taxis and Ubers are slightly difficult to order because not many drivers are willing to come to the location. All things considered, it's a great place to stay for a vacation and the stunning views and beaches make up for the transportation inconveniences :)

Georgina’s place was really beautiful- it’s like an interior decorator had been at work! Just lovely. Every part of the cottage was stunning. Massive, well appointed kitchen, sitting room like something from a magazine and two beautiful bedrooms with very large en suite bathrooms. Again, beautifully decorated- really felt like a very up market boutique hotel. My sister said it was the best Airbnb she’d ever stayed in. Really lovely countryside all around and a great place to use as a base for our long walks. The fact you can bring your dog is so great. Close enough to Aldi to stock up but secluded enough to feel rural. Georgina was very helpful - had left milk, bread, eggs, jam etc for us. Such a lovely touch. I’d love to stay here again.

What stunning views and such a tranquil location. Loved our stay and hosts were so accommodating when we were a little late and they opened up for our grocery delivery driver! We are a family of four with a dog and loved using the enclosed garden, bbq and fire pit. Beds are comfortable and showers are super. Even the sofa bed is great! Would stay again. Super clean. We were able to play a game at the table in the dining area. Glad there were plenty of utensils and tools in the kitchen (especially the scissors). Bathroom shower had nice pressur. Appreciated the washing machine to clean our travel clothes. Overall a lovely place!!!! Thank you Julie for hosting us.

Izzy's home is a lovely retreat. It is in a very quiet location, convenient for everything and within walking distance of a Morrisons Superstore. A few minutes drive from the railway station with free parking and with frequent services into the centre of Edinburgh. It has everything you need, including a washing machine and tumble dryer. The internet is reliable and very fast. We had a very comfortable stay and would certainly stay there again.

Sarah was a great hostess! Her directions were super helpful and she was very flexible with our late check-in. She had lots of lovely personal touches which made our stay more enjoyable eg wipes and nappies for our son, milk in the fridge, etc .. The place was exactly as described, with great parking and it was very accessible to Edinburgh by car. We definitely would recommend staying here!

Great location, walkable to so much of Edinburgh! Very well appointed and smartly-designed flat. Everything was clean and comfy. Would be eager to visit again!

We had another highly enjoyable weekend at Swallows Nest, our 2nd short stay at this very peaceful and comfortable property. A home from home, in very beautiful and special surroundings. Already arranging our 3rd visit … :) Highly recommend for a family or couple. Thank you both!

Little Rosslyn is a lovely place to stay. Just like the pictures. with space to sif outside too. We really enjoyed our stay and the info folder was very helpful and easy confsct with Emma. Situated in a lovely village with local amenities, we would stay here again, oh and the fact you can bring your dog is great too.

Wir waren zu dritt bei Sheena zu Besuch. 3 Erwachsene. Von Anfang an haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung und der Ausblick waren wunderschön. Auf dem Gelände hatten sie Tiere, die uns sehr gefallen haben. Auch die Ausstattung der Wohnung war super. Sie haben an alles gedacht. Geräumiger Kühlschrank, Backofen, Gefrierschrank, eine Waschmaschine und vieles mehr. Es war viel beschriftet, sodass man alles verstehen konnte. Die Zimmer waren liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Auffahrt zum Gelände ist etwas abenteuerlich. Der Weg ist keine geteerte Straße. Es gibt viele Schlaglöcher. Aber durch langsames und vorsichtiges Fahren gut zu erreichen. Das Städchen Aberdour ist sehr schön und einen Spaziergang oder eine Erkundungstour wert. Wer nach Edinburgh möchte, kann in Aberdour sein Auto kostenlos am Bahnhof parken und von dort aus nach Edinburgh fahren. Fazit: Wir würden aufjedenfall wieder kommen!

Ann’s place was just what we needed for our two night stay in Edinburgh. The apartment is centrally located and within walking distance of all the major attractions , with a stunning view of the castle. The amenities provided allowed for a comfortable stay.

I had a lovely stay at Ash’s place while I was working at Royal Highland Show. The Annexe was clean, very spacious and peaceful and had everything you could need. The bed was so comfy, I slept so well during my stay. Ash communicated well and was very helpful! Thank you for a lovely stay!

We had a wonderful stay. It was peaceful and relaxing. Kitchen had everything needed, bed and sofa were very comfy and we loved the wood burner. We brought wood from the purple shop ( dog friendly and well stocked!) and had fires in the evening. Beautiful beaches in easy walking distance. we loved it and hope to be back :)

Gillian was a great host, very friendly and welcoming. We had an amazing few days spending some quality time with family in this gorgeous apartment. The games room, hot tub and lovely garden were spot on. Highly recommend for a getaway

I highly recommend Anke-Beate's flat. We would definitely return. The location is ideal to get around Edinburgh, it is spacious and even better than the photos. Everything was clean, and the added touches were very much appreciated. The flat is fully kitted out with everything needed. Communication was great. Thank you for a great stay!

As a Fifer, it’s always nice to come back and stay. Craigs place was easy to find, spacious and spotlessly clean, and Burntisland is a lovely town. I would certainly stay at Craigs again.

Apartment was a perfect stopover. Really clean and well equipped. Much better value than local hotels. Handy having the enclosed garden.

Anne and Guy’s stay was beautiful and just as seen in the photos, if not better! Stunning water view from the back garden and walkable location to restaurants. After a day of driving, we decided to order takeaway from Little Moon which was delicious and a walk away. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone!

Parfait, l’ambiance à l’intérieur était impeccable. Je rêve d’y retourner, j’aurais aimé rester plus longtemps. Grace était très gentille et nous a même proposé des activités.

We spent two nights at The Butler's Basement for my husband's birthday and it was an ideal base. We did have an issue getting in as the lockbox didn't work, but her son came down and resolved the issue. The apartment was very clean and in a great area - some lovely bars and restaurants that we preferred to spend time in, more than the busier side of Edinburgh. Gemma was very responsive to my messages and we also had a bottle of fizz in the fridge as well as some short bread and chocolate. It might be an idea to put a small bottle of milk in the fridge, as we did have tea and coffee provided but didn't want to buy a whole pint of milk to make a couple of drinks. However it certainly wasn't an issue that would stop us staying again!

It was really something special to stay at Kinghorn Town Hall. The accommodation is just as beautiful as in the photos and even after a few days just as impressive as at the beginning. Kinghorn is a cute little town, right by the sea and with a few stores and a delicious bagel café. We found it a great base for exploring the surrounding countryside as well as going to Edinburgh (also good access by train). We would love to come back someday.
