Apartment holiday rentals in Downtown Providence

Tara is a wonderful host. The apartment is beautiful and has great decor. The fenced in yard is awesome, we lived out there! The neighborhood is very cute and walkable. We felt right at home. Be sure to check out her yoga studio if you're in town & like hot yoga!

This Airbnb was everything we could have wanted and more. It was easy to get into, the rest of the house is gorgeous, the Airbnb was so clean, and it smelt so good! Felt right at home and slept like a baby. We were able to walk to lots of different spots. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot.

Griselle’s place was very private and tucked away. It was really cute and comfortable. Somewhat out of the way of downtown, but Lyfts were easily accessible. I would stay here again!

My Mother, my son and I went to Providence to a family reunion. We stayed at this place. Great location, very affordable, comfortable, close to downtown. We are from Houston Texas and will stay there again next time we come to see our family. The host was very responsive and cordial. Check out time was 11:00 am. we were waiting for our ride, so we couldn't leave exactly at 11:00 a.m. They were flexible and allow me to stay a bit longer. The area is safe there is a store at the corner that had great pizza :-). Great trip for sure! Highly recommended!

Dale's place was a great stay for an extended weekend. The bedrooms were large, each with their own bathroom. Spacious living room and dining room table. Affordable price for the size.

Andrew's place is gorgeous, tastefully decorated with some original art on the walls, and spacious. The kitchen is amazingly equipped with pretty much anything you need to cook. Everything was spotless. One one the best places that I 've stayed in. And I appreciated the restaurant suggestions. Thank you!

Staying at the nation’s oldest mall was such a fun experience! The location was fantastic and really unique. You might think it would be a bit cramped living above a mall, but once the shops closed for the night, we had our own private entrance. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-decorated. Philippe even surprised us with bottled water and snacks!

We had a wonderful long weekend stay in Federal Hill, and really enjoyed Sarah’s place which felt very unique for us to stay in a large New England style house/building that it really felt like we were having a genuine RI experience. The location was very walkable for downtown, and we loved exploring the immediate neighborhood too. With so many interesting food and drink spots very close by, we will definitely plan to stay here again next time we visit our friends in Providence.

Place was great, clean not overwhelmed with decorations, very thoughtful and laid out. Had a great time.

Loved this place. The street is quiet and houses are beautiful. Close to RISD museum (10 minute walk) and nice restaurants, etc. Thanks for a great place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Josh’s place. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth with clear instructions, and the parking spot was easy to find. Josh was very responsive and helpful. When we couldn’t find a hair dryer, he arranged an expedited replacement for the next day, which we really appreciated. He also gave us great local recommendations for our day trip to Newport. Communication was always friendly and thoughtful. Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Providence.

Another fantastic stay at Chung Han's apartment. We love this place, clean, comfortable, great bathsheet towels and convenient to College Hill.

The apartment is in a great location with really good bars, restaurants and cafés just a couple of minutes walk. John was an excellent host, very kind and responsive. They left a box of custard tarts for me when I checked in which was so kind! The apartment is well-equipped, stylish and clean. Overall I had a great stay, thank you!

Very nice apartment in a great location! Steps away from several restaurants and coffee shops, 10-minute walk to Brown, RISD and Downtown area. Michael is a wonderful host - made us feel at home and gave us lots of recommendations. The place itself was clean, comfortable (comfy bed and pillows!) and had everything my husband I needed for our weekend in Providence.

We stayed at Matt’s place for a couple days while visiting Providence. Matt is a super responsive host and the place was clean/ street parking was easy/ and the hot tub was nice. =]

Clean and easy to check-in. Owner lives just downstairs and takes great care of the curb appeal of the house. Beautiful gardening. Always responsive and easy to work with. Quiet street.

James and his fiancée were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and responsive when needed. The room had a comfortable bed, and a large TV - perfect for winding down before going to sleep. The patio was just as cute as the pictures advertised. After coming back late from a night out in Providence, I would hang out by the patio and enjoy the safety and stillness it provided - which perfectly complimented the coziness of the bedroom. The apartment itself was easy to navigate, with a neat bathroom (and an awesome shower head). It was located only a stone's throw away from downtown Providence, which made commuting fast and efficient. One thing that stood out to me was how James bought me lunch when I first got there - something I really appreciated. I had a great time here in Providence (and Newport, Narragansett, and Block Island) and I would certainly return here in the future. Thanks a lot for this experience!

Stayed for 3 nights to visit family. Was a great stay! Tub is beautiful and comfy. Takes a while to fill as mentioned in description but stays warm! No complaints. Would book again on my next trip!

Great hosts! They went well above expectations, I was having g back surgery and they really helped me out with getting situated and helping with my dog. Can’t say enough good things about Jane and Brian

This was the perfect place for RISD graduation weekend. The location can't be beat - close to all campuses, great restaurants, right in the heart of historic Providence. Extremely walkable with car parking right behind the building - great b/c there was a street fair and cars had to moved off the street. The Alice Miles suite was unique and special - historic building, well appointed with a beautiful kitchen, overlooking Benefit St. to the front and also a quiet courtyard to the back.
