Theo's house is delightful, original and very functional in its furnishings, with a super comfortable king size bed and everything you need to feel good: above all a terrace with a breathtaking view and a total privacy. The proximity to the airport brings more advantages than disadvantages, because it is very convenient for those arriving and departing and on the other hand the noise of the planes is not at all problematic as you might think. Theo is a very attentive and extremely kind host, ready to quickly respond to any question and to meet his guests for any need. There are beautiful beaches nearby, some of which can be reached just walking, and Pigadia with all its services is twenty minutes away, so reachable without problems even on a daily basis. We will definitely be back!

Très chouette en tout point : le lieu est magique, très calme, le logement est parfait avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour...et Spiros est un hôte adorable. Il nous a accueillis parfaitement bien, a été de tres bons conseils et est intarissable sur l'histoire de l'île. Je recommande à 100%. Merci Spiros !!!

Lovely and clean apartment surrounded by lively restaurants, totally recommend it if you are around! Katerina is an amazing host - I booked her apartment 1 hour before arriving but she still managed to have everything sorted out on such short notice, even left some water and snacks in the fridge!

Tutto è andato bene. Ci è piaciuto il posto, da dove si possono facilmente raggiungere tutti i siti turistici più importanti dell’isola. L’appartamento era pulito e aveva tutto il necessario per passare une vacanza tranquilla e piacevole.

Wonderful location with fresh lime trees, pomegranates and pears. Close enough to Hora for easy exploration without the hubbub. Historical orchard with beautiful quiet, glorious night time walks and a resident long eared owl! Beautiful stay.

The stay here was unique and unforgettable. Panagiotis and his wife are the best hosts you could wish for; they are attentive, always available, and make you feel like at home. The apartment is perfect, taken care of in every little detail, and super clean. The location of the accommodation is breathtaking, from the private terrace available to guests you can have a full view of all the islands around Iraklia, and you enjoy an incomparable silence and tranquility. In 15/20 minutes by foot, you reach the town and the most beautiful beach on the island.

It was already the second time we stayed at Maria’s cottage and it was again great! The garden that is around the accommodation is beautiful, and the view as well. The inside of the accommodation is cute and cozy. The cottage is a little hidden but Maria supported us very well at the first time we stayed there and we could find the place easily. We recommend to come by car because it’s situated on a hill a little outside of the city. You can also park there for free in front of the gate to the cottage. Around the area are restaurants and also some beaches. Kos city center is about 5/10 min away by car. There are super markets close by also very easy to reach by car. The nature around is beautiful but there are some roosters around that start „singing“ at night. My girlfriend could sleep all night without any problems but I’d say earplugs are recommended for good night sleep. (: All in all it’s a great place to stay and we love it there! Thank you Maria!

Wir haben uns bei Maria sehr wohl gefühlt. Obwohlwirverspätet ankamen, hat Maria uns am vereinbarten Treffpunkt empfangen und uns zum Haus gebracht. Die Lage ist optimal um das nördliche Rhodos zu erkunden. Inder Stadt ist man in 10 Minuten und ebenso schnell gelangt man an die schönen Strände im Nordosten. Das Haus ist für 2 Personen perfekt mit großzügiger Terrasse, Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Maria war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im nahegelegen Dorf gibt es in den engen tolle Restaurants. Klare Empfehlung!

Our stay at this villa was lovely. The interior is very modern and clean. The pool outside is also cleaned regularly and the temperature is comfortable. The host was always available whenever we had a question and helped us a lot. He also gave us suggestions for different beaches we could visit etc. Only thing to note: there is no internet inside the house, just outside by the pool. This was not a problem for us since it gave us some time to disconnect and be with family, and the pool is right outside the rooms so it’s easy to go there if one needs internet for whatever reason, but it might be important to some, so we’re writing it in the review. We give it 5/5 stars all in all😊

Bu yeri bayram tatili için tuttuk. Her şey fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibiydi. Evde ihtiyacımız olabilecek çoğu şey mevcuttu . Öznur hanım sağolsun çok yakından ilgilendi bizlerle . Orçun bey de gelmeden önce bütün sorularımıza eksiksiz cevaplar verdi . Biz çok keyifli vakit geçirdik . Herkese tavsiye ediyorum kesinlikle gelinmeli .

Öncelikle Dilara hanıma ve eşine misafirperverlikleri çok teşekkür ederiz:) Evde ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey mevcut her şey düşünülmüş. Akşamları bahçede keyif yapabilirsiniz çok tatlı bir bahçesi var. Ev tepede olduğu için akşam bahçede bunaltıcı bir sıcak da olmadı. Evin yakınında market var ve restaurantlar var ancak aracınız olması gerekiyor. Daha uzun kalmayı isterdik görüşmek dileğiyle :)

Amos Sahili'ne bakan mükemmel bir manzarası vardı. Ev sahipleri oldukça ilgiliydi. Kahvaltıyı ve ekmekleri kendileri yapıyorlardı, her şey organikti. Kafa dinlemek için harika bir mekan. Fiyat-performans açısından çok memnun kaldım. Aracımla ulaşım oldukça kolaydı ve Marmaris merkeze kısa sürede varabildim. Mekan sahipleri sürekli ihtiyaçlarımı sordular.Eğer uygun fiyata milyon dolarlık bir manzara istiyorsanız burası mükemmel bir yer! The house had an amazing view overlooking Amos Beach. The hosts were very attentive. They prepared the breakfast and baked the bread themselves — everything was organic. It's a perfect place to relax and unwind. I was very satisfied in terms of price and performance. It was very easy to reach the place with my car, and I could get to Marmaris center in a short time. The hosts constantly checked if I needed anything. If you are looking for a million-dollar view at an affordable price, this is the perfect place!

Ortaca merkeze 10 km mesafede yer alan bu güzel yerde huzuru ve sessizliğin sesini dinleyerek güzel bir zaman geçirebilirsiniz. Vita Hanım ve Hakan Bey sizi rahat ettirmek için ellerinden geleni yapıyor. Konum olarak hem Fethiye hem de Marmaris tarafına eşit mesafede sayilirsiniz. Biz eşimle özellikle Muğla nin tüm turistik beldelerini araçla gezmek için ortacayi seçtik ve çok memnun kaldık. Hergun 2-3 koy gezerek bu şirin bungalova geri dönüp yorgunluğumuzu attık. Benzer bir tatil konsepti kafanizda varsa bu yer sizi cok rahat ettirecektir.

Had a fantastic stay! Probably the highlight of our trip to the greek islands. The place is in a beautiful corner of Levrossos beach. The bedroom window overlooks the bay and mountain. Waking up every morning with that view was the real privilege. But most of all the people that looked after us made it special. We were greeted bu Ellie, and the rest of the team were amazing. I would love to return!

If you are looking for an authentic Med hilltop village experience, this is a great place to stay. The place is down a narrow road dodging chickens etc. An old thick walled house set in a lovely wild garden filled with fruit trees and a cool verandah to relax on. We had a separate entrance to a large private living area with two small bedrooms which shared a bathroom: the shower was hot and all was tastefully furnished. The kitchen is "shared". Probably upstairs: we didn't use it but there is a kettle and a small fridge in the living space. The owner will cook for you if you like. Note that to get to this place you will need a car. It's fairly remote tho we enjoyed the drive. Mumcular is the largest place close by for supermarkets or small restaurants etc. They also have a great farmers' market on Sundays

Très belle vue depuis la cuisine commune. Evi est très serviable. Bien aéré, la terrasse est super cette saisine commune est géniale. Une bonne adresse, je recommande !

Situé dans le petit port d'Aegiali. Calme et près de la plage. Tout près de l'arrêt de bus pour partir en excurssion. L'appartement était très propre et le ménage était fait tous les jours.
