Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Dodecanese Islands

Exceptional. Simple but tastefully decorated and refined. The kitchen and bathroom fully equipped. Spotless. There were pastries for the welcome. Although we only stayed two days, there were more towels and sheets in the closet. We should definitely refer to the studied, impeccable aesthetically and perfectly functional (even inside the closet) lighting. Easily accessible and very close to the beach, square and shops. We highly recommend it. Sitia is a place we visit often, so we can't wait to come back. Congratulations on the gem you created.

A very nice and quiet apartment in a very good location. Periklis is an excellent host who is always available if help is needed. He manages to personalise his help to fit the guests exactly right. The apartment is very children friendly.

fabulous apartment plenty of space for the six of us. spotlessly clean and a lovely breakfast provided which sadly we didn't have time to eat as we left at 4am for our flight to Athens. Dimitrios was a great host.

Thanks a lot for this wonderful time, specially for Alexandra our host. She is very hospitable. You exceeded our expectations. Appartment is located at the seafront. Just 30 meters away. You can hear the sea from your bedroom. Location is brand new and clean. Space enough for a family of 4. In front there is a Beach with pebbles and strong waves (for older kids). 100 meters further there Is a Sandy Beach for smaller kids. Appolonas has enough restaurants and bars to stay couple of days, one mini market and nothing more. Bread can be bought of the baker who comes to town dialy at 12pm. Snorkeling is Nice close to the Pier, rocky part. The trips (with a rental car) takes you through the Mountains to cosy villages. Thanks a lot Alexandra (and family) …

We loved our stay at Alexandra's place! We especially appreciated the breakfast (paying option) and the delicious dessert her husband prepared for us. We had a movie night on the big screen at the common terrace—the kids absolutely loved it. Alexandra is very friendly and helpful, and she really goes the extra mile to assist you. Apollonas is absolutely perfect if you want to stay away from the busy, touristy beaches. While a car is recommended and you should be prepared for some travel time through the mountains to get anywhere, it’s more than worth it. Highly recommended!

Alexandra is probably the best host we have had so far with Airbnb. She is a kind, responsive and very generous host who you can tell puts a lot of effort into making sure her guests feel at home. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated and was located right on the water front in Apollonas, a small fishing village located to the north of the island. This place is perfect if you’re just looking to relax. Highly recommend!

Maria was so helpful and the house was beautiful. In a quiet part of the old town but still close to lots of great restaurants and the sights. The outside areas were great and the living room was great to relax in after a day walking around in the sun. We would definitely stay again when next in Rhodes!

Mr. Armağan is a very kind and thoughtful host, everything in the house was thoughtfully considered and prepared. It was also very kind of him to call to get our feedback and comments. It was a beautiful house that we would want to go to again and again.

Lambis and Cristina were valuable, very friendly and helpful, I was followed by Cristina who speaks a great Italian and thank you again very much! The house is very nice, bright and welcoming, being on vacation with grandparents and my youngest children we really appreciated the pool, and the air conditioners present in each room and in the living room (the latter used very little), the area where the house is located is a little isolated, you need the car. We stayed here for 12 days and the location allowed us to visit both the south side and the one towards Rhodes city. If you want to relax, it is definitely the ideal place, I would definitely recommend it. Emanuela 🩷

Can not recommend this place enough! Best part of our time in Greece. Spyridon made us feel welcome and the house was extremely nice. Great view! Spyridon was super responsive and even helped us out on more than once occasion when we needed it. He even provided snacks and wine for when we arrived! Truly made our stay in Naxos that much more amazing.

After a bus ride from the middle of Turkey we arrived in Bodrum, at the same time our oldest flew to Bodrum. Omer thought along with us and arranged affordable transportation. We were picked up at the bus, drove to the airport and from there to the cottage. On the way we did groceries. It is a nice simple cottage in a very quiet place with a great view of the Egeic sea. From the cottage you walk steeply down (and then climb back up) in a few minutes in your swimwear to swim. The sea is so blue and clean and has a delightful temperature. We swam at all times of the day and thoroughly enjoyed the view from the terrace when we did not swim. We really came for our peace and sometimes drove with Omer for some groceries. But you can of course also rent a car and drive to Bodrum or just visit some coves in the area. A 5-minute drive away is e.g. a nice bay where you can also eat and swim. We will be back!

We were a family of 4 adults. Great walk to beach and great choice of restaurants. Sandy beach great for children as the water level was very low. I would return back in a heartbeat.
