Nice Resort definitely would stay again.

this place was perfect for our 2 night pass through pigeon forge on our southeast road trip! its close to all the attractions of the town but also feels secluded and feels like youre staying in a cabin in the mountains. id highly recommend staying here or even checking out any of their other places on the property! look forward to hopefully staying here again in the future!

My daughter and I stayed here for only a few short hours as we drove from AR to NC. We arrived around 1am and left by 8am. It was so comfortable and exactly what we needed after stressful, stormy drive. Also I highly recommend Knead Donuts! They had some amazing, delicious creations.

Perfect getaway right in middle of everything we wanted to see. Comfortable, serene, clean and accommodating with amazing views in every direction. Felt at home every minute with the process smooth and seamless from check-in to departure. Highly recommend, and already planning a repeat visit 👍🏻👍🏻

Wonderful views if you are in the right cabin/room. The resort is well maintained with a few fun things to do onsite. We enjoyed the mini golf, views of the mountain and the Southern Comfort Lobby Bar. Something for everyone here. Great communication from our host. Also, the front desk, security team and bar staff were all friendly, accommodating and great at their jobs. We will be back!

We absolutely loved our stay and were so sad to leave. 4 families came for a softball tournament with 7 children total. The house was perfect! 4 bedrooms with a door and a play room with 4 bunk beds! The lake was beautiful, clean, peaceful and easily accessible. Plenty of toys to play in the cove on. I don’t love swimming in a lake but this one was so clean and enticing I couldn’t resist! We will definitely be back!

The view was amazing! This was a beautiful, peaceful retreat for our family with plenty of space to either spend time together or find a spot to do your own thing. The theater and game room were great for rainy days and there was enough of a yard to play ball with the kids on nicer days. We went to Pigeon Forge / Gatlinburg / GSMNP a few times, but mostly just wanted to enjoy the home and those panoramic views. It is way up on the mountain….some days even in the clouds! Stephanie was always helpful and responsive. What a great trip! We would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely amazing stay! We loved every aspect of our time here. The air conditioning kept the space perfectly cool, the bed was incredibly comfortable with pillows that were just right and soft, clean linens that made it hard to get up in the morning. The bathroom is luxurious, especially with having hot water and overall cleanliness. One of the highlights was the view complete with a charming little stream/mini waterfall right outside, creating the most peaceful ambiance for sleeping. The outdoor amenities were also a wonderful bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time at the Broadleaf’s Place. The view was stunning and the house had everything to make you feel at home. Our favorite spot were the balconies. Every balcony has amazing views. The Jacuzzi very spacious. the rooms very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen the coffee stations we give it a 10/10. we are coffee lovers. Highly recommended . We had the best Christmas time:

We had a great weekend at James’ place! The home was extremely clean. All linens and extra blankets were provided along with fans and phone chargers in each bedroom. The kitchen had plenty of essentials and the appliances were all new and clean. The instructions provided were easily to follow. The location near the convention center was perfect for the event we were attending. We would absolutely stay at this home again!

The home was peaceful, clean, and truly relaxing — exactly what we needed. Waking up in the morning and enjoying the stunning view from the hot tub was unforgettable. Our daughter absolutely loved the farm animals, especially the cows, which made the experience even more special for her. One of our favorite parts was the unique outdoor grain bin setup — the perfect spot to unwind around the fire in the evening. It’s a great mix of rustic charm and comfort. This place is a hidden gem and an ideal retreat if you’re visiting the Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg area. The hosts were absolutely amazing — friendly, responsive, and welcoming. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with all the right touches. We can’t wait to come back!!

We would highly recommend this rental property. New build with alot of higher end finishes. Peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle of the surrounding area but yet close to all activities. Wonderful place.

This airbnb was great, I would definitely stay here again. The location was close to everything with out being directly on the main road so it was quiet and relaxing. You really get the staying in the smokey mountains feeling. there were two pools on the property which was great. The condo was spacious and clean. The house keeping and maintenance staff were very friendly. We were very glad we stayed here and we would definitely come back again. I do have to mention the two downsides that were the fact that the listing title says that the condo is a one bedroom with a balcony however we got a condo that didn't have a balcony. The balcony was the reason we picked this Airbnb listing over the few others on Airbnb. The second thing is that its a condo/timeshare place so the check in lobby feels like a car dealership and there are swarms of people trying to get you to buy a timeshare and go to a presentation on your vacation, if you decline they will call you and try to talk you into it.

Super easy check-in, and great location for the price. Would definitely book again! Perfect for our short getaway!

Had a great stay in Gatlinburg! Great spot to use as a homes base for activities in Gatlinburg and close to the national park. As described and looks like the pictures. Had lots of fun during our weekend in Gatlinburg! 🙂

The apartment was very spacious and clean. We were pleasantly surprised by the number of accommodations that were provided, surpassed most that we have experienced with other hosts. The beds were comfy, extra blankets and pillows provided. Parking is easily accessible and safe location. WiFi worked perfectly. No negatives to comment. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Ron & Kathy’s home was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and we had the most incredible stay. The view from the balcony was spectacular and breathtaking. It was the highlight of our morning coffee time. The cabin was so beautifully decorated that we did not want to leave. The place couldn't have been more perfect as far as location to the parkway/strip area! This Airbnb was everything as described and more! The cabin was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. The bed was extremely comfortable, and you could tell every detail had been thoughtfully considered for guest comfort. We highly, highly recommend Ron & Kathy’s home. They were extremely attentive and responsive hosts, always responded promptly and was very helpful with our inquiries prior to arriving. We LOVED our time and we’ve already decided that when we return to Gatlinburg, this is where we will definitely stay.
