This one-bedroom unit has been recently remodeled in a hip, lake house-inspired style. It has absolutely amazing views across Lake Dillon to the Ten Mile Range. Watch the sunset from the balcony. Walk to the marina to rent a boat or paddleboard. Hop on your bike and hit the path that goes past your front door. Go down to the water's edge and throw out a line to catch your fish dinner. 2025 Dates Still Available!

This is the 1st floor walkout of our home. It has its own entry and there is no shared space with us. We occupy the upper part of the house. This is the most beautiful location in the area. We have an outstanding view of the ten mile range and Lake Dillon. It is breathtaking. Our decor is modern with mountain luxury in mind. We have 2 bedrooms with 3 extremely comfortable king beds. The deck boasts front row seats for inspiring sunrises, and striking sunsets-5 major ski resorts within 30 minutes and outdoor activities. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath "mountain escape" condo has panoramic glass patio doors with an unobstructed view looking out over Lake Dillon and the surrounding mountains. You can even see Dillon Marina from the patio, with sailboats docked all summer long. With a recently remodeled kitchen, cozy couches near our gas fireplace, table seating for 6 and breakfast bar seating for 3. You're welcome to use our assigned garage space, an additional parking spot and have in-unit ski storage.
