Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Downtown San Diego

Tony's place was AMAZING, and one of the cleanest Airbnb's we have ever been in! Even the towels smelled fresh and clean. There is only one bathroom BUT big enough for the 5 adults staying there to get ready at the same time. The backyard was so nice, if we would have had more time we would have definitely used the grill and spent more time out there. There is one parking spot in the driveway, and there was ALWAYS street parking for our second car. The house is on a cul-de-sac so no traffic going up and down the street. If you are traveling with a dog it is a GREAT place, nice fenced in area in the backyard AND front area. We would TOTALLY stay here again!!!

We had a great stay. The location was perfect and the house is well appointed, very clean, and comfortable. We worked remotely for part of our stay and it was perfect. The yard is pretty and comfortable as well. The host was super responsive and proactive. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could.

We loved our stay here. The backyard pool, hot tub, and gazebo were some of the best parts of our stay in the area. The spacious living room and kitchen were also fantastic! Kamran was very responsive and helpful when we reached out with questions about the house.

Beautiful place to stay! Shawn is super responsive and the home is clean without a doubt! The outdoor patio was my favorite part of the house, it was like taking a vacation from vacation! Recommend staying here. A lot of street parking to find, easy to find home and lots to do near by.

The place was perfect for our family which included a 22 month old. The hosts thought of everything one could need! Used the stroller everyday to walk to the beach boardwalk just down the walkway and to Bay boardwalk just across the street. Super clean, comfortable and one of the top AirBnBs we’ve stayed in. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful home in a great location! Lisa was responsive and easy to work with throughout our booking, before and after arriving. The only downside was that they have beautiful outdoor living space that can’t be used, even for conversation on weekends after 9pm. Quiet hours were posted, but this is the first private property we’ve ever encountered where “quiet hours” meant you literally were not allowed outside the house. Other than that it was an exceptional property. Quality linens, comfortable beds and pillows, lots of extra blankets, equipment to make any kind of coffee your heart desires. Adequate number of glasses, plates, etc and a quality, large capacity, quiet dishwasher which is greatly appreciated in a house intended for up to 8 people!

Fantastic stay with an exceptional host! From the moment we booked, the host went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable. Communication was prompt, friendly, and helpful. They were incredibly accommodating making sure we had everything we needed. The home itself was spotless, tastefully decorated, and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood with plenty of parking. You can really tell the host puts thought and care into every detail. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Tracy's place! As a native San Diegan who now lives in the Northeast, I was so excited to bring my family to experience San Diego for the first time, and this spot captured everything wonderful about my hometown. The house is adorable—cozy, comfortable, and stocked with everything you could need, from beach cruisers for riding along the boardwalk or heading to nearby coffee shops, to surfboards, boogie boards, beach chairs, and towels. The location is perfect. Walk out the gate and turn right, and you're quickly at the Pacific Ocean and the lively boardwalk. Turn left, and the calm bay is just a short stroll away, perfect for paddle boarding or kayaking. Belmont Park, with the iconic Big Dipper roller coaster, is also nearby—a fun, nostalgic way to end a sandy, sun-filled day. Tracy was an amazing host—kind, friendly, accommodating, and very responsive. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Tracy! We can't wait to come back.

We spent 13 nights at Angela’s while visiting our daughter in PB. The apartment is very comfortable with a cute beach theme. Bed was comfortable and shower great. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Angela had excellent communication and rules and apartment use guidelines were very clear. The location was fantastic for walking to the ocean, great coffee, bakery and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend Angela’s apartment and hope to stay again!

Jasmines place is a gem! In a very peaceful area, beautiful view to walk out to every morning. The outside deck was a huge plus, very cozy. She not only gave us good food recommendations but was very flexible with our check out time. Would recommend to anyone!

This is a really lovely spot. Right on the beach, great view of the ocean loved the sound of the waves. Apartment well maintained and clean. bed was great. Very nice rooftop patio We had a great stay.

Such a great spot! Quiet and peaceful, unbeatable location. Windensea is a stone’s throw away La Jolla is super walkable. Cy lives right there on the property and goes above and beyond. He has thought of everything a guest could need and is there ready to help with anything. Thanks for everything Cy!

This wonderful find was amazing!! Beautiful decor, not cluttered, very clean and everything had a place and easy to find. They made sure that if you forgot something, they had it there for you! Richard literally thought of everything, we were amazed!! Very cozy outside with a lovely fireplace to sit around and beds to sit in the sun 😎 If you stumble across this place, you will not be disappointed ! Thank you Richard for opening up your place to us , your communication and helpfulness during our stay. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at Richard's place. He was very friendly and reached out to make sure our stay was going well throughout our trip. The location is perfect! It's close to everything, we walked all over. Lots of really good places to eat, shopping and the beach was super close! Plus they supplied beach towels, chairs and other fun stuff to use. The house itself, was perfect for two people, it is small, but roomy. The bed was comfortable, everything was super clean and we really appreciated the snacks and water awaiting for us, since we had arrived super late in the evening. I would highly recommend this home and will definitely be back!

Amazing place, it’s a great place for a couple. Restaurants are at a walking distance. Lauren was really helpful throughout the whole stay with any questions we had. Will definitely book again when we visit in the future.
