Apartment holiday rentals in Dodecanese Islands

What a great spot with a beautiful balcony view of Stegna beach. This apartment sits on top of a restaurant and is in walking distance to several other cafes and restaurants. We visited in late March though so very few shops/restaurants were open but it was quiet and peaceful. I’m told it gets quite busy in the high season however. We arrived to a thoughtful fridge of breakfast fixings as we arrived late and stores were closed. It came nicely appointed with some coffee, cream and local honey which was exceptional! The beach in front is gorgeous and sandy with few rocks and makes for very comfortable swimming. The morning sun hits the balcony perfectly and by the hot afternoon, the balcony is shaded which keeps things tolerable. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had all that we needed to cook a few meals. This is an excellent spot for relaxing, beaching and exploring the island. The cove at Stegna beach is more appealing than the surrounding ones at Lindos or Tsambika beach IMO 😊

We had an amazing stay in Konstantinos’ place. The apartment is spotless, well-equipped, tucked away on a gorgeous quiet street. It’s close to some great restaurants, and walking distance to the beach and old town! Konstantinos is a fantastic host, communicative, friendly and 5 days was not nearly enough for all the wonderful recommendations he gave us!! We had a hire car and managed to find a free parking space several times in Gavriil Haritos Park only 3-4 mins walk away. Highly recommend and we hope to be back!

We had a wonderfull time in Symi at Marietta’s flat. She was very communicative and helpfull, the view is magical, the flat is perfectly placed : Close to the beach, super restaurants (odyssia and tholos) and the village, at the same time.

The place is nice, location is great. There is a private beach, swimming pool for adults and kids. Kid swimming pool includes slopes and play ground. The apartment is spacious, beds and pillows are comfortable. It is easy to accommodate a family of 6 people. If you use a car, there is Migros or Carrefour 5-6 min ride close, which is very convenient.

The apartment is just around the corner from the sea, 3 minutes' walk. Within 5 minutes on foot, you have numerous restaurants, cafés, bars and a kite station. The beach is great, there are shady trees or loungers with umbrellas. The apartment is in a quiet side street, cut off from the street noise or the little city bustle.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Rhodes, and our accommodation was a large reason why. The apartment was centrally located within the city walls, just a short walk from numerous attractions, cafes, and restaurants. Yet, situated near the quiet southern wall, we were nicely isolated from the noise and bustle of the medieval town. The space was comfortable and spacious, with ample room for my wife and young son. The air conditioning provided welcome relief from the summer heat. Mihali was a fantastic host—friendly, helpful, and very responsive. He provided us breakfast items and refreshments upon arrival, and the courtyard offered us a wonderful spot to enjoy them each morning. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rhodes!

We had a great stay at this apartment. It was hard to pick a location in Rhodes because we had 3 days and wanted to see different parts of the island. We settled on this one because it is close to Rhodes Town but also across the street from a nice, quiet beach. It is about a 25 minute walk into the old town, but a quick drive. There is lots of parking outside the apartment. The beach is immediately across the street and the apartment has beach gear. There are a number of restaurants and shops nearby and the marina is a quick walk. The apartment has been fully renovated and is in great shape. Greg was very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again if we return to Rhodes!

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! It was super clean, cozy, and had everything I needed ; all the essentials were there. The location is perfect: just a short walk to a beautiful beach and a great beach bar. There’s also a delicious restaurant right next door, which made everything even more convenient. I always looked forward to coming back "home" after a day out.. it just felt so comfortable. Communication with Constantinos was excellent: super friendly, fast, and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

My son recommended this apartment after staying there last year. Marta Marias apartment is located right in the middle of the medieval city of Rhodes. It was an excellent location, an awesome apartment, and all in all, a great experience. I have recommended this to my friends already.

We had an amazing experience staying at Foteini's apartment in Rhodes! Foteini was an incredibly helpful and kind host – always available and ready to assist with anything we needed. She truly made our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The apartment was perfect – tidy, clean, and well-equipped with everything we could need for a great stay. The location is ideal, in a quiet area just outside the tourist center, yet still only a 10-15 minute walk to the Old Town. We loved the proximity to a peaceful beach where there were always available sunbeds at a good price, as well as nearby access to a supermarket, kiosk, pizzeria, and pharmacy. Staying in an area with more locals gave the whole experience an authentic and relaxing feel. If we ever come back to Rhodes, we will definitely check the availability of this or any other apartment Foteini and her family rent out. Highly recommended!

The place was clean, stylish, and in a great location—exactly as described. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive. Would definitely recommend!

So we had a great time at Avra. There’s loads of good things about this place. Pari is a lovely host, she is very helpful if you need anything. The bed is big and comfortable. We loved this. The beach is opposite the apartment and there’s lots of beach. The most people on there was us and maybe 4 others, but mostly we were alone. The sea is crystal clear and gorgeous although still pretty cold in May it will warm up as the season goes on. We swam anyway as the days were hot and it’s warmer than the UK! The deserted beautiful beach stretches all along the walk to the restaurants. The sun beds on the terrace are comfy, but not that private so we preferred to spend our time on the beach. You can walk to a beautiful fresh fish restaurant called Stefanos in about 10 mins. The food is amazing and views stunning. There’s also a lovely restaurant called el Porto that’s well worth a visit next to stefanos. We didn’t walk the other way but drove it a few times but it seemed further.

Our stay was unbelievable! We rented out both upper and lower units for our wedding weekend on the island and there aren’t enough words to explain how beautiful the place was. It was even better than pictured, in a very walkable and central location. The hosts live in the home next door and they were incredible! Very responsive, hospitable, understanding, friendly and welcoming. They were very flexible with the check in time, and left a us wine, juice, and homemade cake in the units, cleaned the units and outdoor area daily, did our laundry, and even brought us homemade breakfast one morning when we were home. If you’re looking for a perfect location with family or friends, I would highly recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Kyra Panagia. The property was even better than the photos—clean, well maintained and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Waking up to the view of the sea each morning was pure magic. The location was ideal—peaceful and scenic, yet close enough to local tavernas, beaches, and historical sites. The host was incredibly warm and helpful, providing local recommendations and responding immediately when there was a small issue with internet connectivity. The check-in process was seamless, and the space felt like a home away from home. Such a great place to stay in Santorini if you’re looking for a more authentic village experience! Beat the big city vibe by far in our opinion. One of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in!!! Also recommend having a car

Vasilis’s house was the perfect start to our Greek island adventure. Easy to find and easy to get around the island from there. Having coffee and breakfast at the outdoor table was how we started our days.. one morning several goats wandered up the driveway to drink from the pool! After a day of adventure, a glass of wine at the poolside watching the sunset was the norm. The kitchen has the basics, we didn’t use the stove/oven. The bathroom and shower are small with lots of hot water.. bed is comfortable and not as difficult to get in and out of as I thought.. 😉 We loved our time and would have stayed longer if we could!

Alex was an incredibly helpful host. Far above anything I could have expected. He was incredibly responsive. When we got to the island he pushed our check in time from 3:00pm to Noon because we got into town at 9:30am. On top of that, he even met with us and walked us up to the apartment to explain the amenities and gave us SO many recommendations on what we could do on the island. I’m talking a whole, handwritten, page of recommendations that he explained to us as he wrote them down. That wasn’t enough? Alex even went as far as to personally make reservations for restaurants, boat tour, etc. and at the end of it all, he even drove us back to the airport at 6:00 in the morning. Highly, highly recommend staying with these guys. If you’re concerned about the space maybe being a bit small, don’t worry. You will have so many things to do in Santorini, the room will just end up being a rest stop every few hours.

Amazing location! Walkable to many restaurants and shops all along Perissa and Perivolos beaches. The restaurant right next door had lounge beds available free with $15 purchase. Everything was nice and clean, host was responsive and friendly…highly recommend!!!

Very nice, clean, functional Airbnb, with neat decoration. The jacuzzi offers a beautiful view, and the small terrace is perfect for breakfast at sunrise. A little tip: plan to have a car, because access is not convenient. The road is impassable on foot and there is no public transport. Alexandros will take care of you, do not hesitate to contact him if you have any questions.

We loved staying here. Santorini is a big island and there are several spots to stay but we loved Imerovigli. It’s very high up and the views were breathtaking. Much better than Oia which is very crowded. Panos and his team were wonderful and we loved the breakfast every morning. Would absolutely come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Pyrgos. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at an accommodation quite like this. It was really neat. The accommodation was immaculate, and amenities were exactly as outlined. Dimitris was a superb host; in particular his communication and responsiveness is the best I’ve ever seen from an Airbnb host. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this place to others. Pyrgos itself is a small town well away from the hustle and bustle of Fira and Oia, which we appreciated.
