The place was as depicted, and the host was very quick to respond when we had questions or issues, which were corrected quickly.

Truly a park-like setting. Can't see the house from street view because it is tucked behind other houses. Fun "extras" like a putting green and grand piano. Close to parks and Hillcrest restaurants. Cameron was kind, welcoming, and communicative. We had a great stay.

Absolutely wonderful stay!! Our family really enjoyed ourselves! The house was just as described and worth the price. Denver and Brandy were super nice, responsive, and accommodating. We definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a truly magical place to stay!

Such an amazing experience. It was perfect. We visit Little Rock once a year all the way from New Zealand to visit family. Although our visits can be busy, this house made it feel like a real holiday! This Airbnb is the dream, it has everything. It is fun, classy, spacious, clean and Diana is so incredibly great at hosting! It is super close to food, shops - the location is great. I hope to come back every year we visit! It is everything I want in an Airbnb. Thank you Diana!

The stay was overall good, the house is family- and pet-friendly, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with. There were some issues like missing cookware, a broken bed, a slippery floor near the pool entrance, and a dirty, inaccessible garage. The pool ladder also had exposed screws due to a missing step, which was a safety concern. That said, we were satisfied with our stay and would stay again. With a few improvements, this could be an even better spot for families.

Place worked well for us. Close to UAMS and Hillcrest neighborhoods which have lots to do.

Amazing home! It's comfortable and classy with very high quality finishes, furniture, and amenities. Amy was friendly, proactive, and responsive. We'd love to stay there again and would recommend it to anyone who appreciates a home with class.

Lovely place to stay

We loved staying at Christopher's in Capitol View. Quiet, tucked away neighborhood, with lovely city views. Easy to get to. Close to downtown, Heights, and Hillcrest. Really comfy beds.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The house is older, but the vintage charm and character made it feel cozy and unique, just like the peaceful neighborhood it’s in. Everything was quiet and relaxing, which was exactly what I needed. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the Brita filter in the fridge. It’s a great spot to unwind and feel at home.

We loved our stay at Robert’s. It is such a cute house. It was comfy and the rooms are adorable. The house was cool and the ac worked great, which we were so thankful for as it’s hotter than the surface of the sun outside. We enjoyed the deck in the evenings. The neighborhood is quiet and cute. We didn’t get to enjoy the back yard but we thought it was adorable. We enjoyed recommendations for food and coffee shops. It was close to the fairgrounds for our concert. Highly recommend.

This house....oh my gosh...So amazing! From the beautiful decor, to the comfy furniture and beds, to the squeaky clean everything, to the adorable party shed to the spacious fenced in yard....there is too many GOOD things to mention, but what I loved most was Theresa the host. She was so eager to please, kind, thoughtful, and generous. Any question we had was addressed with thoughtfulness and generosity!! Outside of her care and concern, the location was perfect for walking to the convention center, River Market, and our favorite Gluten-free Bakery - Dempsey Bakery. There are ample amenities like full size bottles of body wash and plenty of coffee goodies (which I happen to love). I host airbnbs as well, and so I can spot a good host and a good space from a mile away and this one was no exception! I will definitely recommend and also be back!

The property was modern & beautifully decorated the photos can’t capture the true essence. The restrooms, bedrooms, kitchen were spacious and clean. There were plenty of towels, linings and blankets. The backyard looks exactly like the photos, was a peaceful area. The kitchen had alot of specialty Applicances (waffle maker, toaster, toaster oven), plenty of dishes. The a/c worked perfectly for up/down stairs. Very close to the airport. I would recommend this location to any and everyone! I would defiantly stay here again. The host was very responsive and helpful. She checked in and ensured everything was going well.

The place was absolutely amazing. Beautifully decorated and stocked. Super clean. And Sheila was very responsive and understanding when we ran into the one and only problem; a leak from the upstairs master bathroom.

It was a great experience. So much to do . Her place felt like home. She had anything you needed plus and welcomed you to use it.. We were so comfortable there. She has such a great set up outside in the back yard. We did not use it due to the rain. Next time we come back we will definitely make great use out of sitting in the back and playing the games and cooking out. We still had a great time there even with the rain. Her home is so beautiful alot of heart put in it. Thank you for a great vacation..

It was in a great location to downtown. Very clean and tidy. Liz was responsive and very accommodating.

The house at Park Hill is welcoming, comfortable, and precisely what the photos show. The host is responsive and gave clear and thorough instructions. We love this place, will be back again and again. We understand why it's booked so often. If you are considering booking, do NOT wait until the last minute, bookings are typically back to back without much vacancy. Rightfully so! Enjoy!
