Once in a while you find a special little idyll that takes a special place in your heart and Darija’s studio appartment in Stormoska is such a place. It’s small but smart, beautifully furnished, well appointed with a comfortable bed and a great shower. But it’s real beauty is the location. Open the door, hop over the tiny road and down the steps and you’re in the azure blue Adriatic. 200m away is a lovely laid back beach bar and 5 mins walk Stormoska’s harbour with bars and restaurants. Solta is a hidden gem. I don’t want to tell you too much as we want to keep it that way. We didn’t meet Darija but her communication was great and Dado, her father who lived above collected us from the bus stop, talked to us about island life and plied us with local cheese, fruit and sherry. We could have lazed on the rocks all day but we caught the bus, did a walk and hired bikes in Gornje Selo to cycle to Maslinika. We loved our stay!

Marijana’s place was one of the highlights of our stay in Trogir. Just a short walk from the old city, yet completely quiet and peaceful, the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. As soon as you enter, you’re greeted by a beautiful garden patio filled with flowers and cozy corners to lounge. It instantly feels welcoming and calm. We spent a lot of time out there, just enjoying the vibe. The flat itself is spotless and has everything you need – you can tell Marijana has thought of every detail to make guests feel comfortable. It’s super well-equipped and very nicely done. And Marijana is simply lovely. Warm, friendly, and genuinely caring – she clearly takes pride in making her guests feel at home. Can’t recommend this place enough. Peaceful, charming, and just a pleasure to stay in.

v comfortable apartment, loved the egg seat. Our stay was late in season, so alot of restaurants/beach bars were closed. But against that it was v quiet and peaceful. lovely beach close to apartment. Ivo answered any query v quickly. Balcony was a particular favour hangout for us.

Kaštel Stari was truly a hidden gem! Only 15 min drive from Trogir and about 20-25 min from Split Marina. Perfect to explore around but quiet place to stay and relax if you want. The beautiful beach was just steps away, so convenient. There is coffee, ice cream, market, lots of restaurants and they even had a small public market outside our window in the courtyard! Locals were also super friendly. Would definitely recommend and stay again. A unique stay within 300 year old walls and old town. Jelena was a great host and super responsive! We had a wonderful time staying here! The walk to the beach was 1-2 min max and the experience of swimming in the Adriatic Sea was unmatched. We had one small issue but Jelena and her parents were quick to help us solve it.

What a hidden gem! Great stay and wellness area. Will definitely be back!

Fabulous apartment with breathtaking views. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures and everything was to a very high standard and comfortable. Zeljka couldn't have been more helpful - from booking right through to the time of our stay and departure. The beach is just a two minute walk down the steps and it's very easy to get an Uber to Trogir in the evening for restaurants. A wonderful stay - we had a fantastic time exploring the island, coves and nearby Split. Highly recommended!

Coming from the States, it is so nice to find a place where you can walk everywhere! we loved this spot as dinner, drinks, the Riva, the marina, beaches, coffee and activities were all walkable. The highlights of the spot for us were D16 coffee, Articok restaurant, Diocletian Palace, and having a supermarket in walking distance too. I cooked an awesome meal on our first night and the kitchen was fully stocked. We had everything we needed. Swimming at the beaches to the west and Forest Park Marjan were also great activities if you run or are up for longer walks. Beautiful place!

It was such a wonderful holiday with our toddlers. The apartment was sparkling clean and had everything we needed. I already now miss the view from the balcony. The pool area was beautiful and the location near the sea was perfect. It was calm and quiet, the planes do not bother. We enjoyed a lot walking to the nearby restaurants. Alenka was such a nice and friendly host and made sure we were enjoying our visit.

Our stay at Ana's was very good, we had a great time, the apartment is very nice and has everything you need. The town is very small and everything is close. It is easy to walk to the beach, to the restaurants and there are two supermarkets nearby

It’s hard to put into words how amazing this place is, the house is stunning and unique in its location and direst access to the sea! I was dubious when I saw all of the positive reviews but this home truly exceeds expectations. It’s beautiful, has great facilities and the beds are SO comfortable and the aircon works really well so it’s always cool. We did struggle to get around without a car but we were recommended a wonderful taxi driver who took us around everywhere! Can’t recommend this place enough and hope to come back again soon! A very clean, cozy apartment with a terrace and sea view. There is a beautiful swimming pool in the yard, there are sun loungers and umbrellas. Everything you need for living is also there; appliances, including a dishwasher, furniture, dishes in excellent condition. Very friendly hostess! There are 2 beaches, 3 restaurants, a shop nearby.

Accommodation with a beautiful pool and breathtaking views. The hosts were extremely kind, we recommend the menu offered by Toma (with grilled fish as well as grilled vegetables on the barbecue), a pure delight at an unbeatable price,

You do need a car or be comfortable taking Ubers or taxis, because there is nowhere we found in the immediate area to walk to except the airport. BUT the apartment is probably the most thought out Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. So clean and decorated perfectly. No detail missed. The balcony views are gorgeous. Would 100% stay here again. Loved the proximity to Trogir and Split isn’t too far ($40 Uber ride for family). HIGHLY recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment, spacious balcony area perfect for a family outdoor dinner and relaxing in the hot tub. Easy walk into the old town - about 15 minutes. Marina provided clear check in instructions and recommendations on restaurants which we tried out and enjoyed! If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay and unwind after a busy day exploring then you should definitely stay here.

This was one of our favourite stays in Croatia. The accommodation far exceeded our expectations. Spacious apartment, perfectly equipped, tastefully furnished and sparkling clean. Quietly located, with fantastic views of the sea. This accommodation is outstanding. Natali is a warm, helpful and reliable hostess. We hope that we can come back one day.

Highly recommend this apartment. Jolanda was quick to get back to us and no problem checking in at 10pm. Apartment was well equipped with 2 comfortable bedrooms and a kitchen with everything including some welcome treats. The hot tub was amazing and very welcome after busy days out. A 10min walk to the old town and bus station with a supermarket around the corner. The shower runs on a tank so as long as no one spends too long there is enough hot water for 4 people. Jolanda also really kindly looked after our bags on our last day as our flight was late. Would definitely stay here again

It's also only a 5-minute walk to the boat that runs regularly between Okrug and the charming town of Trogir. Inside, the apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and there's a Smart TV with good Wi-Fi coverage, so you can stream your own apps without any issues. The pool area is simply stunning—clean, relaxing, and a real highlight of our stay. If you're looking for top-quality accommodation with outstanding hosts and a central location in Okrug Gornji, we can warmly recommend this place. It was a great stay. There were two of us and there was plenty of room. The apartment would also be well suited for four people. The sofa covers look a bit old-fashioned, but the sensational view of the sea and the large terrace with whirlpool makes you forget that immediately. The landlady was very accommodating and helpful. The transport from the airport to the accommodation was perfectly organized. Thank you for everything

We had such a wonderful stay at Zvonimir’s place in Podstrana! The home was beautiful, clean, and had an absolutely stunning view, the kind you don’t forget. Zvonimir and his family were exceptional hosts: kind, welcoming, and genuinely thoughtful. One of the highlights was receiving some delicious homemade treats that made us feel right at home. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, and we’d absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!
