Great stay! The instructions to get into the place were super detailed and helpful! It’s in a great location, and definitely walkable to a lot of things especially the stadium. Super clean too!

Mario is a SUPER HOST times 10. Dope place felt right at home. Can’t wait to come back. My kids loved the space. We made a reel about it lol.

Kyara was a very friendly and responsive host! Even before we arrived, she responded to our questions and inquiries. The space was very clean and inviting…and also safe and secure, which was important to our group of three senior ladies. Check in and check out were easy. Very few requests upon checkout, which was nice. Hand soap and dishwashing soap are provided, but guests may want to bring their own bath soap, laundry soap, and dryer sheets. Apparently, some folks like to bring their own supplies of these things due to allergies, and personal preferences. Air B & Bs are different in what they consider standard supplies. (Kyara did bring us soap and body wash when we requested it, which we appreciated!) We had an emergency while we were in town and Kyara was more than helpful in offering assistance to help us get it resolved. She is an excellent host and will make you feel quite welcome! We would recommend the Club Cozy to friends and would stay here again!

The airbnb was exactly like the pictures. Check in was super detailed and easy. The location is perfect. Can walk right across the street to Lenox mall. I would definitely stay here again the next time I return to Atlanta!

Daniel was very friendly and responsive. We needed an extra towel and they brought it over in 15 minutes. One night I was a little cold and found a great space heater in the closet. Everything we needed was there for a comfortable stay.

We are locals, and we stayed here while our floors were getting redone. We loved Reynoldstown and we loved Tim’s home. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dogs. The basement gym was so nice and convenient. We loved the open and spacious kitchen and living room. And the location is perfect - it is close to so many local spots and the beltline. We will absolutely stay here for our next staycation.

This place is beautiful and very private. It seems a bit too far from shopping center or supermarket. Brandon is an excellent host and gives clear instructions on how to access the place. He is very proactive and responsive.

We had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything was clean, cozy, and exactly as described—if not better. The home was beautifully decorated, thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials, and in a great location. Evan was incredibly responsive and kind, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free. We especially appreciated the little touches—like the soft linens, incredibly comfortable beds, and local recommendations, and proactive suggestions to help us fit all 3 of our large vehicles into the designated space. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful getaway or a comfortable base to explore the area, this is the perfect spot. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This home exudes charm and character—truly a gem! We absolutely loved our stay here. The spacious and uniquely designed interiors perfectly accommodated our family of eight, making us feel right at home. It’s was conveniently located just 10-30 minutes from the area’s main attractions and provided the ideal balance of exploration and relaxation. Naila's home is exactly as described online and is very clean. The check-in and out processes were super easy. The neighborhood felt safe and is an easy walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and retail as well as the Eastside Beltline. It's also not too far from downtown, if you're headed to a concert or sporting event. We would definitely stay again.

Absolutely one of the best places we have ever stayed at. Great location, Quiet neighborhood, Very well equipped property, Well thought out floor plan. The house is on a large a lot and feels like it is in the country. Located within 10 to 20 minutes of anything you could need. Furnishings and amenities are top-notch. The snacks, soft drinks and Fiji water were great extras to walk into. The Spa/hot tub area is a complete home run. We have already recommended this property to several of our friends and will definitely be booking for ourselves again.

Svetlana was great! The place was exactly what we were looking for our wedding party! There was a massive storm that knocked out the power and there was a leak, but Svetlana said she would take care of it. A bridesmaid left something behind, and she was able to coordinate with my mother-in-law to grab it as soon as we realized. A wonderful stay and host all around! ❤️

We loved our stay here. Great location, spotless, well-appointed condo. Minty was extremely helpful and responsive with anything we needed. The only negatives I'd say were: - Condo was a bit tricky to find and get into, but we arrived after dark and I hadn't watched the handy check-in video that Minty sent us so thats on me. - The king bed was actually a bit uncomfortable, as it was 2 mattresses slid together. The skylight in the second bedroom was too bright for us. But overall a great stay!

The place was gorgeous and cozy. I actually felt “at home”. It’s very inviting, the plants are gorgeous, the air was crisp… 10/10 with no complaints. I will definitely be booking again.

Aarons place was spotless and I loved the views. The roof top amenities was my absolute favorite! My content was completely beautiful with the city view. The furniture was comfortable and the views from the apartment was so peaceful.

Great stay and the owners were very helpful with instructions and making sure I understood the dynamic of the building. I will definitely use this again when I return! 10/10

Megan was incredibly responsive and welcoming. Her place was impeccably clean and the location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the city. I would definitely recommend this property.

Jordan and Shante' have a wonderful property, a luxury apartment convenient to the main spots downtown, very likely the nicest residential building in that area from what we looked into. They provided detailed instructions for anything needed, and were very responsive when the refrigerator had a water problem. The building has a lot of amenities that we could not take advantage of due to being at a work conference, but it definitely will be where we look our next time in Atlanta!

We enjoyed our stay here! Location was great, not too far from anything. The inside was very clean, cozy and peaceful. Would definitely stay again.
