We really enjoyed our stay in le bugue. Emmanuelle and Scott are absolutely amazing hosts. They are so so helpful. They recommended some beautiful restaurants and would help us whenever needed. The accommodation is in a great location. It overlooks a beautiful river. It has access to a lovely garden. Would give this 20/10 if could. Would highly recommend.

We had the most wonderful stay at this location. The hosts could not have been more welcoming including cookies for our boys after a long journey. We were blown away by the panoramique villa so requested a change to this villa which was accommodated in a wonderful friendly way. The pool was fantastic and safe for our children. A playground was there as well which kids loved. All cleaning and bins etc were managed by the hosts so we felt like it was a real holiday and able to leave relaxed. The area is beautiful. Peaceful French village but with restaurants, cafe, market hall and river side area. In walking distance for our 3 year old, with promise of ice cream! So much to do for children in the area - caves, Lascaux, lake swimming. The local museum is incredible with a lovely free experience attached. I cannot recommend this air bnb, hosts and area enough. We would love to return!

Malgré la barrière de la langue, nous avons été très bien reçus. L'environnement est très calme et les hôtes sont d'une discrétion sans faille. Tous les équipements sont à notre disposition et il ne manque rien. Le bruit de l'eau est très présent dans le logement, mais très régulier, une berceuse naturelle. Merci

Beautiful renovated farmhouse, so peaceful, loved the pool. Anita and Simon brought over croissants one morning, a lovely touch. They give you full access to the property. I would highly recommend.

Le logement est moderne, propre, fonctionnel et bien équipé avec une bonne literie. La terrasse est très agréable surtout pour petit déjeuner au soleil. Les propriétaires sont accueillants, chaleureux et discrets. Je recommande fortement ce logement pour découvrir la région et ensuite pouvoir rentrer se ressourcer au calme. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés.

This was a return visit for us, once again it was great value. Tegan is an excellent host, helpful and friendly, we had a great stay.

Sie Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man für Familien benötigt. Alle Zimmer und Wohnbereiche sind ausreichend groß und sehr sauber. In der Küche bleibt kein Wunsch offen bei der Zubereitung von Speisen. Im Esszimmer steht ein sehr großer wundervoller Esstisch für bis zu 20 Personen. Sehr beeindruckend. Die Lage direkt am Fluss ist im Sommer sicher außergewöhnlich.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances en famille à la Palétie. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette maison de charme et de caractère bien équipée. La vue des chambres, de la terrasse est à couper le souffle. C’est un lieu de paix et de sérénité. La Piscine bien sécurisée et très agréable est un vrai plus . L’emplacement géographique est idéal pour visiter cette magnifique région du Périgord. La communication avec Peter s’est très bien passée. Nous recommandons fortement.

Le logement est parfaitement conforme à la description et aux photos. La vue de la terrasse est incroyable. La maison très agréable et fonctionnelle. C'est très calme, donc parfait pour les voyageurs venus se ressourcer. Il est possible de se baigner dans une eau translucide en bas de la maison. La région est magnifique et d'innombrables activités à situées entre 10 min et 45 minutes. Benjamin a été très accueillant et réactif. A refaire.

Anne-Mieke et Matthieu ont été très accueillants et nous ont fourni des explications très claires sur le logement mais aussi sur les activités aux alentours. Le logement est aussi formidable ; propre, paisible et très bien équipé. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Endroit idéal pour un séjour en famille, le cadre est merveilleux, tout est très bien entretenu, que ce soit le manoir, le moulin ou le parc. Les jouets et les jeux pour les enfants sont nombreux, les activités proposées peuvent également amuser les adultes ( ping-pong, baby-foot,trampoline, piscine , pétanque…) Dans ce cadre idéal on peut aussi s’isoler pour lire , peindre, ou simplement se reposer tant il y a d’espace. Nous avons passé un merveilleux week-end qui a ravi, les grands-parents,les parents et les petits enfants qui parlent déjà de l’année prochaine. Nous remercions infiniment Marie et Pierrick qui nous ont très bien accueilli, et dont la préoccupation principale doit être le bien être de leurs visiteurs, en tous les cas, c’est ce que nous avons ressenti. Thank you for an amazing stay it was everything and more. what a fantastic place to unwind and take In your surroundings. Oana and family were lovely hosts that we could ask anything at any time with no issue and recommended lots of things to do. The house was beautiful and had all we needed. Afternoons around the pool with a drink in hand were the best. We will certainly be back.

In just a few words...we loved it. We loved where it was located; it was quiet, quaint, near to (15 to 20 minutes) many of the the Chateaux that you would want to visit. And not far from towns with shopping and restaurants. You are right at the shore of the the river for swimming. Philippe and his family were very helpful in getting us settled, making sure we were okay and answering any questions we had, but they were never intrusive. We would definitely choose this location again.

This is a delightful property to stay in with fantastic garden and a lovely large pool area. Even in height of summer the apartment is cool inside and there is lots of garden seating & outdoor eating areas. Our teenagers adored the pool and easy access to the beautiful Dordogne river for impromptu paddle-boarding! The location is literally a few minutes walk to 2 fantastic family-friendly river-side restaurants and Pessac’s local shop. Cat was a super helpful host and lives in the adjoining property with her family, so is always on hand if needed. She will be also be offering retreats in 2025 - I can’t imagine a better location for one. We’ll definitely be back!

Comme l’année dernière, nous avons passé quelques jours très agréables en compagnie de notre fille et de notre chienne. Les hôtes sont charmants. Le logement est propre et tout équipé. Et l’environnement invite à la quiétude et la sérénité.

Haben uns in der Wohnung wohlgefühlt. Wohnung war im zweiten Stock, schmale Treppe da wirklich altes Gebäude (Geruch im Treppenhaus ist gewöhnungsbedürftig). Separate Toilette ist sehr klein! Ansonsten hat alles funktioniert. Danke Stephen, deine Wohnung würden wir immer weiterempfehlen.

Nous venons de terminer notre semaine de vacances dans le logement proposé par Paul & Elyn et ce fût une très belle semaine. Le logement, cuisine, accès piscine correspondent parfaitement à la description ainsi qu'aux photos. Merci Elyn et Paul pour votre bienveillance et gentillesse a notre égard.
