Very prompt communication with our hosts who were extremely welcoming and considerate. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. It is in a very quiet area but only a short walk to the beach and restaurants.

Lovely villa and breath taking views. The highlight was the pool area. Giannis was a brilliant host, check-in and out was very smooth and he was very responsive to our questions via Wattsapp. Maritsa village was a special find. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars, but filled with locals rather than tourists. We found a great bar five mins from the villa called Alonia. The owner and the bar lady were really friendly, couldn't do enough for us. Highly recommend.

We had a peaceful time in this wonderful house where we came for a honeymoon. We embraced it as our own home. Even though it was the end of October, we were still able to get into the pool. Thank you, we'd love to come back

This place is a true gem. Ideally located near Agios Pavlos, it offers the perfect base to enjoy the calm and natural beauty of Amorgos. The house is beautifully designed, tastefully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. A serene and unforgettable stay!

The accommodation is ideal for those who want to spend a holiday in the middle of nature and with all the comforts of home. In fact, inside there is everything you need to cook or relax on the sofa, and outside there is a beautiful porch with a table to enjoy dinner while looking at the sea. The outdoor area also offers several possibilities for relaxation, on the sun loungers or in the hammock. The house is in a secluded area, even if it is facing the sea, so you need to have a car. However, it is in a central area of the island, so you can reach both the archaeological sites and the beaches by car. Ideal for a vacation for 4 people and for those who love to enjoy the house as well as the places.

The well renovated, traditional stone house has a very pleasant, homely feel to it. We particularly liked the pebble mosaic floors and the stately height of the rooms with very tasteful furnishings from a mix of old and modern. Comfortable seating and a shaded outdoor seating area with oasis character made it difficult to leave the property for excursions. Three good restaurants, a supermarket, the beach and the bus stop to Rhodes are within walking distance. Worth seeing: the orthodox church in the center of Ialysos. We met friendly and affectionate people everywhere. On a positive note, we also have the relaxed and prudent driving style of the drivers (we were traveling with a wheelchair).

We stayed an amazing 3 nights, absolutely breathtaking views and the perfect setting for 2 South Aficans who was happy to have a braai (BBQ) every evening. Both Ozguhan and Jale was a dream to communicate with and checked in with us daily to make sure we where fine or if we needed anything. Anything and everything you can think of was available to us, we didnt need to supply anything except our own food and drink. We where also welcomed with complimentary snacks and drinks. We had an Unexpected electricity outage on the last day, but dont fear when Jale is near. She organized a cozy nook for us at a local cafe where we had a wonderful Turkish breakfast and recharged before heading to the airport. I will Definitely be back !

Our stay at Rania's house was fantastic and exactly what we needed as a family. The contact with Rania was warm and uncomplicated, she responded quickly to questions. The house is beautiful, very clean and well equipped – incl. Washing machine and dishwasher. The quiet location outside of Apolakkia was ideal for switching off, with the rental car you can quickly reach Lindos, Prasonisi or surrounding villages. A special highlight was the private access to the almost deserted beach. The terrace offers comfortable sun loungers, seating, beach chairs and towels. Our children (4 and 6) had a lot of fun climbing over rocks and discovering the large, natural property with plants and animals - including a daily visit from a small gecko. An all-round successful holiday - we are thrilled and recommend the house without reservation!

The house is nice with a private garden and great pool that had some equipment with it. The house was very clean and prepared, also included some snacks and surprised me with cooled wine :-) Thank you for that :-) It was a lovely stay with lot of cats which my daughter adored. We are looking forward to come again.

A really great apartment for holidays in Kos! The apartment has everything you need. The location on the beach with a large terrace is beautiful. Otherwise, it is well located, everything you need is within walking distance. The three of us were there for five days and enjoyed the vacation very much. Especially because of the lovely hospitality!

One of the nicest places we've stayed so far! The little house is secluded, complete tranquility & deceleration! We enjoyed the days here, the terrace under the house invites you to lie in the sun, read and enjoy the view. The view is amazing, even from bed. The path is adventurous and not for the faint of heart by car - extremely steep and more for ATVs, but we also managed with a small rental car. The kitchen is well equipped and everything you need is there. It's about a 15-minute walk to Mochlos! Very recommended to anyone looking for peace and quiet!

Our time at Varvara's house was great and we felt very comfortable there. Starting with the personal greeting by Varvaras mother with local products (olive oil, raki) and homemade jam, cakes, cookies and a delicious tart. The house is just outside on a large property with a great landscaped garden. The house is also equipped with a lot of love for detail. Everything we needed was provided. From the terraces you have a fantastic view of the mountains and the sea. From there, many excursion destinations can be easily reached by car. Communication with Varvara's mother was great and she was always available with advice.

We had a lovely holiday at The Olive Grove. Eeva was very helpful right from my first enquiry until we left. She booked our transfers and recommended a car hire firm. The location is rural but with a car it's easy to get to the places Eeva recommends. Some very beautiful scenery and lovely beaches to visit.

Clean, comfortable, spacious and exactly as the previous reviews describe. We spent a week here and had everything we needed. The terrace, in particular, is lovely and a great asset to this charming property.

A wonderful stay in a charming garden house. It has a great location, close to the city yet peaceful and quiet. There's ALWAYS hot water in the shower. The nearest beach is just a 5-minute walk along a sidewalk. A 10-minute drive will take you to the magical Vulisma Beach, with its incredible water color and afternoon shade from the cliff—perfect for those who prefer to avoid the sun. The host is amazing and always ready to assist her guests. The house is in a garden, so sometimes ants might visit, but we found insect repellent in the house and used it.

We had a wonderful time at Maria's House. She and son Nikos were exceptional hosts. It was the perfect quiet place from which to explore Kos town.

We had a wonderful stay at George's house. We felt very comfortable, the house is furnished with care and a lot of love. It's very clean. We lacked nothing. The hospitality of George and his wife is exceptional! You can explore the area very well by car, but is also close to the city and beach on foot (about 20 minutes). The spacious terrace offers enough shade and sun spots to spend a quiet time at home. We highly recommend this house!

We have stayed at Villa Stergio for 3 nights and really liked the place - we had everything we need inside & outside - our 3 year old son appreciated the swing and play area and we had the comfort of nicely furnished comfortable house & pool area. In fact, the rooms in the house are refurbished in a more modern way than expected and we were nicely surprised. Very clean. Beach & restaurants are 5 min walk from the house. Filimonas was also very responsive and flexible host - allowed us to check in as early as possible as our son was sick and also keep our stuff in the house after check out. Much appreciated. We came as two families (4 kids age between 3 to 8) and we had absolutely amazing time. The cottage is perfect, looks exactly like photos, clean, well equipped, we were so happy about the beach toys for kids, washer also super handy, the fact you stay right on the beach is absolutely perfect for family vacation as you can sit in the shade that the outside patio offers and still see kids playing in the water. nobody around, but super easy to walk to the nearest restaurant/bar. We had a great warm welcome from Despina’s mother, they had snacks, bottle of wine and couple beers ready for us, small touch that made us feel so welcomed. Perfect place to stay, hard to find another one like this!

This house has a view of Mochlos island and the Agean sea. You walk a flight up to the main level, and then one more to bedrooms and bath. Maria tried her best to help us when our google maps showed the property in a wrong place, and we got there. The kitchen has what you need, there is a food market within walking distance, but why? The taverna next door has amazing breads and breakfasts, and the lineup of great restaurants for dinner is amazing. We never used the AC, just opened windows. Parking is on street and doable. I would rent this house again in a heartbeat. This is a real town, not a tourist trap, you will get to know people if you stay awhile. Thanks Maria.
