Highly recommended! Great place to stay in a nice environment. Swimming pool, gym, indoor playground with childcare, restaurant and even a few animals in the grounds. Everything you could ask for. Had a great time!

Sergio is a great host and the apartment was perfect for us! It's up on a hill, so the view is spectacular. The apartment has everything you need, a good kitchen and two nice bedrooms. The house is built/renovated only five years ago, so everything felt like new. The washing machine was a lifesaver for us! Cavalese is a beautiful town, and the Valley has a lot to offer for nature enthusiasts. We arrived with an electric car, there were almost always parking space near the apartment and a public charger near by. Sergio gave us many local recommendations, and bared with us with a 4 month old crying baby. We would love to come back to this place!

We were only there for one night because our journey home from Umbria to Munich without a break with the dog would otherwise have been too long. We were able to unwind in the really quiet environment and continue driving relaxed the next day. The apartment has everything you need, is adorably furnished, has very comfortable beds and a modern bathroom. From the balcony, you can look directly at the mountains and relax. Thanks for the hospitality. Gladly come back.

The apartment is small but very comfortable, well equipped and very clean, exactly as in photos and description. Barbara was very attentive at all times and access was very easy since even though she was not in the area she had a responsible person, willing to help us in case it was necessary. There is free street parking.

We enjoyed the stay with Giovanni and Franca very much. We were greeted very kindly and immediately felt welcome. The apartment is well equipped and the bathroom is modernly renovated (large, comfortable shower). Beds were very comfortable. The view of the valley and the nicely landscaped garden complete the picture well. Communication with Giovanni was excellent. We even received a local beer as a farewell gift. And also, when a problem arose after our departure, it could be resolved quickly and in a friendly manner. Would love to come again anytime.

Nice experience. Simona was a proactive host who provided us with valuable tips for excursion activities commensurate with our level ("medium" trekkers), places, restaurants, shops. Communication worked well. The apartment is nice, and is quite well equipped and in any case matches the description. The area is very quiet but a little isolated, without a car you can't do much.
