This house was so beautiful and was a perfect place to spend a girl’s weekend! Would recommend over and over again and would definitely stay here again! Mike was also very quick at responding (even on the weekend) and when something wasn’t right he was very quick it fix it.

Tam’s place was perfect for our large family of 9! Lots of space and entertainment for the kids. The pool was great and had lots of waters toys. The location was also great quiet neighborhood and many near by stores and restaurants. Tam was very attentive and responded quickly for any of our questions. Wonderful stay!

This is our 3rd year in a row to come for an extended Labor Day weekend and bring our kids and/or grandkids. We love the setting. The pool is perfect for the younger kids and the adults appreciate the beauty of all the surroundings, including at poolside. If we could change anything at all we would add another bedroom as we can't quite get all of our extended family here at one time. That said, we would like to return for a 4th year at Labor Day weekend time next year. The combination of beauty, privacy, amenities, condition (always in great shape!), and proximity to lovely South Haven can hardly be beat!

This is the second time we have had the pleasure of staying with Harriet. It is an amazing place located in a great spot to get to the beaches, restaurants and fun things to do in town. Communication with Harriet was easy and she was very quick to respond the couple of times we communicated with her. We highly recommend staying here and we can't wait to find another excuse to stay again!

I’ve rented a number of places in this area and Riverdance was very special! The home was clean and well appointed with all you need. Location awesome - everything we like to do (downtown Douglas, downtown Saugatuck, Oval Beach and hiking trails) was 10 mins or less alway. Kitchen well appointed. The star was the pool and we enjoyed it so much! A pool with no fencing between the pool and the river - that is rare and GOLD! Todd was great to deal with and very responsive. Great property, great stay!

Jennifer’s home was absolutely amazing—beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared in every way. It was the perfect place for our family getaway. The kids had an incredible time and are still talking about all the fun they had. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend staying here—thank you, Jennifer, for being such a wonderful host!

The location of this house is in a private quiet setting but close to so many things. The kids loved looking out the front window and seeing the horses right across the street. The house was very clean and exactly how it was described, nicely decorated without over doing it. We utilized every part of the large property for volleyball, football, cooking out and eating at the picnic table, bonfires for making smores and picking wild flowers. The pool and hot tub was very clean and nice. The bedrooms are large and perfectly accommodated our family of 10 with 2 littles in pack n plays. There were plenty of items provided to make our stay easy, dishes, cookware, pool towels, board games, and pool items. Brandon was a great host and extremely responsive before and during our stay. When we had a question about the air conditioner on our first night, he responded within 10 minutes and then sent someone out to handle it. I would highly recommend Brandon and this house for a family get away.

If you’re traveling by with a group we highly recommend this location! We were two families staying with a group of 4 elementary aged kids. There was plenty of space and privacy for both families, the house was so well layed out and the pool was the hi-light of our trip! Brett was so helpful and responsive, we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful family vacation! The host was very friendly and greeted us to check in and show us around. The location is phenomenal, it is right by Wades Bayou and a fishing pier and kayak rental. It is very walkable to downtown Douglas and everything that has to offer, and only a short drive to downtown Saugatuck. The property is beautiful, we all really enjoyed the pristine yard and dock. We had several perfect days under the shade tree and nights by the fire. The view of the river was wonderful, and we even caught a few fish right from the backyard. We all had comfortable accommodations. Overall it was absolutely everything we needed and wanted and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful spot with walkability to plenty of fun!

Molly’s place was absolutely gorgeous! You can tell she put a lot of thought into decorating the place. The beds were comfortable and the views of the lake outstanding. I would highly recommend her place to anyone traveling to this part of Michigan! We will definitely return for another stay in the near future!

This place was exactly as the photos and more! Great location, parking right outside and thought of everything on the inside. 10/10 would recommend.

This is a perfect Michigan Farmhouse for your next gathering. It is so beautifully decorated, very well-appointed, modern, comfortable, and has a lot of luxury. Every single person on our 9 person trip was comfortable and slept very well. So many great outdoor gathering spaces and it felt dreamy and classy, yet rustic and relaxing too. Cannot recommend Appleseed Farmhouse and its amenities enough! We had a terrific weekend thanks to everything Appleseed had to offer. Bonus next door neighbor cats may come over to say hello too while sitting outside.

Absolutely beautiful quaint cabin in Saugatuck! Great for couples, nice and private and close to downtown. Truly an amazing spot!

Our weekend in Saugatuck was even better than we imagined. This property was walkable to a gorgeous beach and the cutest coffee shop. The drive to downtown Saugatuck is super easy from this neighborhood too. This property has stunning exterior space for outdoors time and the interior accommodations were perfect for our group of 10! Would love to stay again. Appreciate Michelle for her excellent communication.

Four friends and a pup loved our stay at Susanne's. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and grilling, the peaceful and comfortable rooms, and the enclosed sunroom/porch. The whole place felt very cozy. Agree with another reviewer, the location is just close enough to the action but far enough to enjoy some nature at home. We recommend and would return.

Tom's place was exactly as shown in the listing photos and was extremely clean. We absolutely loved the mid-century modern vibe and utilized the turntable quite a bit! The hut tub was a great feature and the backyard was very quiet and serene. Tom was great with communication and answered some questions on where to find non-dairy ice cream in the area. I would 100% book this property again!

This place lived up to the hype! It was tucked in a serene wooded area with the beach a short distance away. The stay was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities needed for our five day stay, including super comfortable beach chairs. We spent many hours reading and playing chess in the three season room. It was nice the place was equidistant from Saugatuck and Holland, making exploring both towns easy. One disclaimer for anyone with mobility issues—Laketown Beach can be extremely challenging to access (particularly on the way back) since it is a large hill and a super sandy trail. Something to keep in mind when booking.

Loved the place…beautiful, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the beach. Only 10 minute drive to shopping at Saugatuck. Place was VERY clean and had so many “extras” like Ziplocs, laundry detergent, salt and pepper,condiments and all the kitchen gadgets. Also had beach chairs and beach towels, made it very convenient. Beautiful back yard with grill. HIGHLY recommend!!!

Great location for a weekend in Saugatuck! The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Walking distance to downtown Saugatuck and a short drive to the beach. Two of the three rooms were on the small side, but were fine for just a weekend stay.

I had a fantastic stay at Matthew's Airbnb! From start to finish, everything was flawless. Matthew was an exceptional host—responsive, kind, and genuinely invested in making sure my experience was top-notch. The property itself was exactly as described—beautiful, unique, and thoughtfully maintained. Everything was spotless and in excellent condition, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. On top of that, the location was ideal! A short drive brought me to an array of great restaurants and exciting things to do, making it the perfect home base for exploring the area. I can't recommend this place enough. If you're looking for a wonderful stay with a truly excellent host, this is the spot!

A perfect stay for our first family vacation in Michigan. Beautiful home, secluded but only minutes away from everything we wanted to do and see. Wendi was an excellent host- messaging ahead of anticipated storms and sharing local recommendations. The home is spacious and beautiful and stocked with everything we needed and more.

We had a wonderful 2 nights at Mark and Sevryn’s gorgeous cottage. The setup is perfect for 2 couples or 1 family. The house was immaculately clean, well-stocked kitchen and the hosts were super friendly. They provided local restaurant recommendations for us. The house is very walkable to town (just a couple of blocks) but feels so peaceful and secluded at the same time. We would definitely return! Thank you Mark and Sevryn!
