I had a great stay at Spiceda and Joey’s home in Atlanta! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Atlanta!

We really enjoyed our stay. Home was decorated very nicely, was comfortable for our group of 4. Neighborhood was quiet and located close to the highway to reach all of the attractions. Morgan was extremely nice and responded to any questions promptly.

Terry was really helpful, my family enjoyed the place it was like we were at home, and the little Walmart was walkable Thank you Terry, if my family ever come back to Atlanta again we will definitely stay at your place again if available

We had a great stay for our daughters med school graduation. Clean comfortable spot for our family. We were just two blocks from her home in a quiet neighborhood Easy walking to restaurants.

I had an amazing stay at the Trace. Everything was as described in pictures . House was free from dirt, dust, and clutter, with surfaces regularly cleaned and maintained. Very clean bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms with great amenities. Nice outdoor patio. Excellent location, with nearby entertainment, and restaurants. Mark was a very responsive host and worked with me on my last minute stay. I will definitely stay again .

We had 9 family members in town for a graduation. The house was close to everything, clean, well stocked, spacious and peaceful. Anthony was responsive to our questions and needs. We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! The location was perfect, an easy walk to both Krog Street Market and MLK Jr historic neighborhood and the reflection pool , and just a short drive to Ponce City Market (you can actually walk to it if you wanted to). Since we stayed during the week, traffic was minimal whenever we did drive. The BeltLine and Krog Street were super accessible by foot, and don’t leave without trying Bomb Biscuit… it’s worth the hype! Oh and maybe a little less known spot is Miss Conduct, food is great (area can be sketchy if your not use to the city, but IYKYK).

Guys & Gals, I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnb’s. This one is TOP 3 of all of them. The place is amazing. Everything is top quality. The bed? Talk about sleeping on a cloud! Anytime I come to Atlanta I will be booking this place if it’s available period end of story. Greta experience. Great Host. Great Home. Don’t even think twice about it!!!

This town home was just like the pictures. Very clean, modern, quiet and safe neighborhood, gated community. Having snacks and water was a nice added touch. Conveniently located. Has a driveway and garage. I would definitely stay there again.

The home was beautifully decorated and renovated! They included thoughtful amenities like coffee pods/creamer and toiletries in the bathrooms. The house was so clean and even had flowers made into the toilet paper! The host was very responsive and helpful when our stay had a change in plans. The house is on a residential street that felt safe and was easy to find. The only downside was street parking could be challenging in the evenings, but we were always able to park on the same block. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Was very relaxing when I was able to come back from the VA hospital to shower and eat. I never got to sleep in the bed because I was at the hospital all night. It served its purpose. To come back & shower & change. I spent only a few hours there Andy made my process with this and my brother advanced cancer diagnosis easier telling me if I needed anything. as far as having someone on hand who said if I needed anything to let him know The only downside and the was my fault was I paid to much for the little time I spent there. That’s not Andy’s fault. Andy Thank you for your kindness and support!

Absolutely beautiful home and worth every penny you spend on it!! The house was clean and everything was in great shape! Gated community with nice walking areas. All of us truly enjoyed the night stay there. If we are ever in Atlanta again we will be looking for this home again and again.

Decatur is one of the hidden gems of Georgia and this townhouse was sensational! Very clean, quiet, and conveniently located!
