Lovely place to stay really clean and new

I felt like a celebrity in this beautiful and quiet flat, right off the main action of Edinburghs center. The bed was comfy and had sparkling white sheets. The bathtub was just perfect for a soak after all the walking we did. The kitchen set up was perfectly stocked with tea, coffee and breakfast essentials, plus or host gave us great info on local shops for any other needs. We got the inside scoop on some of the best local restaurants and bars. Oh! And a jar of homemade Scottish Shortbread greeted us on our arrival! Absolutely worth every penny, and every step it takes to get to the flat. I didn't want to leave this chic little jewel in Edinburgh.

This was a really good Airbnb - clean, comfortable beds and sofas, great shower. We used it mainly as a base to do things in Edinburgh and that worked out really well. The app you use in lieu of keys worked perfectly.

Great little stay in Kinross. Gabby and Andrew were great hosts, offering local suggestions in quick response times. Their quaint little place is lovely and homely, with great walkable access to shops and food options in this little town. It worked perfectly for our wedding nearby and we'd definitely stay again if in the area. Also very easy to find!

The location was fantastic for what we needed, we travelled to Dunfermline for a wedding. Great accommodation with shops in walking distance. I requested a high chair and travel cot, I asked if the travel cot included a mattress which I didn’t receive a reply to so I ended up taking our own travel cot, the high chair was not provided which wasn’t a huge issue but we ate in the apartment on the first night so our baby had to sit on our knee to eat food with us. The apartment was lovely and very modern but could just do with a little deep clean, there was a lot of dust including some in the draws in the smaller room also the floors where not cleaned properly with hairs on the floor in the bathroom. We requested earlier check in as we travelled around 6 hours in total but we wasn’t allowed to enter any earlier so I thought the apartment would have been cleaner. The drain in the en-suite did not drain water very well and sofa wasn’t the comfiest. Overall was a nice stay though

Very clean. Everything looks brand new. Detailed instructions. Just be prepared to have limited transportation options without a vehicle. Active bus routes are close to a mile away. Not a bad walk but just be prepared.

We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely return. The location is perfect - with the sea just across the road, very close to the pier/harbour area and a couple of minutes from the end of the high street. North Berwick is a lovely little town, perfect for a short break, and was particularly good for our needs with a wheelchair user / someone with mobility issues. Would highly recommend both North Berwick and this accommodation.

I had a truly wonderful stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful—going above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and comfortable. It felt like a home away from home, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had a wonderful stay here! Great place, had everything we needed, and very clean! We stayed with three adults and a toddler and had plenty of space. Close to lots of shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

We had an a wonderful stay. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect—quiet and very peaceful but still close to local attractions/restaurants/supermarkets. The private walled garden was great and very much enjoyed by our dog. Elizabeth was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing clear instructions and helpful local tips. It really felt like a home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Reece’s flat was absolutely gorgeous! I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area! He was an amazing host, had brilliant communication and was very easy to talk to regarding issues!

The house was just as expected - beautiful peaceful location, well furnished, cozy feel. Local pub and shops within walking distance as well as several bus lines making it very convenient to get around. The Penland hills park was roughly a 20 min walk away through nice quiet neighborhoods which made for a nice day trip. Highly recommend!

This was my favourite stay on Airbnb so far. Mark was an incredible host, with great communication, clear instructions and generosity with everything (we made full use of the Nespresso machine 😂). The flat itself was beautiful, very nicely decorated. you can tell just from looking at it that a lot of thought and effort went into it, has a lot of personality, and quite clear that mark uses it himself as well. would definitely recommend to anyone who doesn't mind the slightly higher price and a few flights of stairs :)

What a lovely, comfortable, clean and well equipped place. And the property has fabulous views in all directions. The hosts were marvellous in communicating - especially when I made their lives a bit difficult - by booking for a dog then not bringing him and by asking for an extra night at short notice. Not only did they arrange a refund for my absent dog but also left a ‘get well soon’ message and some treats! What lovely people 🤗 There were also ‘treats’ for me incl chilled water, milk, crisps and yummy Tunnocks biscuits 😁 The place is easy to find with clear instructions on how to get in, WiFi details, etc and advice/guidance on places to visit nearby.

Great value Airbnb. Very well equipped. Lovely to get breakfast products. Beds were comfy, Inc the sofa bed. The outside space was a bonus. Great walks. Straightforward bus service to explore further afield. Lots of local walks, pubs and food options. Rosie couldn’t do enough for us. A great weekend. Thank you Rosie.

A very nice flat in a good location close to Haymarket and restaurants. The flat was clean and bright with nice decor and has a convenient parking space. We didn't have time to use the pool as there is so much to do in Edinburgh. Ollie was a good host, always quick to respond and helpful. It was a great place to stay.

A great base for golf at Gleneagles and the surrounding area. Really comfortable apartment with all you need for self catering. Spot on communication from the hosts made for straightforward check in and out. Would happily recommend.

We had a brilliant weekend in this lovely accommodation with great facilities. As a family group, including 3 teenagers and a disabled grandad, the accommodation was ideal with a lovely large open planned kitchen/dining/living area, four big ensuite bedrooms (one on the ground floor) and a separate bathroom. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and the large fridge freezer would easily have coped with supplies for a longer stay. The upstairs bedrooms had a luxurious feeling to them. The beds were all very comfortable and the ensuites were well fitted out with good walk in shower cubicles. The downstairs bedroom was smaller but still a good size. The shower had a high threshold for anyone with mobility problems but non- slip bath mats and suction handrails were supplied as soon as we mentioned disability. A shower stool would have been a welcome addition. There was plenty to occupy us without leaving the complex. We enjoyed making use of the sports facilities and the walks.

I spent nearly four months in Wendy's accommodation. I had a great time there! The apartment itself offers great views, and the room is very comfortable. It is easily accessible by bus and has a good connection to the city centre and main University Campus, as well as being close to a big supermarket and the beach. Being on the outskirts of the city and by the sea, it made it very easy to find peace, walking along the beach or visiting my personal favourite place, Newhailes Estate. For those coming to study here: the bus connection to the University of Edinburgh's King's Buildings is not great, especially on the way back, and if you'll have to be there a lot I'd recommend getting a bicycle, which is about twice as fast. Wendy is a very friendly host, who is usually not home during the day but if you run into her and she has time she will be open for a chat - for example sharing stories or music. She loves baking, and might leave something she made in the fridge for you!

Fantastic stay! Great accommodation, great facilities, restaurant on site and over at the courtyard were fantastic. Hot box spa is a must if in the area!

Ollie was a great host, gave clear instructions, and was available even at late hours. Very good apartment, clean and calm. Close to co-op for groceries and all major spots are easily accessible by walking or bus. Highly Recommended
