lovely spot for some quiet outside time. backyard is spacious and welcoming. plenty of options for seating to enjoy sun or shade. kitchen was absolutely amazing to prepare food in, well organized and nicely laid out. rooms were tidy and clean, plenty of space to sleep 6 comfortably. would highly recommend this spot

My family was in town for our sister's wedding and wanted a nice space to spend a few days together and send her off, and this was just the perfect one! The house and setting are beautiful, exactly like the pictures. A lot of thought and care had been put into the design and setup, and much effort dedicated to maintain it (we easily saw two teams dropping by for landscaping and pool cleaning). The space is expansive and full of light with great view into nature. The living areas are functional and provided with everything you need to feel at home. The outdoor enclosed area (with hot tub) and the pool are both terrific. The weather was not great when we were there (a shame that we didn't use the pool or the Sandbanks pass - great touch to include though) but we were able to make the most of it as there were lots within quick driving distance (wineries, town of Picton) Beforehand a lot of information and communications were sent and we felt at ease and supported throughout. Thank you!

This is a wonderful Airbnb in a really special place away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. You are in a quiet location within easy access of trails where you can run or walk and if you like to ride, there are plenty of equestrian places providing this facility including part of the Airbnb itself. Youssef and his family were welcoming and on hand to provide advice as needed. That said, they were never intrusive. The accommodation is spacious and homely and you certainly do not feel like rushing out but rather enjoying the facilities. There is everything that you could need for a short or extended stay. Towels were plentiful as were shampoo and lots of extras in the bathrooms and kitchen. The heated pool is a real bonus for children or adults that like a daily swim and although shared with the family, I never felt restricted in its use and loved the fact that it was heated so was comfortable regardless of the external temperature. A wonderful stay and perfect host.

Host is responsive and accommodating, place is clean, spacious and quiet. Kitchen is fully equipped to use, utensil-wise (no salt/pepper/spices). Thank you for a great, last-minute stay.

This was the perfect location for us in PEC. It was central to the wineries, breweries, walking trails and parks we fit into our visit. Bonnie was a greag host who provided a lot of detail in advance of our check-in.

We had a fantastic stay at Amanda’s place! She was quick and easy to communicate with, making the whole experience smooth from start to finish. The home itself was super convenient and had all the amenities our family could have ever asked for - comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. While in town, we especially loved visiting the Toe Beans cat café, and checking out the IT walking tour of where the movies where filmed. Thanks again, Amanda, for a wonderful stay.

Can’t say enough!! We had a wonderful weekend and the views were outstanding!! Everything you could need! Super comfortable beds and sofas! Two kitchens were great! Cute pool is unheated but that did not bother us. Two floors for privacy. Great for the the early and late risers. Fire pit was nice to chat around at night. We took the paddle boat around a few times to chase the sun on the lake. Pictures don’t do it justice, Excellent stay. Thank you!!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Doug’s s place! The home was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and very well maintained. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making it easy and comfortable for us to settle in. The location was great, and communication with kiki was seamless throughout our stay. She was responsive, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you for making our trip even more special!

This was our second stay and we had such a lovely time! They added some great upgrades like a high chair, a second shower, and even a tea pot with decaf tea options! We plan to keep coming back here as we always leave relaxed and refreshed. The space is big enough for everyone to have their own space when they want it, and is cozy when you want to all be together in the living room or kitchen. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and the items are all in good working order and well stocked with basic cooking essentials. The neighbourhood is very quiet which is excellent for light sleepers. If you have little ones the Riverview Zoo is about a 10 minute drive from here and it is free! Evangeline and David are so welcoming and helpful our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Thanks again!

Francis's 3 bedroom cottage on the lake/river is an excellent location to decompress, fish, canoe, kayak, mountain bike or walk the woods to see Ontario's wildlflowers. The cottage is tidy and it has everything one may need when cottaging. The cottage is a very short drive to the beautiful quaint Town of Hastings. We were able to stream the hockey game (Oilers vs Panthers) and we watch Netflix in the evening after cooking a late dinner on the campfire. There is a propane BBQ but we prefer to cook over a fire. Neighbours are quiet and friendly. If you are looking for a family vacation or an adult weekend getaway, I strongly recommend Francis's cottage- you will not be disappointed.

Would 100% recommend this cozy cottage and we are already keen to return next year! Shannon was very responsive and addressed our questions clearly and in a friendly manner. The cottage was beyond our expectations with respect to cleanliness and tidiness! We also enjoyed the use of the fire bowl and two single kayaks around the beautiful lake.

such a beautiful air bnb! we were visiting friends in the area, and it was within 10 minutes of everything we needed! the size of the apartment was great, the bnb was so fresh, clean and so cute! the details were amazing. I love how you can tell that it's hosted by a woman, because she made it so homey and comfortable! we can't wait to book with this host again

Stjepan and Irina were very welcoming, and friendly. Very easy to communicate! We enjoyed all the amenities, the view was breathtaking, perfect for our group of 10 people!

This is our second time vising Woodfield. This is our getaway place from Toronto to enjoy the backyard in peace. Aiden is so friendly that we feel right at home. We will continue to visit in the coming years as well. HUGE thank you and cheers to Aiden!

Lovely and welcoming house - clean, uncluttered and full of light, with amazing cross-breezes from the many windows! Lots of thoughtful touches, and really comfortable couches and home theatre system for movie night! Beautiful backyard with lots of space for kids to play. Comfortable beds. Fans in every room (can’t speak to AC as we visited in spring) Nicole was very responsive. Would highly recommend!

Although the rainy anf chill weather made our bike riding trip to a simple gathering, although the widely Bell Internet outage did give us a little bit of difficulty. Buy few long time no see friends got to drink and chat in the lovely place was all worth the trip. This place is well decorated, clean and comfy. Good location for staying if you want to access those beautiful windy road in that area. Will definitely book this place again.

The location is amazing, a short walk down the trail to the public beach was a great bonus. The lake is perfect for swimming! The place felt very homey, and the nostalgia of watching a movie on VHS is so much fun. Would recommend this place to everyone!

Is perfect too good a word? Gorgeous space with so much attention to detail. Spent most of the time in the kitchen, watching wildlife thru the floor to ceiling windows. Tatiana was super warm and responsive - especially when a storm knocked power out for a few hours. Loved the stay and we’ll definitely return!
