A Hidden Gem on Douglas Lake! Our stay at this stunning lake house was nothing short of magical! The views of Douglas Lake are absolutely breathtaking but somehow, as impossible as it sounds, the house itself surpassed even the beauty of the scenery. From the moment we stepped inside, we were in awe of the sheer beauty of the home and how thoughtfully designed everything was. From the pool table to the elegant details of the decor, we were awestruck our whole stay! Our favorite part? Sipping coffee on the porch watching a misty lakeside sunrise, playing pool with the family, fishing, and just soaking in the serenity. The hosts were incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above & beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and that we felt at home. It’s clear they truly care about creating a 5-star experience and it shows in every corner of the home. We are already planning our next trip back. If you are considering booking, DO IT! You won’t regret a single moment.

What an amazing lake house.!!! The house is beautiful and so clean. We spent most of our time on the amazing screened in porch and down by the fire pit. Brian was AMAZING and so helpful. We will definitely be back!!!!

Fantastic house on a private cove. The house was beautifully decorated and had lots of space and seating for everyone (inside and outside). The beds were comfortable and the kitchen very well stocked. The only negative is the driveway which is located next to a blind curb, but there isn't anything that can be done about it. The host was proactive with communication which was greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful home with an amazing view! the lake was really low, but that worked out for us (the kids loved playing in the dirt). the home was clean and had everything you needed (although the kitchen supplies/spices were slightly lacking). other than the minor kitchen issues, i would definitely stay here again. we had 10 people and there was plenty of space.

This home is beautifully decorated in what I would describe as sophisticated forest with a bit of whimsy. You can tell that the owners put their heart into it and enjoy staying there as well. We were impressed with all of the details and the very well equipped kitchen where everything is labeled. It was very well maintained and clean. The pond is a peaceful place to walk and enjoy spotting ducks, fish and turtles.

This house is great for friends and family. The deck is wonderful looking at the river. We were in Knoxville for a UT graduation and the location was perfect. Joe was also very helpful when I needed to add a day to the trip. He made it very easy. I would definitely recommend this house.

The place worked out great for our group of 7. I matches the photos and description and is the perfect private getaway. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Heather was very responsive and helped us with critical information after the Hurricane Helene floods, which helped us plan the trip better. Would recommend 10/10.

Truman's place was perfect!!! Beautiful! Peaceful! The house was spotless and the outside was very neat and clean! I highly recommend this place!! I def plan to spend all my future visits here if it is available. Thank you Truman for a great place to stay!!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Jen and Mikes place. Beautiful home with plenty of room. Beds were comfortable. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Unfortunately there was not much water behind the house this time of year, but we found a great fishing pond with a waterfall just minutes away that our dogs and granddaughter loved. There are great restaurants in the close by downtown area.

Very peaceful stay enjoyed it very much! Would recommend to my friends.

We loved the home and location. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils needed to prepare meals. The pool was set at a comfortable temperature for us to enjoy in the evenings, as well as the hot tub. Loved sitting on the decks in the morning having coffee. We had no trouble with the road or driveway to the cabin, we were driving a minivan. We found the beds to be comfortable, they are firm, but that's what we prefer and the couch is super comfy to relax and watch tv. David was very responsive to a couple questions we had. Definitely recommend this cabin for family vacations.

I am a senior and came with my daughter and a few of her friends for a festival in Knoxville. Villa Melissa, our house, was perfect for our group. The house was spacious, clean and was supplied with anything you could need, plus. Melissa's kitchen was better supplied than mine is at home. Her home is in a nice quiet area, right across from a golf course, a short distance from downtown Knoxville. Our favorite area was the large screened in porch where we spent most of our time, day or night. It was especially nice when it rained. There is a large sofa and table with chairs, perfect for hanging out. It's quiet, and she has a number of bird feeders, so between the birds and squirrels, you get a nice relaxing outdoor place the whole family can enjoy. Melissa made the whole process super easy and was very welcoming. She checked up on us, and made the check out process very simple. We would love to rebook for next year.

Beautifully kept home. The deck is so nice to sit and look out over the lake. Short walk down the hill to the boat dock. We really enjoyed our stay!

They were really flexible with check in’s and checking out. Only thing I mentioned is wasps were in the kayaks and they wanted to take care of them right away. The host was very helpful and accommodating.

Adorable cottage like home in a very peaceful location. The home has a very large deck overlooking Cherokee Lake. Being a family of 6 that loves the outdoors, we spent most of our time outside, especially on and in the lake. Kayaks are provided, which we used a lot. The house was very clean and beds are very comfortable. Loved the outdoor shower. So appreciated that we could bring our dogs, who probably loved the lake more than we did. There are 3 entrances to the deck with no gates. Must bring your own to keep dogs and small children on the deck. The only drawback was that it only had 1 bathroom for our family of 6. And no dishwasher so bring disposable plates/cups/utensils if you don’t like to do dishes. Also, bring shampoo/conditioner which were not provided and extra toilet paper, as only a few are provided. Overall, our stay was wonderful and if you love the peaceful outdoors, this is definitely a great Airbnb. Our family loved it!! Thank you LT for sharing your home!!

Beautiful cabin with breathtaking views! Very clean and will stay again when we travel back! We were not disappointed in booking this cabin!

The home was clean and the location was amazing! The view of the lake was picturesque. It was very convenient to a local restaurant, boat rental and grocery store. The home had all the amenities we wanted! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Parking was easy and safe. Fishing from the boat dock was our favorite.

Our stay was wonderful! It met our needs and Janet was very responsive. We couldn't get the tv in either bedroom to work and was told we would be contacted the next day for help with it and never were. Obviously tv is not beeded and we were fine without it but it would have been nice to have. There also was no dish soap, dish rag or kitchen towel to do dishes with and only a broom and dust pan to aid in cleaning up after ourselves a little. These small things aside, it was a great little place that is much larger than it appeared in pictures and our stay was very comfortable! We probably wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

This beautiful 7 bedroom 5 bath accommodate my big family and we were comfortable and in a quiet safe neighborhood. The kitchen had all the large glass dish and large pans we need as well as a blender and other small appliances, it has not one kitchen but two kitchen to cook for a large group . I would come back here to stay. Kent is a great person and he is very informative. Thank you for allowing my family to stay in your home.

We had a wonderful stay. We had nine people which were all children and grandchildren. we got to use the boat dock because son-in-law brought his boat. There are picnic tables and fire pit down by the dock. Be aware there is a steep hill going down to the dock and the plank leading to the dock is even more steep. The kitchen, dining room and living room are one big room, which was great for such a large party. The kitchen had all the amenities. Most of the Airbnb I’ve been to have the basic spices available. This one did not so make sure you bring some. The master bedroom had a split king adjustable bed which was wonderful. Beds were very comfy.Downstairs was another very large bedroom almost another master. Lots of games downstairs ping-pong, foosball, and air hockey. The decks outside offered a beautiful view at Sunset.There is a rug on the top deck that is attached with bolts and it catches your feet, be careful. We had a great time in this beautiful house.We would stay here again.

Margaret and Mike were awesome hosts. Very nice couple and great to visit with. Not the typical cabin that we normally rent. The wraparound deck, allowed us to comfortably enjoy the view and surroundings, and a small fenced in area, was convenient for our dog. My wife has some disabilities and Margaret was very understanding of flexible arrival and departure times.

I honestly loved the place me and my family went on a vacation and felt right at home and can’t wait to come back to this location. The owner was very friendly and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience
