Walburgis is a friendly and dedicated hostess. She was always available and we often had a personal conversation with her. Public transport is easily accessible from there. We can definitely recommend the place.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The view from the balcony is fantastic — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is ideal for anyone who enjoys outdoor activities: running and jogging tracks are just a short walk away, and the nearby cable car makes it easy to access the mountains for hiking or sightseeing. There are also several good restaurants close by, which made dining out convenient and enjoyable. Overall, it’s a great base if you’re planning to explore the Garmisch-Partenkirchen or Grainau region. Would definitely recommend it!

We endorse all the previous good reviews: clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and quiet. Someone mentioned the light but there are big curtains which keep it suitably dark. We are in our late seventies but had no accessibility problems: the buses from outside are frequent and Munich's transport is well -integrated so you can get anywhere easily. Manuela is wonderful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lisa and Amad’s beautiful apartment. They were always very responsive to all our questions. The location of the apartment is really close and walking distance to Central Train Station and major attractions. The apartment was very nice and clean, felt like home away from home. All the required amenities were stocked up. Detailed instructions provided with pictures and having keys colors matching door colors made getting into the apartment super easy. Bed and linens were also very nice. Wi-Fi was also fast and stable. We would absolutely recommend Lisa and Amad’s place and would love to come back.

We spent a lovely long weekend in Rosalind's accommodation. After an active day visiting the area, it was a pleasure to relax in the apartment. Everything is done to make you feel at home. We are very grateful to Rosalind and her family for their welcome. We look forward to our next booking!

Everything is great and beautiful accommodation with a fantastic view. The only thing you (as a cyclist) need to know is that from Rettenberg there are 200 meters of altitude with an average of just under 10% and therefore relaxed rolling home is not possible. You have a fantastic view in the morning!

The place was beautiful and flooded with light. In the morning, we could enjoy the sun directly in the accommodation, and the garden offered the perfect opportunity to soak up the warm sunbeams in complete tranquility. Everything was perfect: The place was clean, the beds were comfortable and equipped with wonderfully thick, cozy blankets. The fireplace provided coziness, and in the basement there was even a small gym with everything you needed. Hubert and Ines were great hosts – always quick to communicate and incredibly helpful. They even provided us with sleds! An absolutely great place and fantastic hosts.

Our stay was absolutely flawless. The property is immaculate, thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable visit. Nestled in a stunning location, it serves as a perfect base for exploring the surrounding area. We were fortunate to enjoy glorious spring weather, which made relaxing on the lovely patio after a day of sightseeing even more delightful. We wholeheartedly recommend this place—it's a 10/10 experience!

Heike’s place was so homey and relaxing! It was the perfect spot to explore the area and be able to come home at the end of the day and make a nice dinner. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house was spotlessly clean. Great shower. Heike was good about communicating with us. We loved our stay!

Janin is a very friendly hostess who cares very much about the well-being of the guests. If you have any questions or concerns, answered very quickly. We were even allowed to stay longer on the check-out day. The house is huge and offers all the amenities you could wish for. In particular, the seating area with its we were drawn to the sweeping furniture. Even in bad weather, there are plenty of opportunities to spread out in the spacious rooms. There is a very large garden, more like a small park with a swimming pond, which we did not use (on the one hand it was too fresh, but on the other hand the water is not inviting to swim in at the moment). Although there are two apartments, the two parties do not disturb each other, as the outdoor areas are partially separated from each other, each with their own seating and barbecue facilities. We enjoyed our stay here very much and can highly recommend the hostess, the house and its surroundings.

Beautiful and clean area, with a lot of entertainment oppportunities, active sport life and sharp clean air on the other hand cosy, clean and silent location perfect for a family trip. Friendly and proactive host really feel like friends. Simply perfect!

our family had a really great time staying at Madsen's place. though walking to the train station takes around 10-15mins but it was an easy walk with nice greeneries and houses to look at. The apartment had everything from soya sauce for cooking to playmobil and Lego to keep the kids entertained. our kids love the place very much. it is a really spacious and well thought out apartment. lastly, Madsen has been a really really great and thoughtful host, will definitely recommend people to stay on his properties!

We spent 4 beautiful days in the Allgäu and in the Hirsch Chalet of Sebastian. The house is located on the edge of a quiet holiday home estate, a few minutes' walk from Lake Lechstausee. It is lovingly furnished, very clean and fully corresponds to the description and photos. Sebastian is a very friendly and accommodating host. We have already received all the important information for check-in as well as helpful information on current events. He was always available to us and communicated proactively. We can definitely recommend a stay at the Hirsch Chalet.

We were with the extended family at Marian's for the second time and felt very comfortable again. - Beautiful kitchen, well equipped - Large living room, dining room - Comfortable beds and Marian is totally flexible, the number of beds can also be varied - Beautiful sauna – we did not use the whirlpool this year - The outdoor terrace was nice for playing, especially for our small children We can really only highly recommend Marion's house and the surroundings are also very charming. Marian is always available and has provided us with very valuable tips

A great accommodation, very modern and stylishly furnished and with attention to detail and the "residents". We felt right at home. Gabriela is rightly awarded the Superhost award. Stayed here for a period of 45 days. Very comfortable and homely. Decor has a very personal touch . Peter is very helpful and always available for any help. We had fresh fruits , juices and treats in store. The kitchen is well equipped . Supermarket is 5 mins walk away . Apartment is not too big but has ample of organised storage space . Overall , comfortable stay .

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! The kitchen was well equipped, the bed very comfortable, and the bathroom also left nothing to be desired. We particularly liked the quiet location and the beautiful view - perfect for relaxing. The contact with Sabine was warm, uncomplicated and professional. My mother and I had spent 5 nights in this pearl of apartment in early April. We were totally flashed by this apartment from second 1 - it is even more beautiful than in the photos. Everything is decorated with so much love for detail. High quality and practical. we were even able to spend a few hours on the sunbeds and have dinner on the terrace. In the evening, you can quietly hear the river ripples before falling asleep in these comfortable beds like a baby. The car is well taken care of in the garage and there was even a piece of felt on the wall that on the driver's side you do not accidentally damage the door when getting out. in the apartment there are helpful tips for things to do/hiking recommendations, instructions for the apartment and restaurant tips. we were eating at 3 of the recommended restaurants - it was a palate. we also had the pleasure of meeting Petra - very likeable. Thanks for the great break

Our family recently had a wonderful stay at Bergufer Oberammergau and it was just fantastic ! With a total of 5 adults, 2 children and dog, we had enough space and felt freedom. The place is extra family friendly and provided an impressive selection of toys for our kids who immediately felt comfortable and had a lot of fun. An absolute highlight was the Königstraße, which received it separately. With this, we were able to use numerous activities at a discount or free of charge, which enriched our stay. The location of the accommodation is perfectly located on the Ammer to enjoy the beautiful nature and the diverse leisure activities in and around Oberammergau. We highly recommend mountain shores to everyone and look forward to our next visit.
