Relax in a 10 acre pecan orchard with a seasonal rain-fed pond with tall willow trees and towering cottonwoods. From the 2 full length porches, you can watch flocks of migrating geese, ducks and egrets and enjoy beautiful sunsets. The upcoming movie "Abigail Before Beatrice" was filmed here in the summer of 2024!

Lil’ Backyard Cottage in Hillcrest

This is a small, cozy, safe, and clean one-bedroom cottage in the backyard of a home in the Historic Hillcrest Neighborhood. It is perfectly designed for 1 guest or a couple; has its own kitchenette, a full-sized bed, and a 100 year old footed tub w a shower. Guests must walk up 3 steps without a handrail to get into the cottage. Must be 21 or older to book. A cot can be brought in upon request but it is a tight fit. Please see photos with cot in space.

This small apartment has one bedroom with a queen bed, separate desk/work area, full kitchen, and full bath. We live on the first floor and rent three apartments upstairs. Two blocks from shops, restaurants, bakeries, art museum, and brewery. Dogs are allowed, but no cats. We love cats, but have had problems with spraying.

The "Tiny Home"

A 270 sq ft home fully equipped in downtown Little Rock. Dogs are allowed but we charge a fee of $5 each. 8 minutes from the air port, a 3 minute walk from McArthur Park which includes a dog park, a 10 minute walk from SOMA's nightlife and restaurants, and a few blocks from the Governors Mansion.
