A full sized fridge and 3 burner stove are available. Come enjoy a perfect mix of peaceful seclusion and adventuring in the FLX!

Relax in this heated cozy 12x12 cottage nestled in the woods. Complete with a queen size bed, table for two, and kitchenette to make the late night hot chocolate or tea, and those tranquil morning coffees. Enjoy relaxing on the 6x12 screened in porch or around a warm fire pit. The shared restroom and shower house are a short walk away. Only minutes from Watkins Glen, Seneca Lake, and a multitude of wineries, breweries, and distilleries, and a multitude of waterfall and hiking trails.

FLX Cabin Cottage

Nestled on the East side of Seneca Lake is a AUTHENTIC cozy cabin style cottage with a private shale beach five miles from Watkins Glen. There are four lounge chairs on the beach that are perfect for sunbathing along with a dock, diving board. There is a privacy fence around the property with a 4 person hot tub. Renters also have access to three kayaks, 18 foot canoe ,boat lift, fire pit, outdoor grill and a perfect view of the evening sunsets. I air conditioners installed July 2024

Hill Top Cabin at Woodsedge Retreat

The "Hill Top Cabin" provides everything necessary to reconnect with nature. There is over 60 private acres to explore including a meandering creek, hard woods and open fields. At the mouth of the private drive you are welcomed by the Barn and Animals, including Chickens, Peacocks, Turkeys and occasional visiting Goat. Our cabins are very rustic, we like to call it a step up from tent camping. We are conveniently located- a 5 minute walk from town center. Glamping at it's finest.

With the large wrap around porch, you will get lost in this beautiful setting while sipping on a glass of wine from many of our local Wineries. On the inside the first thing you will notice is the open floor plan, granite counter tops, and wall to wall windows with views for days. This property sleeps up to 6 guest, has 2 bedrooms up stairs and a large day room that can act as a 3rd.
