This is our 2nd Airbnb at our same mountain top location overlooking Western Carolina University and Cullowhee NC. Listed as being in the top 1% of All Airbnb based on customer satisfaction. The apartment is a 1950 square foot 2-bedroom with a a king-size beds in each bedroom. A full kitchen, a very large living dining kitchen area, a private patio, a gas log fireplace, huge TVs, and a jaw-dropping view of WCU and Cullowhee NC and yes a killer hot tub to soak in the view. The best of everything!

A Million Dollar View! To get a view like this you’d have a terrible drive to get to it but the cabin is very convenient to the highway with only a mildly steep but short driveway. The Cabin was made from lumber cut off the land it sits on. Reclaimed Wood floors, reclaimed brick fireplace, rock chimney, wood focus walls and wainscoting throughout the cabin to separate this cabin from all the others. I got a big deck. It’s not the biggest deck ever but everyone loves this deck. You’ll see!

We enjoyed our stay at Whisper of Himalaya. We were in town for our child to attend orientation at WCU. With a packed agenda, we weren’t looking to spend top dollar for mountaintop views or luxury accommodations—we just wanted something safe, nice, and centrally located. That’s exactly what we found here. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. We were basically right in the middle between the WCU campus and downtown Sylva, with Walmart just down the road in case we needed any last-minute items for our child to settle in on campus. If that sounds like what you're looking for, look no further.

Beautiful home with an amazing view! The home is even better than the pictures. We spent so much time on the porch talking in the view. The open floor plan was an excellent space as well. We played board games with my sister’s family and there was plenty of room for both families without feeling cramped. There is a highway between the river and the house, but that didn’t take away from anything as the house sits high above, exposing more of a view of the mountains and river. The location was great! A couple minutes’ drive from downtown Sylva. The house was very clean and the driveway parking area was spacious. Would recommend! Thank you for the lovely stay!

This AirBnb is absolutely stellar in every way! The view is beautiful from the back porch. We hadn’t planned on cooking, but changed our mind when we saw the grill and that the kitchen was well stocked with quality items. The location is fantastic; it’s a very short drive to Bryson City and Deep Creek. We loved hiking and tubing! The host truly went above and beyond! He has stocked the cabin so well. He gave us clear directions on how to get to the cabin and check in and was very responsive during our stay.

I honestly have to say this was the most beautiful experience that my family and I have ever had. Waking up to the sunshine and seeing nature is priceless. Getting away from all the noise and hustle and bustle of the city and coming here and experiencing tranquility was everything to us. We’re definitely coming back !!!
