Holiday rentals with a patio in Downtown Providence

Loved our stay! Perfect for enjoying a nice weekend in Bristol!

This was a very nice place to stay in Providence and was exactly as described. The decor was super cute and the house was clean. Easy check in and Iris had excellent communication as well.

The stay was perfect. The location for events at Brown couldn't have been better. The host was always very quick to respond any time I needed to message him. They provided a breakfast bar that was also fantastic! Thank you Richard!

Host was present and flexible with our needs, especially a late check-in due to horrible holiday traffic. Communication was always easily understood and professionally worded and polite.

This place was exactly what we needed. It was a peaceful, quiet place to relax after a day of site seeing around Providence, Newport, and other places.

We really loved staying at Cristeana’s home. She is a wonderful host, gave us local recommendations that were spot on. I especially loved her artsy and colorful decor. Wish we could have stayed longer, will definitely return.

Andrew's place is gorgeous, tastefully decorated with some original art on the walls, and spacious. The kitchen is amazingly equipped with pretty much anything you need to cook. Everything was spotless. One one the best places that I 've stayed in. And I appreciated the restaurant suggestions. Thank you!

We came for our son's graduation in Providence, and Thomas’s place was perfect for our stay. Traveling with three generations, it was nice to have a spacious, comfortable home base where we could all unwind after long, exciting days. The house was spotless, exactly as pictured. The views were beautiful, the neighborhood was quiet and charming, and everything about the home made us feel relaxed and welcome. We highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area, and we hope to return for another visit soon!

Brenda’s place was great! She was very communicative and made everything so easy. The space was very comfortable and clean with a great neighborhood for walking the dog. Nice fenced in yard for letting the pup run free too. Many amenities within quick walking distances and even more just a short ride away. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Victorian home with lots of period pieces. Great for adults and likely great for events like a rehearsal dinner or small intimate dinner party, business retreat. Sleeps 8 but know that it will be two per room in same bed.

if you're looking for solitude for a break from some of the madness ....you can walk right out the back door and watch the boats roll by... a readily available fire pit can provide some warmth on a chilly evening or take a kayak ride thru the harbor to one of the restaurants. host is very responsive and makes good suggestions the place is a gem and squeaky clean I almost don't want to leave a 5 star review ...because I don't want anyone else to know about it....BB

We’ve stayed at multiple places in Barrington and this is by far the favorite! Fabulous location and a beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. Providence is a short drive away and so much to do in the surrounding area.

This home is lovely, very tastefully decorated and well-equipped. We did not really cook but it appeared to be well stocked with kitchenware. They have a very nicely tended garden on the side of the house where we sat and had breakfast in the sun and the front porch is another fine sitting place looking out on the water. The house met expectations from the pictures and listings and communications with the host were good and timely. Our one complaint is that the larger queen mattress on the bottom of the bunk bed in the kids room was thin and not really suitable for an adult (in our case we had the grandparents in the main bedroom and parents in that kids room). Otherwise we were all very happy with the place.

Spacious apartment in a location that can't be beat: close to RISD and Brown, walking distance to restaurants. It is quiet despite being so central. The place is stunningly decorated, clean, and super well stocked (the kitchen was every appliance you can dream of, both iron and steamer were provided etc!). A perfect spot for a visit to Providence. Highly recommend!

This apartment was exactly as we hoped! Excellent location on the east side. The place has so much character and was comfortable for all. Had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend.

Phenomenal Host – Highly Recommend! Our experience with Firas was absolutely outstanding. We booked last minute under stressful circumstances, and he was incredibly professional, understanding, and proactive from the very beginning. He made sure our check-in was smooth, even going out of his way to check in on us during the stay to ensure everything was going well. The property was just as described, and the checkout process was seamless. Firas truly went above and beyond — his communication and care made all the difference. We are very grateful and would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and thoughtful host.

Our stay was perfect. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The building and neighborhood was picturesque and a very easy walk to the Brown University Campus. The amenities were everything we’d hoped from a well equipped kitchen, to great spaces to relax. There were lots of clean towels and blankets. We would love to stay here every time we visit the area.

If you’re visiting Providence, you simply cannot go wrong by staying here! Easily walkable, close to a super cute coffee spot (Brown Bee) and even walkable to campus! Everything in the unit is so cute and well put together, and the bathroom renovations are to die for! We’ll definitely be back!

Anne and Peter have a lovely place! The quiet setting was perfect for sleep and catching up with a friend I stayed with. We got to enjoy snacks on the adorable garden patio, and walked to everything right there for food, coffee, and seeing the sights! They were very responsive and amenable hosts.

This was a Girls' Weekend. My daughters, daughter-in-law and granddaughters. We had a fantastic time. The place was perfect. Very comfortable. An excellent location. We would go back in a heart beat.
