Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Downtown San Diego

Julia’s place was everything we hoped for and more—exactly as described and just as beautiful as the photos. We came to San Diego to run the Rock and Roll Marathon, and the location couldn’t have been more ideal. Being within walking distance to the start line made race day smooth and stress-free. The home itself was clean, stylish, and full of thoughtful touches. Our kids felt right at home the moment we arrived, and they especially loved the projector—it made movie nights feel just like being at the theater. Nestled in a lively neighborhood near Balboa Park and a great selection of restaurants, this stay truly made our marathon weekend unforgettable.

The perfect midweek getaway that we needed! What a beautiful space conveniently located right above the beach that gives the most spectacular view of the ocean! Quiet, roomy, and the most perfect, serene, retreat that makes you forget anyone else is even around. The photos in this listing don’t lie! We had the best time, ate some amazing food at the easily accessible restaurants (all in walking distance), soaked up all the sun and relaxed and enjoyed watching the surfers from bed in the morning and sunsets in the evening. We will definitely be back!

What a beautiful property! Highly recommend it. Worth every penny. Mohammed was very friendly and helpful. This is the place to stay if you want a very short walk to all the action of Gaslamp, but not all the noise that comes with staying right in the center of Gaslamp. Also a very short walk to the convention center. Great spot! Thanks Mohammed!

For me n my boyfriends first solo trip together , this place was perfect ! Our Host was amazing, super friendly. The place itself was so homey like and felt comfortable! Definitely will be coming back !! 😊

This was a great Airbnb with so many amenities. We loved the pool and hot tub area and the ping pong tables. Although we didn’t get a chance to use the gym or grilling areas, they were really nice! It was very convenient to have 2 parking spots in the garage, which were close to the elevator. Beds were very comfy and we enjoyed leisurely mornings on the balcony. James was a great host. He responded quickly to any questions we had. This Airbnb is in a quiet area and very centrally located to all of the San Diego area attraction!! We visit our son a few times a year and I’m sure we will be back in the future!

This is my 3rd time staying at Park12 and I can confirm it is known for its city accessibility & scenic views - Alexis was able to accommodate my last minute request for a weekend stay (memorial weekend 😅) without sacrificing cleanliness 🧼 Highly recommend her listing 🙏 🔥

There isn’t anything negative to say about this property. Did miss my Keurig coffee pot. ;) We enjoyed every minute we spent here. The close proximity of old town, the beach, Little Italy, and all the places we wanted to go and see was perfect. I want to thank Patrick for having such a beautiful home to share with us. We will definitely book again on our next visit to San Diego. Recommend this home to everyone!

I only stayed one night with my family. But we were all pleased with the house, amenities and honesty just the simple things available in the home. Plenty of utensils, cups and everything we needed we found with ease! Beautifully styled home

We came to San Diego to celebrate my nieces 30th birthday and my daughter’s 26th birthday! My nieces favorite color is pink and when this home popped up in the app we knew it was the one we had to get! Everything was pink!! We chose this house just because it was pink and reminded us of her! Guess what she LOVED it!! Besides the pink it was perfect for all of us! There was 8 of us and we like to all have our own spaces and this home gave us this!! If we ever go back to San Diego we definitely will come back to Chris’ place!! Also Chris was always available for questions and if we needed anything. He answered quickly!!

We absolutely loved this place!! It’s was spotless clean, spacious, quiet neighborhood (perfect for a family), and on top of it all, my kiddo loved the free snacks. The whole experience felt like a hotel, but obviously more spacious and comfortable. I would definitely go back and recommend!

The home was exactly as pictured. Easily held our group of 13 family members. Location is beautiful and felt very safe. Mo was extremely responsive with every question we had. Best communication of all stays in AirBnB we have had. Would definitely stay again. Only con…would not pay to heat pool again.

Grant: the house was fabulous! My only regret is that we couldn’t have shared it with others! It was the perfect party house. If we’re ever in San Diego again we’re going to see if this house is available. I’d like to share it with family & friends. And I’d like to explore San Diego further. Nate finished in the top 1% of over 17,000 runners in the Rock & Roll half marathon and it was a blessing that he could come back and chill after the race at such a lovely space! Great host and a great property. Datesh was very responsive and helpful. We landed early in the morning and Datesh was able to help us coordinate an early check in. The property was perfect for our trip and conveniently located to have access to the beach and downtown. Moreover, the amenities like the pool, hot tub, and pool table made the stay so much fun. Lastly, a member of my group left a couple valuables and Datesh was able to communicate with the cleaning crew to find them so they can be mailed back. Overall, everything about the experience was great!
