You will have TV, wifi, central heat, air conditioning but expect to hear the water pump run and there is no dishwasher.

If you are looking to experience lake life, look no further! Our Guest House sits on the beautiful 140 acre Bullock Pen Lake. It's a great place to relax, or enjoy kayaking, paddle boating, paddle boarding and fishing. We have one of the best views of the lake. The Guest House is fully renovated and decorated with relaxation in mind. It has everything you would need for your stay. After all, the lake is where your worries fade and memories are made! WEEKEND SPECIAL + LOW NIGHTLY RATE - Choose Anna’s Place and you will enjoy easy access to everything from the ARK Encounter to the Cincinnati Zoo. Our guests will have access to the entire side of the duplex which includes 2 bedrooms upstairs in addition to the full bath. Hickory Ridge is located in a quiet country setting. You will be: 23 miles to the Ark Encounter 29 miles to Creation Museum Doug and Lana live on the main floor of their ranch style home. The apartment is in the finished lower level (basement) of the home. Hickory Ridge is located in the rolling hills of Northern Kentucky on a family farm next to a wooded area. If you are looking for a quiet place to get away, we hope you will be pleased with this location!

The Cute Little House Near The Ark Encounter

The "Little House" is a cute 1 bedroom house located on our farm in a beautiful country setting with 6 acres of outdoor space for relaxing. It is separate from our home and is all yours. It is conveniently located only 8 miles from the Ark Encounter and you only need to make one turn to get there. We have chickens, ducks, turkeys, a horse, and 11 goats. We also have a 1/2 mile nature trail to explore with a scavenger hunt, and a campfire spot with free firewood.
