Relax with the whole family at this peaceful lake house. Just a short walk to the West Lake access for your kayaking and paddle boarding fun. Long Lake has beach access for swimming which is nearby. The large backyard, which is fully enclosed, is perfect for BBQing and outdoor fun. This Lake House has a King bed, Queen bed, Bunk Beds (for children), Twin Trundle and a Queen Pull Out. The home is on Silver Lake, which is one of the premier lakes in the area. Only 15 miles from downtown Grand Rapids and 5 miles from quant and charming downtown Rockford. Updated in 2022. About 2000 sq. feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a 4-season porch. Large sandy beach with a paddle boat, 2 stand up paddle boards, 2 kayaks, and a nice 2021, 20-foot pontoon boat available for rent. The place is great for families, romantic getaways, or business travelers.
