Boyko was a great host, the place was very clean and nice. We had a great seaside view from the balcony.

Pros: - location surrounded by nature - nice building - huge space inside - amazing yard - great room furnishings - great bathroom - well equippes and roomy kitchen with everything you need - perfect for 4 people with a lot of privacy for everyone - very clean - two restaurants nearby - perfect check-in/out and communication - was expecting a lot of mosquitoes but there were almost NONE Cons: - inside sometimes smelled of sulphur because of the nearby lake which is in some way connected to the local water network - insect net at the entrance was kind of broken

The apartment is spaceous, beautiful and has everything that you need for a family. The complex felt quiet and safe, and the host was very responsive.

I spent a wonderful holiday. The apartment is very spacious, has all the facilities and is located in a quiet place with a beautiful view of the golf course. Communication with Marlene was excellent. A few steps from the apartment you have 2 swimming pools, minimarket and restaurants. The walks in the morning and evening on the alleys of the golf land were a delight, as was the view of the sea from the terrace of Shiv's Bar located on the seafront of the resort. The swimming pool of the Lighthouse Golf & SPA Hotel, both day and night, is another place where you can spend your time in a very pleasant way. Wonderful beaches a few minutes by car such as Bendida Beach, Adora Beach, Argata Beach, Heros Beach. Tesoro a very good restaurant in Balcic with a varied menu and tasty food. In conclusion, an excellent holiday in an exceptional apartment and location. Thank you Marlene, we will come back and recommend to our friends!

The flat is exactly like on the pictures. Nothing to complain, actually everything was exactly how it should be. Great host, strongly recommend.

If you are lucky enough to find this place available, don't hesitate to book it. It has all you might need for a wonderful stay, the hosts are ready to help at any time. It is ideal for families with children that want to enjoy some time in the nature, close to the beaches. Definitely recommended

It was magnificent, the view is crazy from any part of the villa! PRO:We (group of 16) were in close contact with the manager from start to end, which responded immediately at our most detailed requests. Lis took care of everything from the pool to the amenities. We had multiple barbecues and caught some nice view shots from the balconies and the poolside. CONS: neighbour is disturbed by noise so we tried to reach to an agreement about the hours of loud vs lower music with him directly. It was fine Wifi signal is weak, but we did not care or need it :) Conclusions: definitely will return there, and bring more people. It was fantastic 5/5

The house ist very nice, very good equipment. We felt like home. The communication with Violeta was very easy und uncomplicated. We liked the private feeling and enjoyed our stay in this area.

Very beautiful place - comfortable and quite. The place is suitable for people who are searching for quite vacation. Hosts are very hospitable, nice and helpful!

Irina and her house are absolutely great! The apartment clean, the big terrace full of flowers, everything you need for a holiday. If you need fresh vegetables you can ask Irina and buy from her garden. Good communication in English. The beach is 3 km away from the house, but the house is in the center of the village. We would recommend!

Maria’s villa was as in the description. It was spacious and clean. Maria and Steve were very responsive to our questions, for example how to work the cooker hood! They provided a lovely welcome bundle so that we didn’t need to rush out to the shops. The pool was great and larger than we expected. There is a good local shop a short walk away and two local places to eat. The place next door to the shop was fine ( the duck was good) but even better was the restaurant / pizza place that you get to walking 5 minutes further along the road from the shop and crossing the main road. ( recommend the fish soup there). There is a sandy beach, but we only went down there once, there are 197 steps down and then up again! We preferred the pool. We would love to return to Maria’s villa one day!
