The best space and hosts you could ask for! My 3-week stay was beyond comfortable and I was very sad to leave. The unit’s finishes and details are really special! The balcony is spacious with a partial business bay view. The hosts were amazing and very accommodating. Can’t wait to return!

An apartment with an excellent location suitable for any type of trip, whether family or business. The city's most famous shopping center and children's parks are just a short walk away, as well as countless food options and any store you might need, such as markets and pharmacies. The service from the Smart Stay team was prompt and attentive, and the host was very friendly.

The location was perfect, it's a walking distance to Dubai Mall and the restaurants. The views from the balcony and each room were unreal. The host went out of his way to make it a great stay. I highly recommend this apartment and we will definitely be back. The pictures dont do this apartment justice.

The apartments are very spacious and comfortable for living. We checked in at night, we were met and hospitably checked in. Many thanks to employee Jalil for prompt assistance in solving everyday tasks. The location of the apartment is great for those who want to explore the city center well. We'd love to come back.

All good! We received almost all information upfront. Access was easy. Only thing that was a bit inconvenient is the parking on the 11th floor. I would recommend it to a friend.

We stayed for seven days. It was memorable! Such a beautiful apartment. Great location and the view from the balcony was exactly what you see in the pictures. The caretaker Aicel was so sweet as well ! Looking forward to revisit. Had a great time.

The location is amazing, you can see Burj Khalifa right from the window, and it’s just a 5 mins walk to Dubai Mall! Even though the apartment is on a lower floor, the noise was minimal and totally manageable. The place was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. hope to stay here again on our next Dubai trip! Plus, the Vietnamese restaurant downstairs serves incredible pho!

The location was unbeatable, offering direct access to Dubai Mall via an indoor walkway, which made shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The building amenities, like the infinity pool and gym, added an extra layer of luxury to the experience. Overall, Kiran's place exceeded my expectations and was worth every dirhams. This apartment has just breathtaking views. It's located in Downtown Views II, just opposite the Dubai Mall. It has clear views from the ground to top of Burj Khalifa. The apartment is located on high floor giving you the luxury vibe. The apartment is very clean. The host Ibrahim is the best, we faced some Air Conditioning issues on our checkin, but Ibrahim made sure to get it fixed on the same day. This apartment feels more like a home now. Looking forward to stay here again!
