Great apartment with parking near airport and city

The bright, spacious penthouse apartment is located in a charming three-family house in a quiet park-like neighborhood. You live in a quiet and central location with a private parking space. It is a 7-minute walk to the train station. You can reach Zurich City in 20 minutes and the airport in 30 minutes. Stores, restaurants and an indoor and outdoor swimming pool are within walking distance. You can relax in the nearby Hardwald forest with a popular viewing tower and numerous barbecue areas.

Quiet and complete apartment in Oerlikon

I am offering my apartment for the periods when I am away. The apartment has an extra room which I will use to put away 90% of my things so that you don't have to worry too much. It will be furnished with fresh bed linen and towels and everything you might need. Then you have a full including coffee machine (kitchen), a bathroom and a nice terrace (including also an outdoors table). Disclaimer: rental according to Swiss subletting law, no profit is made and guests might have to provide IDs.

Zum Hallenstadion kannst du zu Fuss zum Konzert und dein Auto gratis stehen lassen. Die Wohnung hat keinen Balkon, aber einen Garten mit Grillplatz. Achtung: Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Our studio is located at the lower part of the house and is accessible via a separate entrance in the garage. The large built-in wardrobe provides enough storage space. The kitchen is equipped with the latest technology (hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine). The bathroom with shower, sauna and cold bathroom completes the decor. The toilet is separate. The studio includes a spacious garden with a small dining table and a cozy lounge.

Donald is the best host I have ever stayed with. After 2 months we became good friends. He is friendly, helpful and cheerful but tactful, non-intrusive and quiet. He will always explain everything and come to an understanding. His wonderful son is unobtrusive, polite and falls asleep early (like a rock!). The room has basic furnishings, you can use the rest of the shared flat on a nice cohabitation basis. Washer and dryer free of charge (!!). The kitchen is well equipped. Lovely garden for relaxation. Lift, nice view from the window, birds singing. The flat is sat near Zurich (25 min by bus from the centre, it's not a big city 😉 ), in a quiet little village. Close to wonderful walks in the forest. Shops within 1 bus stop away. If you match the conditions in the ad, you won't find a better offer. And it's really worth getting to know this man - lots of stories, tons of positive energy, pure kindness. Thank you, Donald!

Charlotte is a really friendly, super host. The house is sparkling, surrounded by nature and immaculate. It was as if I had gone to visit a relative and they had given me a room. The bathroom was clean and cleaned with natural products, there was no chemical smell. The place I slept in was again clean and tidy, and everything I needed was available in this room. Due to my fatigue, I fell asleep directly, the bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and the sheets were very clean. Extremely satisfied with my stay. If I come to Zurich again, I plan to come with my family and I plan to stay with this lovely family again.
