Awesome apartment, amazing view, great tower, prime location, fantastic team. 100% recommendation!

We stayed with our family of 3. The sleeping couch was super nice and still plenty of space around. The appartement had really everything we need. It felt like coming home. Was very nice and clean. The location is also perfect, downtown with everything at walking distance. If you are in the appartement it is nice and relaxt, on the same floor as the swimming pool, gym and playing area for the kids which is very convenience. We really enjoyed our stay :)

The place was super clean, and the location was just perfect! We were only about a 10-minute walk from Dubai Mall, and the view from the pool was amazing. The building was really well-kept, the apartment had everything we needed, and Julius was always available, day or night, whenever we needed something! TOTALLY RECOMMEND!

Ellie and Ruth were both so amazing and attentive with the help! We had troubles with accomodation prior and they made booking this airbnb so quick and easy for us! It doesn’t have direct sunlight which was amazing during the summer it gave us shade with the amazing views of the Burj! This place was honestly the best stay and would definitely book again!

Lovely place to stay in Downtown with Burj khalifa view. The apartment is well furnished and well maintained (with complete amenities including washing machine, iron board, hair dryer, water kettle, etc). We are a family of 5 with 2 kids. We were very comfortable with 2 Bedrooms with 5 beds. The society has a beautiful pool and we enjoyed swimming with a view of Burj Khalifa. Carla was super helpful and very responsive. She also left a booklet in the apartment with a lot of information about the place like way to the mall, restaurants, food and grocery ordering, etc. Overall great experience and would love to come back and stay here.

Me and 2 of my friends stayed here for a week. It is such a gorgeous apartment with so many amenities and such a gorgeous view! the hosts are up there with some of the loveliest people we have known! they went above and beyond for us on numerous occasions and further recommended sights for us as well as booking the observation deck for our last night for us! if you are looking to book an Airbnb for dubai we highly recommend this apartment!! we will definitely be back next year🤍

Accurately described and accessible to dubai mall. The view by the balcony is great and even from the pool while swimming. The rooms have huge closets which are handy for us or staying for quite a while. Very secured and nice neighborhood.

We stayed in the villa as a family and had an absolutely amazing time. The property exceeded our expectations — it’s even more beautiful than the photos and description suggest. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. Jawad was incredibly welcoming and waited for us despite our late arrival, making the check-in process seamless. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped, which made cooking a pleasure, and the garden is beautifully designed and immaculately maintained — a perfect space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Overall, we had a fabulous stay and would love to come back again. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Maria’s cozy home was exactly what we were looking for. The space was nice and felt lived in—in the warmest way possible. All the furnishings were new and updated but the warm feel and energy of the space made us feel right at home. The shaded garden with cute little kitties stopping by was sweet and entertained our pups. Walking to the gym in the mornings, just a few minutes from the villa was actually the main attraction for us. It was a nice stroll away and a great way to start the day. Anytime we needed anything, Maria responded positively and promptly. Was a great experience and we were happy to be the first guests here. Our next Airbnb has big shoes to fill!

Great place

This was my second stay at this incredible Airbnb, and it somehow managed to impress me even more than the first time. The apartment is consistently clean, stylish, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. But the highlight, once again, is the breathtaking view of the Burj Khalifa—absolutely unbeatable. Whether it’s morning light reflecting off the tower or the dazzling night lights, it never gets old. It truly feels like you’re in the heart of Dubai. Sherif and Abdallah remain outstanding—helpful, responsive, and felt like family members throughout. I’ll absolutely be coming back for a third stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dubai!

It was a fantastic stay. The place very clean and nicely appointed. Had everything I needed and host was very attentive and helpful. Location was perfect for my stay and walkable to supermarkets restaurants and other services.

We had a very pleasant stay at Zunaids downtown apartment. Everything was as described and the apartment was fully equipped with all we could need. Omid was also really nice and responsive throughout. Really informative too. The place is also very kid friendly and we will definitely be returning.

I was a bit worried when booking knowing it was a capsule hostel, however the capsule was spacious. place was clean and other guests were respectful for those looking for needed sleep. hrwat value for a good space! Nas is also a great host, although i didn't communicate with him much, when I did he was helpful. Will definitely stay here again when I come back!

I had an amazing stay at George’s place during my first trip to Dubai. The apartment was exceptionally clean, very convenient, and the location couldn’t have been better. It was also really well priced for the quality and comfort offered. George was an excellent host his communication was prompt, clear, and made everything so easy. We absolutely loved our stay! It truly felt like a home away from home. The apartment was beautifully decorated, sparkling clean, and incredibly spacious, with cozy seating, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large balcony offering breathtaking views of Ain Dubai. We especially enjoyed cooking and dining while taking in that stunning view. The location was perfect; just a short walk to the beach, Marina, and all nearby attractions. Our Host was incredibly responsive, kind, and attentive throughout our stay. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, which made our experience even more enjoyable.
