House holiday rentals in Downtown Atlanta

We are local to the neighborhood and rented the house for family during graduation. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. House was immaculate, and easy for friends and family to find. Highly recommend and will use again for out of town guests.

Happy to stay here again and bring the kiddos this time! We spent most of the time outside enjoying the peaceful surroundings, pool and hot tub. Great location- plenty of restaurant options and nearby grocery. No complaints and hope to stay again!

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay here! The place is most impressively decorated & maintained, and the array of amenities were super nice to have. Ryan as a host was quite exceptional, very responsive and always went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of! Should I be in the area again, this'll be our first pick again without a doubt!

Everything was great, we enjoyed our stay. The place had everything we needed. Nicely decorated and accommodated for a larger group but still provides an intimate space. Isabella communicated very well and made the process very easy.

Perfect little Atlanta spot in the fun and artsy Cabbagetown area. Just across the street from several restaurants and shops, and less than 15 min walk from many more. The home is very well decorated, updated, and has everything you need. It is small but functional, great for 2-3 adults max. Do expect some amount of noise from upstairs neighbors or patrons at the nearby bars, I wouldn't recommend for anyone traveling with a baby or young child! There were a few hiccups with our stay but Co-host Madeline was always available to help and extremely friendly and helpful. We genuinely enjoyed interacting with her. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Ian’s place was beautiful and clean. My kids enjoyed the theater and the adults enjoyed the sunroom. The host was responsive and handled anything we needed in a timely manner. I recommended this place to a friend who will be in Atlanta in a couple of months.

Melisa was the best at answering any questions or concerns I had . She communicated the whole time prior to our arrival all to us departing, the home looks exactly like the pics, so if you’re thinking about booking this Air BNB let me just say Don’t Hesitate!!!!! Ami’s place was the perfect getaway! It felt private but in such a great convenient area. I had 2 young kids with me and felt very safe. We walked to an amazing Italian Restaurant a block from the house and enjoyed to-go on the gorgeous roof deck. We also enjoyed a walk to Donnie’s Donuts which the kids loved. The kitchen had everything we needed and this Mom was able to enjoy fresh grinded coffee every morning which Ami provided. The house had everything we needed and more to enjoy our stay. This is the upper unit and there’s about 4 different stairs leading up to the main bedroom and roof deck so keep that in mind but again, no issues for the little ones. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Great place to stay right in the middle of Atlanta! Short walk to Atlantic Station, quiet street despite being near the highway, and very cool layout. Bathrooms were well stocked and we had plenty of room to hang out throughout the house. We had a great time and we believe it’s great value for a long weekend!

Rebekah's place was as exactly as described in a peaceful neighborhood. We felt right at home and wish we could have stayed a few more day to explore the area. Rebekah was extremely accommodating and responsive with anything I may I have needed or any questions I had. Staying here was simply a joy and we would stay here again without question.

Quy really welcomed me and my friends with his hospitality and transparent communication whilst I stayed here. He also recommended places for us to eat and go to as it was my first time in the city. It’s a lovely spaces home which is close by to most places that we went to. Overall my stay was great and definitely looking forward to coming back!

Where do I begin, from amazing instructions to a very clean, beautiful home all three couples that stayed at their own privacy and more than enough. Space kitchen is beautiful and living area spacious makes you feel right at home. Less than 20 minute drive from everything in Atlanta or great location. Will be our go to Airbnb anytime in the city!

Jaya's place is even nicer in person than in the pictures! 3 of us stayed and had a small handful of work colleagues over some of the evenings and it was perfect. The house is large and open and has a beautiful deck and garden for a great indoor/outdoor experience. Also very conveniently located and walkable. Would absolutely stay again when I'm visiting ATL for work!

Drew was very responsive if we needed anything, the place was beautiful and even though the area can seem sketchy in surrounding neighborhoods and streets, we felt super secure in the airbnb from the fence on the outside surrounding the house. The bottom was amazing, rooms were clean, and we had a great time! I totally recommend staying at this place!

Violet was very responsive when we had some questions. Had a great time while staying there and plan to return again.
