Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Downtown, Long Beach

I really enjoyed my weekend stay here in Belmont. The location is absolutely perfect with lots of good food and drinks around. The house was super clean and looked even better in person. Everything is in walking distance. I would definitely recommend this listing to family and friends. Thanks again for hosting me.

This home was beautiful, loved the stain glass windows. The pool was spacious enough to fit all of us. There is a variety of restaurant options, along with a grocery store, that is walking distance.

We had a very pleasant stay at this Airbnb. The house was immaculately clean, well-furnished, and incredibly spacious, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The neighborhood was calm and quiet, which made it easy to relax and truly feel at home. The only thing to be aware of is that while the house is private and separate, the host’s home is located just in front, and there is a shared door between their yard and ours. They have a dog who barked a couple of times and once came into our yard unexpectedly, which startled us. The host may want to take a closer look at securing that access. Overall, it was a great experience, and we really appreciated the cleanliness, space, and peaceful surroundings.

Loved the location on the peninsula. We were able to walk to the beach, to restaurants and really enjoyed being able to use the rooftop deck. Beds were super comfortable and the place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was very helpful also to have the garage for our car and e-bikes since parking is such a challenge in that area. Appreciated our host being available for any questions on arrival and throughout our stay. Hope to visit again!

I couldn’t say enough good things about Karen’s Airbnb. It was the great experience. Even though I am fairly new to Airbnb since I have used other services, my expectations were totally met. She is such a swift communicator and very fair about requests and special circumstances. The home is located close to great stores and restaurants plus less than a block away from a cozy beach. I am glad that I selected her home and that everything was as represented. She is also incredibly friendly and interested in her guests and their welfare. Even when she might not be available for 30 minutes, she has a staff that assists her and they are totally responsive as well. If you need to experience a good time in the trendy Naples Island area, stay at her place and everythingwill be smooth. Even though the house is partially on a busy street, her place is quiet and comfortable. She also adds some extra touches like a fully informative booklet, not only on house rules, but places to visit.

We had a wonderful stay in Long Beach! The home was perfect for our family of five, comfortable, clean, and exactly as described. The location couldn’t have been better: walking distance to the beach, close to the convention center (which was perfect since I was attending a work conference), and centrally located to tons of attractions since the family tagged along. The neighborhood was woman, LGBTQIA+, and family-friendly from our experience. The nearby donut shop and restaurant were big hits with the whole family. Communication with the host was easy, responsive, and kind, and the flexible check-in made arrival stress-free. The driveway and back area was a huge bonus! We had a great time and would stay again, very comfortable.

The house was great, and very clean. If I had to give a con, it would be the parking in the back alley. If you have a larger vehicle, it’s not the easiest to park in these spots.

This place was exactly as advertised. We spent hours sitting outside in the yard relaxing during our stay which is exactly what we'd hoped for. The location was perfect: right near the beach and restaurants but in a quiet community. I'd love to stay here again.

This is one of the best airbnb's we have stayed at. The place is completely updated with all the amenities. It has two good size bedrooms and a single bathroom. Fully stocked kitchen. Eva thought of every detail to make our stay comfortable. Things like water in the fridge, coffee/creams/sugar, toiletries, hair dryer, beach towels, etc. Second street is within a couple of blocks and has a wonderful mix of restaurants and shops. The beach is also about two blocks away and is absolutely stunning. Vons is a grocery store that is also within about a 15 minute walk or we went to Trader Joes which was about a 15 minute drive. Street parking was easy and we never had a problem finding a spot. Quaint neighborhood and always felt safe walking around. Eva was always very responsive and super helpful and friendly. Highly, highly recommend!

Jan and Dale's place felt like home. When we arrived we had a nice surprise from them, snacks, a bottle of wine and fresh flowers. The neighborhood felt friendly and it was a 5 minute drive from the beach. They exceeded our expectations and we hope to return soon!

We enjoyed our stay at Jonathan’s Friendly neighbors and really liked the location.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the host was very helpful with getting us parked and settled in. Uber and Lyft was running all the time and it’s 10-15$ to uber to the venues nearby. We really enjoyed our stay! Definitely will be coming back when we are planning a trip to LA for a concert.

We absolutely loved visiting. The place was just as described and quite literally a 10 second walk from the beach. We Sup’d a lot and went over to the boathouse on the water. Just make sure you take dry clothes to put on as you must have a top and shorts on to enter. Would 100% return.

We loved staying here! The place was beautiful and perfect for our little family! Kim was super easy to communicate with and very proactive in her responses! We would love to stay again when back in Long Beach!

Fabulous DTLA apartment. Great living space. Close to restaurants, shops and USC. Didn’t get to use the pool but it looked great. Parking was easily accessible and a big plus. Would definitely stay again!

We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

I had a fantastic stay at Tianna's place. It was exactly like the pictures, right on the main street with easy access to public transport to Santa Monica beach. Parking space was a big bonus. Tianna was extremely friendly and responsive, and the house was fully stocked with anything you could need, from complementary drinks and coffee, to toiletries. 10/10 would recommend.

This was a beautiful place to stay. The place was spacious and right on the beach. There were 8 of us and the sleeping arrangements and dining area, accommodated everyone. There is a cute local coffee shop and market that is walking distance. Primarily the place is on the sand and the balcony faces the west so we got to watch the sunset in the evening from the comfort of the couch. Kristi was very responsive. We will definitely be coming back here!

Once again, Shant's place was the perfect stay! He communicates quickly, and keeps the place very clean. The rooftop pool is beautiful and relaxing! Bed is super comfortable! Having security at the entrance makes things feel extra safe! And you can't beat the free parking!!!

Second time we’ve stayed in Cara’s place & loved it. The apartment literally has everything you could think of, the bed is comfy. The style is shabby chic & beautiful. We’ve been visiting Santa Monica every other year for the past 24 & weeks would always have this as our first choice. Thanks Cara & Lori Xx
