Denise and Dennis's cottage felt truly a home away from home. Everything that I could ever wish to have was there and Denise was in communication always. Her recommendations around the area were also awesome! really appreciated all the small touches and being felt welcomed!

Wonderful place to stay!! Check in instructions were incredibly clear, and the hosts very helpful and responsive to any questions I had. The pictures are a great representation of the place; very cozy, light filled, clean, and comfortable. I really enjoyed being within a short walking distance to Petco Park while still being able to explore some of the neighborhoods in San Diego easily. I would absolutely stay here again!! Thank you!

I had a lovely stay with Dina. I am moving to the SD area and Dina made my transition so much easier. There were some minor issues at the beginning that were quickly addressed and resolved. Dina and Jose made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay and I am happy with the hosts, they went above and beyond. I also paid a pet deposit that was fully refunded as my animals are well trained!

Minh was responsive and thoughtful. The house has everything you might need, with labels on cabinets. Comfortable bed. Large room.

Annette and Scott are lovely hosts, and the house is spacious with easy access to beaches and San Diego nearby. Great value!

The apartment was perfect, cozy, and had any amenity we could have needed, in a great neighborhood. Kaitlin was very helpful, had a guide to make things easier, and was super responsive and kind! Would absolutely stay again.

Staying at wade’s was amazing. I felt comfortable in the neighborhood and in the retreat as well! Quiet and peaceful, bed was so comfortable I slept like a rock. Would highly recommend staying at Wade’s retreats!

Kay’s place was perfectly located for exploring & perfectly accommodating for 2 people. We want to gate keep this place for ourselves because of how wonderful the experience was but Kay deserves the recognition for being the most reliable & stellar host. Charlotta was very helpful with the instructions and communicative. The apartment was perfect for our stay to watch the Padres play. Lots of walkable things to do. The apartment felt like home and was comfortable. Easy check in and checkout. I would stay again and recommend it to anyone you wants bay and city views.

Sommer was extremely responsive, accommodating and helpful. The place was just as described and was well stocked with everything you could need. Quiet neighborhood close to lots! We really enjoyed our stay and Sommer made all the difference.

Raphel was a great host, very responsive and friendly with clear check-in instructions. His on site manager, Thomas, was very friendly, proactive and really helpful. The room was very spacious and comfortable and exactly like in the photos. It could benefit from a desk and chair for those on a business trip. Everything worked perfectly and I had a really comfortable stay. The common area eg corridor gives a 70’s vibe and could possibly benefit from a carpet upgrade and a fresher scent. The property is very conveniently located not far from the Convention Centre and with lots of restaurants and amenities nearby. It is in the buzzy Gaslamp district facing the main road so naturally you will get the street noise and lights at night. But if you are from a city yourself it should not bother you too much. The nature of the area also means you should be vigilant with your surroundings. All in all I would highly recommend Raphel and this property.

I enjoyed staying at Vivian's place and it worked just fine for my purposes. I was in town for a conference and the home is about a 20 minute walk to the convention center. The apartment was well appointed and I appreciated the in-unit washer and dryer. The home is in a quiet area of the city and fairly residential. There weren't many people walking around when I was coming back at night, which did give me pause as a solo female traveler, however I found the surroundings to be safe and had no problems.

The space is beautiful. The supplies were plentiful and everything you could need was there. The location is central to so many fun places. The neighborhood felt safe and was fun to walk around in...I highly reccomend..

Amazing stay for me and my boyfriend! The location is central enough to everything we wanted to do and see here in sd. The space was clean, cozy, and had all the amenities we needed! Instructions are listed clearly and communication with Nick was always quick n reliable! There’s some pretty significant construction out in front of the building, so street parking was a bit tricky since the parking space provided in the garage couldn’t accommodate our truck - but that was just a minor inconvenience for our ginormous rental lol.

I had a great time staying at Thelma De La Paz’s place! The space was cozy, very clean, and exactly what I needed for a comfortable stay. Thelma was a wonderful host - polite, welcoming, and super responsive to any questions I had. Highly recommend!

Location, location, location. So many restaurants, coffee shops, and bars within walking distance. Close to the convention center and close to the seaport. Walked to the Ferry to go to Coronado. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony to have coffee in the morning. If you are looking for a place that is comfortable and in a great location, you can’t go wrong.

Tony’s listing was exactly as described in photos & writeup. Very clean & on point. Responds quickly & gave us a heads up prior about a Marathon going on so we could plan travel accordingly. Located in area where you can walk to local restaurants & bars. If traveling to San Diego again, I will most certainly book this place again.

Loved the place and location. Very safe and parking in a secured garage. It felt very homey and would definitely go back.
