excellent stay! the owners were very welcoming and caring hosts. the apartment and amenities are new and luxurious. The location is excellent at the foot of the port and restaurants. I recommend it 100%.

We arrived in Sitia as strangers but were immediately welcomed and greeted as friends. We had good communication with Maria and then met her husband Nektarios. He made us a delicious breakfast on the garden roof top with beautiful views. The room was clean, modern and had everything you need to relax for a few days. Nektarios personally walked us to the car rental and got us a good deal. We explored the area and he mapped out an entire day for us. We even got a ride to the airport! We left Sitia with amazing memories and tons of pictures. We will definitely be back again next year! Thank you Maria & Nektarios for a perfect rental, great service and true hospitality! The villa looks bigger than in the pictures, we were surprised and well received. The stay was very relaxed due to the surroundings, which is rather secluded and quiet. You can walk to the sea in less than 30 minutes. Local restaurants are highly recommended. Communication with Stefanakis was very good, there was also feedback on every question.

Highly recommended. The best Airbnb we have stayed in. Clean, modern, amazing technology throughout the apartment and high-end finishes. The sauna and indoor pool were great. In a great location, parking nearby, lots of restaurants and close to the beach. This apartment is better than a 5 star resort!

This airbnb was really gorgeous - the design was really unique and it had all new high-end appliances and fixtures. The plunge pool was perfect for a hot day and there was good space for relaxing outdoors. We especially loved sitting at the outdoor table having our morning coffee or evening cocktail overlooking the water. Even though the airbnb is on a main road, it was very quiet inside and in the outdoor areas, the cars did not disturb us at all. Being on the road made it so convenient to walk into town, a 5 minute walk along a path to many restaurants, bars and the beach. One thing to note it that there is not a lot of privacy between the bedrooms. We stayed in the airbnb with two couples and one baby and the couple in the room with the single beds was quite squished, so it might be better for either less people or a family.

I would like to thank dear Berçin for her support. Since my home is under renovation, I was looking for a quiet place and chose this house. It is a secluded house in an extremely peaceful location, surrounded by a beautiful garden. During check-in and check-out, I was warmly welcomed, and after a brief introduction, I was at home. The house has a magnificent view. Because the weather was, perfect, sitting in the garden, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere was incredibly refreshing for me. The kitchen utensils were more than sufficient, allowing me to cook my own meals. The internet was stable, I had no issues during Zoom meetings. This house is very close to the beach, so I could easily walk down in just a few minutes for my morning walks. I parking my car on the street in front of the house was an easy task. Finally, this house is perfect for families, couples, remote workers, or anyone looking for peace. The host was very attentive and answered all my questions. Highly recommended!

Lambis and Cristina were valuable, very friendly and helpful, I was followed by Cristina who speaks a great Italian and thank you again very much! The house is very nice, bright and welcoming, being on vacation with grandparents and my youngest children we really appreciated the pool, and the air conditioners present in each room and in the living room (the latter used very little), the area where the house is located is a little isolated, you need the car. We stayed here for 12 days and the location allowed us to visit both the south side and the one towards Rhodes city. If you want to relax, it is definitely the ideal place, I would definitely recommend it. Emanuela 🩷

Amazing villa with the best sunset view! We have stayed at villa for 9 nights and enjoyed it at the fullest. One of the best accommodations we have stayed in Europe and Turkey. Here are our main highlights: 1) Hatice is a very nice and friendly host. She replied to all our questions very fast and helped us with all our wishes during our stay. 2) The villa itself is very clean, and have all the necessarily things to feel like at home (3 separate bedrooms, living room, equipped kitchen with dishwasher, pool, garden and amazing view) 3) The villa locates 10-15 min drive by car from nice beaches. We haven’t gone by walk, and we think it is the best to have a car if you rent this villa. If you don’t have a car it might be problematic to reach the village and the sea. Once again huge thank you for the hospitality. We wish to come one day.

This is a lovely, private flat just 5 minutes from the beach (and 10 minutes from a hidden beautiful bay.) it's on the end of a row of houses in a village, so very quiet. it's well equipped with overall quality gear. we cooked 2 out of every three meals here easily. Kaan was the perfect host, quickly responding to any questions we had. if you visit and like cats, please feel Spaghetti (the red cat we befriended 😊) overall super happy with the flat, the easy location to the beaches, the privacy and quiet, and the landlord Kaan. Who speaks perfect English by the way.

The villa surrounds and hotel complex are beautiful and extremely pleasant to walk around (although note there are some quite steep hills). Everything you need is in the complex. The villa itself is very well decorated, clean and very easy to live in. The kitchen has everything you need and was immaculately clean. The host was responsive and was available at check-in to help us find the villa and settle in. We would definitely go back again.

Beautiful Villa with Incredible Views! We had an amazing stay at this stunning villa — every bedroom had breathtaking sea views! It's in a perfect location near Bodrum town centre, with great shops, restaurants, and beach bars nearby. The beds were super comfortable with quality linens, and we loved using the sauna and steam room. Melis was very helpful, and Muzzo and his wife were so kind and welcoming. A perfect place to relax and just be — highly recommended!

The Ultimate Experience. Very well located apartment at the end of quiet cove with direct access to the beach and perfectly equipped with taste and care. The communication with Tonia and Maria was perfect and they were very attentive with us. In addition Tonia offers multiple services such as airport/ accommodation transfer, car rental, boat rental etc. We had a magical week at this place
