Everything was perfect

Very nice and quiet place.

The place is well suited to everyone’s need, whether it be a lovely couple or a big family. It is placed rather well, at about 5 mins from the beach by car and within walkable range from Queen Mary’s Castle/Botanical Garden. The host is a really nice, chatty fellow, who was really helpful and clear when it came to recommendations and instructions! The photos of the studio are accurate and it felt cozy and cute while staying there!

The house was exactly as described, in a well maintained private complex. The house is spacious and well equipped, we had everything we needed . The pool was very clean, the kids loved it. The closest beach is quite small, but there is a bigger one within less than 10 minutes walking distance. It’s much quieter area than the big resorts, exactly what we were looking for. Danail was very helpful, he gave us lots of infos and tips, where to go, and what to visit. Thanks for everything.

Yvonne's place is located in an apartment complex, with secure entrance, parking and access to the pool and barbecue. It's a great place to stay with kids - big and small - and to spend a longer vacation. You're really at home, you feel like you've moved into a new apartment that's yours. A big plus is the washing machine, the tumble dryer that you can install on the balcony and the fact that no matter how hard the child/children weeps - do not disturb and you are not disturbed by anyone. The administration of the building is very prompt. There is Lidl at a decent distance by car, but also a few local markets that can be walked. NOTE: For a pleasant stay, consider purchasing supplies (dero, cosmetics, toilet paper and kitchen napkins) and for cooking there is an induction hob and a microwave. They each make clean, like at home. We will definitely come back to Yvonna!

Genoveva's apartment is truly amazing and I HIGHLY recommend it to other guests! The view is out of this world and extremely calming! The apartment is much more beautiful than the pictures! The beach is within reach and the town of Kavarna is very nice. The surrounding wild beaches are within 30-40 min drive and one can use Genoveva's apt as a home-base to explore the entire northeast coast. I LOVED Genoveva’s apt and will ALWAYS stay there when in the area and when looking for a place to relax and get inspired! THANK YOU, Genoveva and family for making us feel welcomed and part of your family! We will be back 😊😊😊!!! PS needless to say, the apt is super clean, the kitchen very well stocked, and there is even a trampoline, children’s playground, and barbecue in the yard…HIGHLY RECOMMEND for families, couples, singles, and anyone who enjoys nature, peace, and quiet!

Really nice beach, beautiful terrace with sea view, bathrooms a little too old, really friendly and communicative owner, thank you! A second key would be helpful for bigger groups.

Can't recommend this place enough. 10/10 experience really. Sad we only spent couple nights there, if the opportunity arises will come back. The view from apartment was incredible. Very welcoming hosts, responsive, helped with recommendations. You have a nice beach nearby, a small town with all you need. The apartment was exactly as listed, looked even better in real life than in photos.

The apartment is wonderful. Unfortunately we visited in the spring. Easy to find. Close to the beach but located in a quiet and secluded location with a view of a patio and pool. It is perfect for a summer holiday.

Great location, the apartment has everything you need for a stay, there is a nice and clean pool, free parking and a couple restaurants nearby. We were staying with a 10-month old and a crib + high chair were also provided. Todor is very friendly and answers quickly.

A quiet spacious and nice apartment at a good location. Fully equipped kitchen, airconditioners in rooms with two balconies. Close to a couple of beaches. Five minutes drive from the Kavarna town. The staff outside was very nice and helpful.

The apartment was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Apart from the apartment there was a pool and a barbeque place, a terrace on the roof of the building was open for all guests, from there it was possible to see amazing panoramic view of Balchik. Vendi was very helpful and communication was excellent. I would reccomend this place for everyone. The only minus is that the sea is about 15 minutes walk.

Have a great family stay! Both the apartment and the neighborhood made a positive impression on us. Peaceful sea, sandy beach, quiet neighborhood and very interesting, historical places to visit.

I spent a wonderful holiday. The apartment is very spacious, has all the facilities and is located in a quiet place with a beautiful view of the golf course. Communication with Marlene was excellent. A few steps from the apartment you have 2 swimming pools, minimarket and restaurants. The walks in the morning and evening on the alleys of the golf land were a delight, as was the view of the sea from the terrace of Shiv's Bar located on the seafront of the resort. The swimming pool of the Lighthouse Golf & SPA Hotel, both day and night, is another place where you can spend your time in a very pleasant way. Wonderful beaches a few minutes by car such as Bendida Beach, Adora Beach, Argata Beach, Heros Beach. Tesoro a very good restaurant in Balcic with a varied menu and tasty food. In conclusion, an excellent holiday in an exceptional apartment and location. Thank you Marlene, we will come back and recommend to our friends!

Todor's place was exactly as described. The house is located in a quiet residential area and is equipped with everything you might need. Especially the large pool and garden are highlights that we loved to use in summer. Todor's villa manager Ziko welcomed us in a very friendly way and explained everything necessary about the house. We felt very well looked after and accommodated. Thank you for a great stay and maybe see you again soon 😉
