Waterfront holiday rentals in Downtown, Long Beach

I had a great stay at Venice! The room is convenient, cosy and kept us cool in the heat! Location is right by the beach and has a lovely little view. Can be a bit of noise in the morning from a garage nearby but honestly did not bother me. Communication and check-in information was nice and clear and I thought the place was very well priced for the location! Couldn’t have asked for more!

We loved staying at this cute little bungalow. The location was perfect, the decor was cute, and there was plenty of space. One of the things that was a blessing, there was TP, paper towels, and a few necessities that we did not have to run out and purchase more. Access to beach towels, chairs, and bikes was a plus. The location was easy in and out and the parking space was a bonus. There was just 1 day that someone parked in our space so we took our car to our sons and parked there, luckily he was close. I would highly recommend this space to anyone traveling to Santa Monica, it was just perfect! Thanks and happy summer.

The place was exactly as described and we felt incredibly comfortable. They had a cute set up and the pool was clean. The host were lovely and efficient. I truly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back.

The apartment was clean and had a terrific view. We loved the neighborhood and walked by the ocean everyday.

Bradley’s place was in a perfect location. We felt safe walking to and from the home and everything was walkable! The restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, the local grocery store, and the beach! Bradley’s dad met us when we arrived at 3am via uber. He was the most welcoming, sweet and accommodating man. He helped us get in, showed us around and gave some recommendations for our stay. He even had a sweet gift for my daughter, knowing we were there to celebrate her birthday. The place was great! Clean and plenty of room. Stocked perfectly for our needs. Upon checkout, Robert (Brad’s dad) met us to say goodbye and gave us a bag he prepared filled with of treats for the girls for the plane ride. Truly, Robert is a blessing! My daughter and her friend said this was the best trip they have ever been on and meeting Robert was a big piece of that. Hoping to make our way back in the near future! Can’t say enough about the wonderful hospitality!

Our first impression when we drove up to our entrance meet our expectations. The garage, walkway and entrance was clean and welcoming. Easy access into all spaces. The apartment was clean, spacious and was full of natural light. Loved the fans that kept the space cool. The kitchen had everything we needed. A big thank to our hosts. They were able to give us access early access and were responsive when we had questions. If they would have us again, we would love to come back. ❤️

Jordans place was awesome!!🤙🤙 The locations is amazing, great vibes, and he was an excellent host. Made sure we had everything we needed, gave us some great advice, and the upper unit we stayed at was clean, comfy, and safe! Look no further…10/10 would return.

This house is in an amazing spot. Restaurants and bars are close by. Walkable to the beach. I loved the automation in the house and everything was how it was described. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

Jennifer’s beachfront home was lovely! It was clean, spacious, comfortable and right on the beach. It was the perfect place for our family to celebrate my niece’s first birthday. It was so peaceful, we could hear the waves from the couch. Stunning views.

Jennifer was an amazing host! House was exactly as described and the location was perfect for still being close to downtown LA but cheaper & calmer than staying in the big city. Jennifer went above and beyond by providing us with a rice cooker, for my partner who has special food needs. She also was willing to ship back a sentimental value item that we accidentally left. If I ever come back to Santa Ana I’ll be booking with Jennifer 100%!

Victoria was an amazing host! Very communicative and such a kind heart. The fires were happening in the north and our friends we were meeting at her house, came in a day earlier and were staying in another hotel close to fires. She offered them to come a day early to get away from the smoke!! Her house was south of fires, so we were OK here. She then offered us a late checkout as our flight wasn't until 8pm at night. This was so welcome as we have young children. She really went above and beyond! Her place is very homely and great to be close to the beach. Thank you for everything Victoria :)

This is in a great location. The home has whatever one may need including an iron, steamer, dishwasher, grill, washing machine and dryer. Easy to walk anywhere in town. Nice front patio to relax on.

We had an amazing time at Julie's place. It's prime location next to the beach and close to Naples island where we went kayaking and touched moon jellyfish! Julie's property was very clean, and had all the amenities we needed, and extra blankets to sit on the patio at night and very clean linens and towels. The rooms were very large and well set up. Overall we had a great stay and I would highly recommend. We had a special request and she was extremely accommodating and quick to answer.

We loved Mia’s place. She responded quickly and was very helpful. It’s clean with nice views. It’s a very short walk onto the beach or coffee areas nearby. We will gladly book again with her soon.

5 stars – Beautiful Family Getaway We had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous Naples Airbnb! The peaceful water views and relaxed vibes made it the perfect spot to gather as a family before welcoming our first grandchild. It was a special experience we’ll always remember. The only small note is that the pillows were a bit flat—probably just personal preference, but a few of us noticed. Still, everything else was perfect, and we’d absolutely love to come back!

We had a great stay at Amanda's condo. Her communication was excellent from start to finish, which we really appreciated. The location of the condo is excellent and the views are spectacular. The beach is a very short walk from the condo, which is well equipped with beach chairs and other beach amenities. The Stand is also right down the Hill, where one can bike or job along the Ocean. There were also several very good restaurants within walking distance of the condo. Overall, it's a great place to stay with a very cool feel in a really beautiful setting in a location that has a cool vibe and makes us want to come back someday.

My wife and I have visited the West Coast many times from Cincinnati, staying in places like Hermosa and Manhattan Beach. This was by far the best place we’ve stayed. The location is unbeatable - literally right on the beach. The surrounding area is fantastic, and we ended up eating at Mickey’s for nearly every meal. It’s just a block away and the food was outstanding. The Hermosa Beach Pier is also a short walk away, offering plenty of great spots to eat, drink, and explore.

This is the perfect little place right next to New Port Pier. It was clean and spacious. It was fun to be next to the pier with all the restaurants and shops. The beach is just steps away and they have a cute farmers market on Sundays. It was perfect.

This condo was very beautiful and the views from the living room and dining room were amazing. Our only thing is we didn't realize how steep the stairs were, and my mother couldn't climb them, so she had to stay somewhere else. Then we checked out. So, we paid for something we couldn't enjoy and that was sad. Not even a small portion of a refund was offered to us.

My family and I have an amazing stay here in this beautiful home. Kristi was so quick with responses to any questions. We will definitely be returning.

We really enjoyed our stay at Yese's condo! It was very easy to find and get into the unit, and Yese provided clear instructions which included pictures for the parking garage. The unit itself was very clean and organized and had all of the basics! It was conveniently located for everything we had planned and within driving distance of a lot of local hotspots. Would definitely stay again, and recommend if you are looking to be in the MDR area!
