Apartment holiday rentals in Downtown, Long Beach

Very convenient downtown location. Walk to marina, aquarium, numerous restaurants. Older building with elevator. Unit upgraded and well appointed. Quiet and secure. Parking space is outstanding particularly with rental car to avoid street parking. Easy highway access for nearby day trips. Will def rent again when we return to LB. Danielle very responsive and attentive.

Super place to stay in Long Beach, close to beach, quiet neighbourhood. Big plus is private parking and no deposit! 11/10 🔥🔥🔥

We love staying here. Trader Joe’s is literally across the street. Multiple restaurants a few minutes walking distance. Two minute drive to the 405 if you’re going sightseeing. Short drive to the beach. Super clean. Dedicated parking space. We will definitely be back.

Marci’s mother place was great. I was attending a conference and needed a place close to the Convention Center. It was quick 5 minute walk. The condo was quiet with a nice view of the water and Queen Mary. It’s an old building with charm and character. It’s a little overpriced, but in line with other places nearby. I’d stay with Marci again.

Selina was a very responsive host with a nice little place. Very clean and no frills. Bonus points for the gated private parking spot. If you are looking for a place to stay, with all the essentials and at a fair price, I would highly recommend.

Great place to stay. Walking distance to the beach was 2 min. Great amenities for the beach and great assortment of bikes. Loved the beach chairs and umbrellas. Place was very clean. Definitely would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at Sergey’s place. Communication was clear and very responsive. He went out of his way to bring us extra fans for our stay. The apartment felt safe and easy to navigate. Would recommend!

Apartment was great, stayed there with my family of 5, just big enough to make it work.

This was a beautiful place to stay. The place was spacious and right on the beach. There were 8 of us and the sleeping arrangements and dining area, accommodated everyone. There is a cute local coffee shop and market that is walking distance. Primarily the place is on the sand and the balcony faces the west so we got to watch the sunset in the evening from the comfort of the couch. Kristi was very responsive. We will definitely be coming back here!

Nice place looking for it again

I had spent the weekend in downtown LA in the location was pleasant. It felt secure and safe was clean and spacious. The rooftop was added along with having safe parking across the street. I’ll be referring and booking again soon.

Giselle and Ali are amazing hosts and we always enjoy our stay in their beautiful unit :) We’d definitely visit again soon!

Booked for the rooftop pool view and it did not disappoint. The parking spot was a nice bonus. The unit itself was nice. Comfy bed, big tv, very clean. As others mentioned, it’s very bright; bring an eye mask if you don’t want to be up with the sunrise.

The apartment is the same as the photos posted, easy to find. Everything was tidy and clean, the area with a very pleasant atmosphere to go out to eat and supermarkets and pharmacies nearby. Very large living area, large living room and very well-equipped kitchen.

The only thing that would be better is later checkout. June Gloom in LA makes an afternoon the best time to be in or near a pool, and it is sooooo lovely up on the roof. Beds and pillows were comfy, kitchen was well equipped, tv worked well and the couch was comfy to hang out on,too!
