Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Downtown, Long Beach

This place was exactly as advertised. We spent hours sitting outside in the yard relaxing during our stay which is exactly what we'd hoped for. The location was perfect: right near the beach and restaurants but in a quiet community. I'd love to stay here again.

We absolutely LOVED Hilary’s place!! Everything about this home was beautiful!! An old historic home with so much character and very comfortable. The home was beautiful and very clean! Everything was perfect.. but there is one thing.. parking!!!! Plan to arrive early. We got in very late and finding parking was horrific!! We were able to move the car the following morning and ubered everywhere. Parking in Long beach sucks!!!! But the town is fun and this house was amazing to stay in! Comfy beds too!

David was an amazing host and very attentive to detail. His place was beautiful and very clean. He made sure we had everything we needed and was very communicative. The apartment is right next to the beach and in a quiet Neighborhood. I definitely recommend this place and will be returning soon.

Jan and Dale's place felt like home. When we arrived we had a nice surprise from them, snacks, a bottle of wine and fresh flowers. The neighborhood felt friendly and it was a 5 minute drive from the beach. They exceeded our expectations and we hope to return soon!

Our stay at this location was incredible. It was probably one of our best airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. The place was so comfortable and welcoming. Michael & Allie have done such a great job of making it feel like a home away from home, from the decor, all the way to every household item you could need. You could feel the love they put into this place with every detail! We had a tiny issue with the living room TV when we first arrived, but they were so quick to fix the issue and went above and beyond to do so. This stay was perfect & I would highly recommend. 😊

Udo’s property offered light, spacious rooms with beautiful decor, off-street parking and short walks to restaurants, beach, bluff (morning yoga), a farmer’s market, grocery store, bakeries, etc. We dined in the garden, on our balcony and inside where plants were literally works of art with unique display of textures, varieties, shapes and colors. Everything from the laundry room and bookshelves to closets and bathroom were well stocked and well maintained. Enjoyed many personal touches such as biscotti and fresh flowers. Outdoor activities work supported by bicycles, beach towels, folding chairs, a yoga mat, and even binoculars, as well as more common conveniences. We highly recommend Udo’s lovely property and hope to revisit next winter.

The place was clean, well-designed, and just as described. The host provided a super helpful guidebook that covered everything we needed—from using the shower to local restaurant recs. The remodel and interior design were beautiful, and the location was great with a Sprouts and restaurants nearby. We barely needed to reach out since everything was clearly laid out. It did get a little humid, and ceiling fans would’ve been nice, but the thermostat kept things comfortable. If the price were a bit lower, I’d definitely stay again. Overall, really solid stay

What a cute home. It had every amenity we could need. The decor looked as if it was staged by a decorator for sure. The king size beds were comfy and the air conditioners in each bedrooms worked so well. Kept us cool on the warm days. There were plenty of extras from the Sees Candies to the well stocked coffee bar. Felt just like home to us. The parking was tight and the streets were small, but with our back up camera we had no issues. 10 out of 10 would stay again. Thank you.

The house is great! Tons of things provided like stocked bathroom cabinet and snacks which is definitely not always the case. Excellent hosts.

We had a very pleasant stay at this Airbnb. The house was immaculately clean, well-furnished, and incredibly spacious, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The neighborhood was calm and quiet, which made it easy to relax and truly feel at home. The only thing to be aware of is that while the house is private and separate, the host’s home is located just in front, and there is a shared door between their yard and ours. They have a dog who barked a couple of times and once came into our yard unexpectedly, which startled us. The host may want to take a closer look at securing that access. Overall, it was a great experience, and we really appreciated the cleanliness, space, and peaceful surroundings.

Loved the location on the peninsula. We were able to walk to the beach, to restaurants and really enjoyed being able to use the rooftop deck. Beds were super comfortable and the place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was very helpful also to have the garage for our car and e-bikes since parking is such a challenge in that area. Appreciated our host being available for any questions on arrival and throughout our stay. Hope to visit again!

We had a wonderful stay in Long Beach! The home was perfect for our family of five, comfortable, clean, and exactly as described. The location couldn’t have been better: walking distance to the beach, close to the convention center (which was perfect since I was attending a work conference), and centrally located to tons of attractions since the family tagged along. The neighborhood was woman, LGBTQIA+, and family-friendly from our experience. The nearby donut shop and restaurant were big hits with the whole family. Communication with the host was easy, responsive, and kind, and the flexible check-in made arrival stress-free. The driveway and back area was a huge bonus! We had a great time and would stay again, very comfortable.

The house was great, and very clean. If I had to give a con, it would be the parking in the back alley. If you have a larger vehicle, it’s not the easiest to park in these spots.

Giselle and Ali are amazing hosts and we always enjoy our stay in their beautiful unit :) We’d definitely visit again soon!

Fabulous DTLA apartment. Great living space. Close to restaurants, shops and USC. Didn’t get to use the pool but it looked great. Parking was easily accessible and a big plus. Would definitely stay again!

We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

Once again, Shant's place was the perfect stay! He communicates quickly, and keeps the place very clean. The rooftop pool is beautiful and relaxing! Bed is super comfortable! Having security at the entrance makes things feel extra safe! And you can't beat the free parking!!!
